What a great stay in such a beautiful unit. Beautiful Sunsets from our balcony almost every night. Check-in was smooth and both host and cleaning personnel addressed any concerns we had immediately, although there so few concerns. Our stay of over 3 months was very much enjoyed. Would definitely stay again

A great unit, in an excellent location near the 101 freeway and with a view of the golf course. Both the owner and Connie the manager were more than very accommodating. Enjoyed their stay very much.

Wonderful stay

My parents had to make an emergency move here to Phoenix and stayed here for a month and a half until we found a permanent place for them. Very accommodating host and property manager. My parents loved sitting out on the patio every morning and night enjoying the golf course and wonderful views. Everything was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Phoenix Desert ridge condo

Very nice and comfortable condo overlooking the golf course in a nice quiet gated community. Property manager and owners were extremely helpful and considerate as we used the condo for long term daily treatment at Mayo Clinic which is only about 7 minutes away Also being so close to desert ridge shopping center was perfect for shopping and dining options.

Lovely Condo in the Perfect Location

We stayed for a month while waiting for our new home to be finished. Loved the condo, there was plenty of space and fully stocked with everything we needed. Having the den with a desk was also nice for periodic work time. The peaceful views of the golf course were delightful, especially at sunset. We enjoyed being able to go outside of the gate (located between buildings 35-37) to walk along the golf course path over to the JW Marriott. The development is quiet and the other residents were very friendly to us. Although we didn’t use the pool / spa, we found them both to be quite nice and well-maintained, as well as the workout room. The owner Kristin and property manager Connie were very friendly and responsive when we requested assistance with anything. Overall, a terrific experience; one that made the transition from our home so much less stressful. With close proximity to Desert Ridge and City North, the availability of the many restaurants and shops made it feel like a true vacation from the reality of moving. We will definitely look to stay here again when we come back to visit. Thank you again Kristin and Connie for a wonderful stay!

Great Stay!

Relaxing, quiet unit with a great deck that overlooks a peaceful, quiet golf course. Community, pool, etc was clean, quiet and well kept. All the peace and quiet within the community but only a half a mile from the vibrant restaurants and bars on High Street and a mile from the massive Desert Ridge Mall with more restaurants and bars and shopping. Thank you!

We liked having the attached garage and took advantage of the pool. Great view of the golf course. We would definitely stay there again.

Really Enjoyed this Condo

We really enjoyed our stay at this particular condo. We liked the location, which perfectly suited our needs. The condo was very nicely furnished, and in excellent condition. All of the amenities provided were also great. We particularly enjoyed the patron looking at the golf course. The proximity to shopping and restaurants was also very convenient. Without hesitation, this condo will be our first choice the next time we need a long-stay place in Phoenix. Evaristo J & Nilsa E Bonano

Truly a wonderful home

This condo is very will furnished and user friendly for renters. The amenities are very impressive in the community. The unit was clean and comfortable and furnished with anything we needed. Awesome location and views from the patio. We very much enjoyed the quiet and solitude after a long day of hiking, golfing, etc. Sunsets are stunning. I would recommend this unit to anyone. The owners obviously take pride in their ownership of this condo.
