This 2 BR non smoking cottage is located on the Souris River. Quiet and private, this cottage is also minutes from shopping and restaurants, as well as beautiful white sand beaches. Cottage has 4 person hot tub, screened in deck, fire pit, and offers good fishing on the Souris River. WI FI and Satellite TV on site. one BR has king bed, other has 2 single beds. In addition the couch can be pulled out as a double bed.

Imagine you vacation of days at the beach, eating fresh seafood, enjoying a beverage on the deck or in front of a fire with friends.

Adjacent to 120 Cahill Lane, ideal for multiple families in a private setting.

We loved staying in this lovely quiet setting on the Souris River. The view from the dock is mostly trees. The hot tub was enjoyed by all. We used the canoe on the river. The well-equipped kitchen provided all we needed. The screened deck was great, because the mosquitos are hungry. The hosts and the people of Souris are warm and hospitable.

Very clean, nicely decorated, comfortable, very quiet. Kitchen well-equipped - except - no coffee! (We were able to buy supplies close by)

Great stay

We had a great stay at this property. The property was exactly as described. It was great to use the hot tub on the deck and use the fully equipped kitchen. Many places were within a 30-minute drive. Paul was always responsive to questions. Highly recommend the property.

Quiet relaxing visit- very private

We had a great week at the cottage. It was clean, and exactly as listed. It was close enough to activities, yet private enough that we could appreciate the nature of our surroundings. Our only suggestion, is having a reusable k-cup handy. We’d definitely recommend this cottage Thanks for having us!

What a wonderful province PEI is!!! Chris and Paul our hosts were very accommodating and we loved the beautiful quaint cottage on the Souris river. We were sad to have to leave to go home!!!

Beautiful Week in Souris

A well kept cottage, with a beautiful view of the Souris River. The cottage was clean, and the kitchen was well equipped. There was a full size hot tub in a screened in deck. The TV and Wifi were more than adequate. The cottage also had a washer drier which was a bonus. The cottage is a short drive to the boardwalk & restaurants in Souris, as well as a short drive to Basin Head Provincial Park which has a amazing beach. The hosts answered any questions we had and were friendly.

Really pretty, really peaceful spot on the water. Looked just like the pictures. Amenities such as hot tub, screened in porch, washer/dryer, BBQ, fire pit were so nice. It seems like they thought of almost everything. We were also so grateful to have our dog there. There were a lot of great things we will take away from our visit. The only couple areas which could use some improvement was the cleaning, it seems like the bare minimum got done, but it really needed a much more thorough cleaning. And some fresh pillows and towels, full soap dispensers would also make a big difference.

More spacious than expected, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds. Washer and Dryer was a great bonus. The lighting in the kitchen / dining is very weak. Would need a higher wattage bulb for sure.

The property was nice located close to town but you would not know it , overlooking the river was nice . It would of been nice if the light in the kitchen had a higher wattage bulb could not see very well with what you have . Also toilet seat was loose and had not been cleaned very well we had to clean before use . Loved the fact of having a washer and dryer . Beds were very comfortable . All in all nice would stay again.

Great place so peaceful!

This property was beautiful. Truly encompasses souris. The owners were always very quick to respond. Everything you would need was provided in the cottage. The place was a bit tricky to find the first time but after that it was easy! Would defiantly go here again!

Staycation getaway

We stayed for a long weekend with our dog - we loved the property and the cottage was spotless and had everything we needed. A very short drive to local shops, beaches.

A short drive to Basin Head Beach, and a half hour drive to a three championship quality golf courses. 2 cottages side by side (120 Cahill Lane) make location great for a couple of families
