Great to hear! So glad you enjoyed your stay at our condo. The pizza place is only steps away (inside from the condo) and called "Last Chance PIzza". They are usually busy between 7-8 pm so try to order before that. I believe the place you are referring too is called "Jackpine Pub" (right across the street from the condo). It's got a great chill vibe (just like the entire lower village) and where you meet the locals who'll tell you about any powder left on the mountain. Thanks again - come back anytime!

We’re thrilled to hear that you enjoyed the comforts of our condo, and the convenience of ski in/out with the lifts a short 100m walk, and being able to ski down to within 60m of the front door. Pretty much all the accomodations in Panorama offers this type of ski in/out convenience - never having to drive anywhere once you arrive, it's very relaxing as you experienced. Regarding the fireplace, we sincerely apologize for any confusion or inconvenience caused. We always encourage our guests to reach out with any issues, and we would have loved the opportunity to assist. We understand how a warm fire can enhance the experience, especially during winter. To improve, we’ll review and clarify our instructions, including providing a how-to video. It’s true that starting a fire in our valley location can sometimes be tricky due to atmospheric pressure and local weather conditions, but we do our best to set guests up for success. We recommend that all guests bring enviro logs (purchased before arrival) for convenience, as they provide a nice ambiance and just enough additional warmth. Additionally, we’re actively working on finding a reliable firewood supplier for the future. We would like to share our perspective: Cleaning Team: We take great pride in working with an amazing human cleaning team. While they maintain our property to high standards across our 100 fantastic reviews, like anyone, they can occasionally make a mistake or miss an odd detail. We don't expect guests to look under mats, audit our cleaning services, and publicly announce the results of a few minor details. Our 3-year track record of excellent cleanliness speaks to this. Patio: While there are a few weeds present, they certainly are not taking over the patio, though we will make sure they are addressed promptly. Unlike many other properties, our condo provides complimentary firewood for our guests to enjoy real wood fires—a fantastic amenity, but one that requires realistic expectations. Having a real wood fireplace naturally creates a bit of wood debris and dust outdoors, so we do kindly expect guests to tidy up after chopping kindling or using the firewood. That said, we will certainly be even more attentive to the outside seating area moving forward. Floors & Screen Door: The floor is already scheduled for complete replacement right after this summer season. Regarding the screen door, it was actually repaired recently, but since it requires further attention, it will be going back for repair ASAP. We have temporarily added carpet runners to help with the degrading floor. Communication: We always encourage open communication during a stay so we can make things right immediately. When we reached out during your stay, you responded with "Sounds good everything is good", so we were unaware of these concerns while you were here. As a suggestion for future stays with any host, please consider communicating issues privately during your stay so your hosts have a fair opportunity to resolve them for you on the spot. During your stay, our team answered all pre-arrival inquiries promptly and immediately resolved your request for a fresh propane tank by having our local property manager deliver one directly to the unit that afternoon in addition to the community BBQ accross the road that is always available. Regarding air conditioning, while our property relies on its naturally cool ground-floor layout, blackout blinds, and dedicated bedroom tower fans rather than central A/C, we work hard to ensure clear information across our listing and you must have missed the note about it. We personally don't control the VRBO website so it's best to reach out to them about improvements about property climate controls.
