A great place to vacation with family and friends!

Beautiful Bay front home overlooking Ottens Harbor. This fully equipped four bedroom, three and half bath, vacation beach house has endless features-outdoor shower, two Bay view decks, nicely furnished ground level patio with barbeque grill, dock with boat slip, and fold down aluminum ladder, game room features custom carved pool table. Home is walking distance to some of Wildwood's famous restaurants and bars. Also includes paddle boat, paddle board, canoe and 4 kayaks. Spacious master bedroom, and master bath equipped with Jacuzzi tub . Three other bedrooms, plus additional beds in game room provide plenty of room to easily accommodate multiple families. Modern Kitchen with newer appliances. Includes washer and dryer, 4 LED TVs, high speed internet, cable and central air.

The lower level/game room of the home includes an additional kitchen with a Jenn-Air stove top grill, dishwasher, sink, microwave, coffee maker, double door stainless refrigerator and gorgeous carved pool table, ground level full bath, large flat screen television, additional sleeping accomodations for four, 12 bicycles, an assortment of inflatables (life vests, wetsuits, crab traps, etc) and a slider to the spacious and lovely stone EP Henry patio.

Enjoy the spacious large great room on the main floor with gorgeous views of the bay that has a walk out deck and spiral staircase leading down a nicely furnished patio. A boardwalk connects you, with neighbors, and other vacationers, and is a nice place to enjoy a sunset walk.Overlooks Ottens Harbor. Enjoy a cocktail as the kids enjoy swimming and all the water sports.

This is a Boater's Dream. Slip is included and there are 9 restaurants between Wildwood and Cape May that you can dock and enjoy lunch or dinner.

Home is available year round and longer leases available!

House trained Pets, under 25 pounds allowed. There is an additional $100 cleaning fee required.

Amazing house and host. I'd highly recommend this property for a fun family stay in Wildwoods. The waterfront harbor scene was also really cool.

Great host and great house. Very spacious home with space for everyone to spreadout and enjoy. The area around the bay is terrific for sunbathing, swimming and sitting out during the evening. Know that the pool table is not functioning as the one side will fall off.

Beautiful place with many amenities and a great view! Plenty of space to spread out and close to some wonderful restaurants! We were able to walk to Mud Hen, one of our favorites and Beach Creek as well.

Great Location, Great for Families!

We stayed for a week at this house in Wildwood. It had plenty of space for my husband, myself and put two kids. Easy distance from the boardwalk, and access to the canal behind the house for some fun summer swimming. Mike was super welcoming and made our stay great!

Great "On the Bay" property

This property is a great location. Within walking distance to restaurants and stores. It is on the bay for swimming or boating. There are fun things to do: Pool Table, Rafts, Bikes. Spacious with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Sunsets are fantastic

Great stay for families

My family and I had an amazing time at this property. It was right on water with very nice neighbors in a safe neighborhood. House was clean with lots of amenities. All attractions were a bike ride away. Owner was super friendly and very responsive every time! Highly recommend:)

Wonderful Beach House

My husband, daughter and I had a fantastic stay at this property. It was just a few blocks from the beach and the pier, and had everything we needed. The home was clean and well stocked. The owner was extremely kind and responsive. He did his best to make sure we had a fantastic stay, which we did! Highly recommend.

Mike is The Best and so is his property!

Planning to book next year….

My husband and I stayed at this wonderful property (just the two of us) for a few days until our kids came down. From start to finish, we had a blast! The kids loved the bay— swam and used the floats that were provided. Absolutely beautiful sunsets and just an overall relaxing time. Mike was easy to connect with as well. Love this place!

Great Baycation!

We had a great visit here! It met our needs as we wanted to include our pets and also bring our own boat. The house location is amazing with proximity to bars, restaurants, shopping and the beach! We had a wonderful time. To be completely transparent we hope that the owners invest in the property by getting new flooring, doors and appliances. While all the land and water sports items are nice some were in disrepair and plan to bring your own adult life-vests as only youth and small vests were available. These items are tired and need to be updated. Our rating with updates would be a five star.

Fun time!

We typically book a house on the beach but this time we tried the bay and I have to say.. it was a great vacation. Mike allowed us to check in early while he cleaned which was really kind of him. He has bikes, kayaks and a paddle board for the kids to use. It really added to the vacation. The kids were always outside fishing from the dock or even In the kayak or just going for sunset adventures in the Bay Area. He had bikes for our entire family which saved us a great deal of money. We didn’t have to rent them. The neighbors are very close to you so if you are like us ( used to renting houses on the beach in Delaware) we were feeling a little cramped at first but then as the days passed we enjoyed the neighbor presence and it all blended together. Everyone was very friendly. Thanks to Mike for always checking in and making sure things were ok! It was a different vacation from what we were accustomed to to we are typically in Delaware and it’s quieter. But we choose Wildwood this time because we wanted excitement for the kids. well, Wildwood is exactly that! It’s a lot of people in one place but it had a nice feel. We would definitely Come back.

Very Disappointed

-While the owner, Mike, was nice and allowed us to check in a little bit early, communication was not on par with other hosts whose homes we’ve rented - took over 24 hours for a response to our first message while onsite and no response to our second message. -The home, on the surface seemed pretty clean at first inspection, but seemed like it was really was just spot-cleaned. -Linens and towels were provided but the beds were not made - mixed-match sheets were simply left folded on each bed - this was the first time we have ever experienced this. May seem trivial but having beds already made and inviting really sets the tone for the stay. -The furniture was very worn and missing buttons, etc. The carpets were old and very worn. The bed in the middle bedroom was not level - the left side was worn and unleveled with the right. -The listing said that there was a hot tub - we could not find it anywhere. Nor did it truly have a jacuzzi tub - the button was not connected to anything (you could literally pull it out and there was an empty hole). Text to the owner about where the hot tub was as well as how to turn on the jacuzzi jets was met with no response. -There were ant traps placed all over the kitchen…on counters, on floors…not dog/child friendly. -I had high expectations that this home would be the best one we’ve rented yet by the shore but it turned out to be the worst. It felt more like a stay at a run-down motel.

We stayed here during the week of June 13-20, 2026. We had four different families staying here and the place was perfect for us. We had eight adults and four kids, all under 9. The finished lower level was perfect when the "adults" needed quiet time. The house was stocked well. The beds were comfortable and the view of Ottens Harbor was worth the price of admission. The owner (Mike) was very responsive when a few minor issues came up. We will certainly stay again.

Wildwood vacation

the house and location are great, very nice neighbors. Lots of room for our family, the description of the home is accurate. The owner is very nice and is easy to communicate with. All of the extras include with the home made our time there very enjoyable. We would stay at this home again.

Great location

Lots of activities in the area. Walking distance to just about anything. House on the bay with pool table, kayaks, water toys, bikes, etc. my family had a great time!

Lots of things to do

If you love being at the water and at the beach, this property is for you. A short trip to a nice beach (we biked, drove and walked there on different trips) and it was easy. However, we also swam off the dock. The house also has a lot of amenities to use. We had a great week.

Best stay in WW!!

Book it! The house is just incredible, being right on the bay made it our best stay in WW yet. The house is clean and has everything that you would need to live the bay life. There are lots of bikes to take down to the beach and there is access for a boat as well. Mike was great and extremely accommodating. He communicates quickly and effectively! There was plenty of space for everyone, comfortable rooms, and the neighbors were fun! We can’t wait to come back!

Nice mini vacation

This house was one of the best places we have stayed in in WW! Micheal is a great owner who really cares about his home. When we got there he was still cleaning but had called to ask when we would be there, my husband and Micheal spent a hour or more talking.. Very pleasant host and the house was great being able to bring our granddogs with us was awesome! We'll stocked home! We will be back!

Great Stay at Property!

Nice Property in Wildwood! Mike was incredibly helpful with our request, and he even offered free early check in and late check out. The property is in nice condition and plenty of amenities inside. The area was closed during winter, but we don’t need to get out of the house since it offers so much! Would definitely recommend it to everyone.

Peaceful

Check in was easy. We were all there for a wedding. My 4 daughters and 5 grandchildren, ages 12 thru 21, loved the place. Plenty of fun things to do without leaving the house. Wish we had more time, would’ve loved using all the water gear provided by Michael. Lots of bicycles, aquatic boats, boards, etc. lovely pool table, lots of board games, electronic dart board, beer pong game, etc. Plenty of room for everyone. Michael was quick to respond and very helpful and easy going. Everyone had a great time, thank you and I would strongly recommend staying at this home. I know we will when we come back to Wildwood again.

This was a wonderful house with several amenities! It is super peaceful to be on the lagoon, and dealing with Mike was wonderful. Highly recommend him and his place!!

House was nice. Beautiful views. Owner was still cleaning house when we arrived was ok with it at first but he was there for 4 hours! Other than that great vacation !!!
