A bit of work to get to most places but check in process was easy and place looked great

Gorgeous View

Accommodations were great! Condo is nicely updated. Host was very responsive. Walking distance to great restaurants and snorkeling right off the beach!

Overall, very nice. Good local pretty beach. Close to snorkel wreck Gamma grand. High end appliances. However, perhaps a bit pricey. Air conditioner unable to cool bedrooms throughout the night. Also, strong smell of refuse everyday of our stay surrounding property. Was a last minute booking and owner and management very accommodating!

We're glad to hear you enjoyed the beautiful local beach, high-end appliances, and convenient location near the Gamma Grand snorkel wreck. We strive to offer a premium experience that reflects the quality of our property and its amenities. We appreciate your comments about the air conditioning and surrounding property scent. After your stay, we discovered that the AC vents had been partially closed by previous guests, but we promptly serviced the unit and have it on a scheduled maintenance plan to ensure optimal performance. Regarding the odour, it occasionally drifts from the main disposal site on the island. Thankfully, it's a rare occurrence, and we’re committed to ensuring our guests have a comfortable and pleasant experience. Thank you again for your valuable feedback, and we hope to welcome you back in the future.

Wonderful time at the Grape Tree but new Master Bed Mattress Needed.

We really enjoyed our time at the condo. The unit has been nicely updated with new, high-end appliances and finishes. The 2 story, 2bdrm, 2bath layout accommodated our family of 4 perfectly. The unit has a nice ocean view and is a very short walk to the beach. The only downside to the condo was that the master bed mattress and bedding needs to be updated. Despite the high-end appliances and other nice finishes, the mattress was old and lumpy and the sheets were dated. My husband and I were happy to head home to our own bed after 5 nights on an uncomfortable bed. Everything else was great and the price was perfect for the location and view.
