C201 Castaway Cove Ocean View Villa has been recently decorated and upgraded to create an all-new living environment. The property owners have spared no expense in working with our team of professionals to create a uniquely elegant, comfortable and intimate vacation home. Inside C201 Castaway Cove is a fresh new theme that showcases a treasure trove of various shades of turquoise, gold, silver, sunshine yellow, amber, chocolate, coral, and other rich gem-like colors. The Great Room armoire has been removed and upgraded with a large flat screen HD TV. There is also new paint, new carpet, new bed and bath linens, new kitchen goods, new furnishings, new electronics, and new original and giclee wall decor.

This second floor accommodation is a corner end unit with a large outdoor covered veranda and extra windows on three sides of the C building. The C building is directly behind the A building and on the same level as the A building, so you do not walk up or down a slope to reach the beach. To reach the adult heated pool and Wailea Beach just stroll a few steps over to the A building and then you are at the adult heated pool. From there, it`s just a few more steps to the Wailea Beach access gate. Never before have any private accommodations of this quality been offered with such convenient access to Wailea Beach - at these rates.

There is a partial ocean view from the covered veranda and the master bedroom. C201 Castaway Cove has 3 bedrooms (King in ocean view master, 2 Queen Beds in the 2nd master, and an Eastern King in the third bedroom), 3.5 bathrooms and more than 3,500 square feet of indoor and outdoor living space.

We named C201 as Castaway Cove Villa because this second floor corner accommodation reminds us of an idyllic tropical hideaway. Here you can vacation just steps from the azure blue Pacific, surrounded by verdant gardens blooming with vibrant flowers that are framed by gently swaying palm trees. We took classic neutral elements such as polished white marble, earth-tone granite, and deep mahogany woods, then we blended them with colors of the sea and sky to create an enchanting tropical themed living space.

As you walk into the expansive great room, you`ll notice the large covered fresh-air patio that provides ample room for outdoor dining and lounging. To further enhance the natural living experience at Castaway Cove Villa, we placed fresh green live plants in an array of imported glazed ceramic pots. There are no fake or plastic plants and flowers in this luxury villa.

Within the interior of C201 Castaway Cove, abundant sunshine streams through the many windows and solid floor to ceiling glass doors. Because this is a corner villa, there is plenty of natural sunshine. Since this villa is on the second floor, it stays cooler than villas on the top floors.

The electronics throughout C201 were recently upgraded. Using the HD DVR with HD subscription in the living room, you can record programs while at the beach or on the golf course. We also added HD digital cable boxes to all three of the bedrooms. Paired with HD televisions, you can now enjoy bona-fide HD television in all rooms at C201. We also added 4K television models with Apple TV 4K and iPod docks to all rooms. To compliment the upgraded entertainment systems, we now subscribe to a complimentary Netflix account, so you may download movies for evening entertainment in all rooms! In the great room there is a large 75" flat panel television. Other technology amenities in C201 include complimentary no-charge Wi-Fi and hard-wired internet service and a work desk stocked with office supply. Additional upscale details include quality furnishings, a built-in guest safe, Studio Becker European closets, nine foot lofty ceilings, premium high thread-count bath and bed linens, and plush pillow-top beds.

The full kitchen is extraordinarily well equipped with a full array of new top-shelf cooking and dining supplies including an espresso machine, dual top quality coffee makers, crystal glassware, Sub-Zero refrigerator with beverage drawers, freezer with ice maker, Thermador stainless steel convection oven with microwave, Gaggenau gas cook range, and Bosch electronic dishwasher. - Only guests registered as staying in a villa and villa owners are permitted to use the common areas and amenities on property, including the Fitness Center, Beach Services and the pools at Wailea Beach Villas.
- You will be a guest in a villa/apartment residential resort with a mix of permanent residents, part-time owner visitors, and vacationing visitors. The villas are fee simple condominiums with individual private owners. The on-site services are not intended to fully duplicate those of a luxury hotel. Valet parking and luggage service may be available only during limited hours in keeping with the residential character of the property.
- Please expect ambient audible living noises including but not limited to children playing, person-to-person conversations, public space music, any on-site food and beverage service, on-site or adjacent luaus, and on-site or adjacent parties, group conventions, sunset horns, maintenance projects and/or fireworks celebrations.
- Supervision of children when using outdoor balcony/veranda "lanai" areas of the resort is required.
- Parking is provided on property for one vehicle on a complimentary basis. Additional vehicle parking may be limited and costs may apply.

Wailea Beach Villas is a private gated community for registered guests only. Each of our luxury villas has a stated maximum occupancy, detailed on PrivateParadiseVillas.com and in your Agreement. Friends and family staying elsewhere on island during your visit are not a part of your Agreement and the guest list, and therefore are absolutely prohibited from entering Wailea Beach Villas and using the common element facilities such as the pools and fitness center. In order to have your friends or family members enjoy vacationing with you, please inquire with us regarding the availability of any other additional Wailea Beach Villas to rent. All gatherings must be planned for locations other than within Wailea Beach Villas community property. Extra charges for excess occupancy and excess departure cleaning fees will be charged, if applicable, following any over-occupancy event. Resort management reserves the right to ask non-registered guests to depart the pool and property grounds immediately.
