Location was excellent. Our first stay in Sayulita and this property was what we were looking for. House is private and as described John was responsive to our needs before and after the stay. Glad we took his advice and had a golf cart for our stay - town is walkable to get to but does have a slight incline

House was beautiful!! Far exceeded our expectations. Well stocked for everything we needed. Nice walk to town and beaches. John (owner) and Maria (on site) were both very responsive and helpful.We LOVED our stay!

Great communication from the getgo. The house is BEAUTIFUL with every amenity a person could need. Very spacious, welcoming, colorful and lots of outdoor space to enjoy. Would love to come back!

Comfortable and convenient stay

We had a fantastic stay. John’s Casa was very comfortable very clean at all of the amenities we needed and was very conveniently located. Just a five minute walk up the hill… Staying here made our time in Sayulita a dream… Thank you, John and Maria for taking such good care of us

This place was a perfect fit for what we were looking for… walking distance from the beach and restaurants (we quickly become accustomed to the uphill walk home), a pool that we had to ourselves, privacy, comfortable beds, and great responsiveness for any issues we had. Would definitely return.

This vacation home is one of the beautiful and well appointed our family has ever rented. The detail in the home is amazing. And everything you need for a vacation stay is provided. Great location. Close to town and beaches but away from noise. Excellent communication with host. Highly recommended.

Amazing character

Beautiful place to stay in a convenient neighborhood. The host was particularly helpful on Christmas Eve when several of us fell ill from good poisoning(beach food).

We had an amazing week! The house was perfect for our family: 2 adults, 2 teenagers. The grounds were beautiful, the pool was relaxing and the views (from all vantage points throughout the property were amazing. Inside was very comfortable and stocked with everything to make us feel at home. There’s so much space to enjoy and relax. John made everything so easy and his attention to detail made our trip planning seamless. Maria was a great contact on-site as well. We would definitely stay here again. 100% recommend.

My family of 6 loved Casa Paradiso! Plenty of space for us all, beautiful property with amazing views of Sayulita! John is easy to contact and super helpful as well as is Maria, the property manager. We can’t wait to stay again next summer! Thanks John!

Fantastic Property!

The property was amazing. Our 3 boys ages 16, 14, and 12 loved the pool and the home had great sleeping arrangements for them. The location was perfect for our family. An easy walk for the beach and to get to the downtown restaurants and street food. We made the walk 3-4 times per day during our week in Sayulita. John was easy to communicate with and Maria was a great resource during our stay.

Amazing Sayulita Stay

5 stars all the way! The Villa was beautiful, spacious and very well equipped and the private pool was a treat. The town of Sayulita was amazing, so friendly, great food and beautiful little boutiques everywhere. The beach was great to walk every day and we were impressed with how clean it was. We will definitely be back, thank you John for giving us the opportunity to discover your beautiful home and town.

Gringo Hill Casa Paraiso

I can’t say enough about this property, John Trice was amazing to deal with we actually got to meet him and had a wonderful visit. Maria was amazing to deal with as well. The house the views were stunning. Very well stocked place and lots of towels. We would definitely stay at this property again Thanks John.
