One of the largest units in Point Tapatio. Fabulous two level, 1337 square foot condo with fantastic pool views. Unit includes 2 BR, 2 BA, Loft, and a 20 foot vaulted ceiling in the living room. This condo occupies the upper two floors of a 3 story complex, and is very quiet. Includes 3 patios with views of the pool, hot tub and mountains in the background. Everything is kept pristine and very clean.

The unit has been remodeled with granite counter-tops, new flooring, paint, new bedding, linens, accessories for the kitchen and new furniture. The unit can comfortably sleep up to 6 with a California king in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom, and a trundle bed in the 2nd level loft that can be converted to two twin beds.

The Pointe Resort is a gated resort community located in North Phoenix about 10 miles NE of downtown Phoenix adjacent to the Pointe Hilton Resort at Tapatio Cliffs. The complex features 3 pools, 3 spas, tennis and pickle ball and basketball courts. Nearby is the North Mountain Preserve where there are numerous hiking and biking trails. Ten golf courses are within a 7-mile radius. The centralized location within the North Phoenix area provides a convenient home base for all the Valley has to offer. Unit was excellent. Pool, spa, and comminity were wonderful. Had 2 minor issues but everything was resolved. Rooms were spacious and was very well stocked. I would consider booking again. Host was easy to get a hold of.

Had an absolutely wonderful time. The pool is nice and close and is very quiet. The Congo made you feel like you were at home the moment that you walked in. They had all the essentials that you could require.

I’d do it all over again. I think that says it all. We hope to come back again sooner than later and get the exact same condo property if possible. The entire family loved the place. Overlooking the pool and hot tub and being so close made it all perfect!

Great can condo in North Phoenix. Freeway access is great to get to multiple locations in the valley. The host was great to work with and I'd recommend booking this condo.

Wonderfully equipped, quiet and comfortable. There was nothing lacking. Pool was right out the door but was also quiet and peaceful. Well apportioned kitchen. There was nothing more to ask for from this location and residence.

Tracy was VERY cooperative and helped smooth out a minor rough spot easily and kindly. Accommodations were perfect for our group, nicely located and we loved the pickle ball court. Also … the North Mountain hike was amazing! Really enjoyed our stay and it is close to our family so we may be back!!

Very nice super clean unit with lots of space in a beautiful gated community. Clean and fresh bedding and towels which is a stand-out feature that we really appreciate. The three small outdoor balconies are private and comfortable. Tracy is a friendly host. All in all a great stay and looking forward to returning.

We are next to all the major highways and only 15 minutes to the airport. We are also next to North Mountain that has wonderful walking trails and beautiful views of Phoenix.
