Great views and super location!

We truly enjoyed our stay. The condo was very comfortable for our group of 7 adults and we enjoyed the gorgeous views from all sides of this beautifully situated end unit. It is in walking distance to many great dining options and the beach and pool areas were both spectacular!!

Great condo for family get together

Condo is beautiful with fantastic views from a corner 16th floor unit! Would definitely select this condo again. The spa, fitness center and indoor and outdoor pools are great! The many codes required take getting used to and we requested more fobs (which we were given). You definitely feel secure! A great stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful! Walked to everything and beach was perfect! Only thing - don't forget to bring your own toilet paper. We didn't have enough even after a 1 time use. Also, only maintenence thing was the towel bars didn't stay on the wall.

Very nice place!

This is a very high-quality unit with really nice finishes. The beach views from the large wrap-around balcony are awesome! There is also a private balcony in the front bedroom with a view of the sound. The only recommendation I would make to the owner is to upgrade the beds which seem cheap and are a little squeaky, especially at this price point. (at least the front bedroom I was in was). I would have rated 5* if I was in a more comfortable bed.

Beautiful Views

We stayed at this condo with 3 couples and 5 teenagers. We had plenty of room. The pool and hot tub were nice when you wanted to have a break from the beach. The views were beautiful from evey window. The balcony offers a lot of room to relax and enjoy your stay. We even saw dolphins swimming from the balcony when enjoying morning coffee. We did have several issues throughout the week with things not working but the staff took care of them in a timely manner. Would go back to this condo again.

Not Clean but great view

This was our second year to stay here. It was DIRTY this year. cleanup crew came and could not speak english and therefore did not do what was expected so we had to call a second time to get things clean. The view is great from here but they need to clean these rooms better.

Beach Club is a nice facility that I have stayed at multiple times. This unit has a great view of the Gulf and the Bay. It has just about everything you need and they list out the items you should bring. The jetted tub was not working at the time of our stay. That did not really bother us since we did not plan to use it anyway, but I thought it worth mentioning for someone else to consider. The blinds in the back master would not lower, simple maintenance issue. Overall, I would recommend this as a nice place to stay.
