Fully renovated old private house villa ~ usual resort keyanz in ITOSHIMA, JAPAN

Itoshima is now attracting worldwide attention. In the seaside town of Keya in Itoshima City, a 90-year-old old house has been completely renovated and is now open as “usual resort keyanz”. It is a 3-minute walk to the sea and a 10-minute walk from the inn to the popular spot Totoro no Mori (Totoro's Forest).

〇The stylish and beautiful old house “usual resort keyanz”, with a total of seven rooms and approximately 200 m2 (bedroom, two Japanese-style rooms, two Western-style rooms, dining kitchen and attic room) available for rent in its entirety.

〇There are two bathrooms and two toilets, so even a large group of people can stay in the house.

〇The Kamado room and the attic room are available for guests to experience the ancient Japanese culture. In the Kamado room, you can cook delicious Kamado rice. (A separate fee of 4,400 yen is charged for the Kamado Room.)

〇A slightly modern Japanese garden with hedges and water pots has been created! Sitting on the veranda, you will be soothed by the sound of water and the greenery of the garden. The Japanese-style room overlooks the garden.

〇The maximum number of guests in this accommodation is 10 (not including children under 2 years of age).

★Children over 2 years old will be charged the same accommodation fee as adults. Children under 2 years old are free if they share the same bed as their parents. However, in the Vrbo system, if you enter the number of children under 2 years old (0 and 1 year old) when making a reservation, they will be counted for a fee. Please do not add the number of children under 2 years old when filling out the reservation form.

〇The bathrooms, washrooms, toilets and kitchens are functional and up-to-date, so you can spend a comfortable stay. Each room is equipped with air-conditioning and heating (6 air-conditioners and 2 fan heaters), so you can spend a comfortable stay in summer or winter.

〇There are two single beds in the bedroom, and up to eight people can sleep on futons in the Japanese-style room.

〇The accommodation does not provide meals. Please enjoy cooking in the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave oven, toaster, rice cooker, coffee machine, electric kettle and other appliances, as well as basic seasonings, cooking utensils, pans and pots, and crockery. The modern kitchens have a built-in dishwasher. The sink is also equipped with a water purifier.

〇Free washing machine and gas dryer (Rinnai's 'Kantakun') are provided. Three air purifiers are also installed and free high-speed Wi-Fi (334 Mbps) is available.

〇Bath towels, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, toothbrush set, hairbrush, shower cap, razor, hairdryer, tissues, slippers and bedding (down quilt) are provided. (*Yukata, etc. are not provided.)

〇There are two parking spaces behind the main building for standard-sized cars. For large vehicles or the third car or more, please use the large parking lot a 2-minute walk away.

〇BBQ on the terrace is available for ¥3,300 (with charcoal). Please contact the host in advance if you wish to use the BBQ set.

※Options such as Kamado room usage fee and BBQ set usage fee will be settled on-site.

〇Check-in is from 15:00 to 19:00, check-out is 11:00.
〇Hosts are stationed in the separate house on the same premises. The host will give you the house key directly at check-in.
〇The neighbourhood is a residential area. Please be quiet at night.
〇 Smoking is not permitted in the house. Please bring your own portable ashtray and smoke outside the premises.
〇Pets are not allowed.
◯We do not accept any reductions in the number of people or number of nights stayed after the day of check-in. We will charge the original amount, so we appreciate your understanding.
◯If there are people using the room for day trips, an additional fee will be charged. Please ask the host for details.
※There are no convenience stores or supermarkets within walking distance of the site. The nearest convenience store or supermarket is a 10-minute drive away.

〇Train - Take the Subway Airport Line and get off at Chikuzenmaebaru Station on the JR Chikuhi Line, which operates a direct connection.
・Fukuoka Airport Station → Chikuzenmaebaru Station (about 47 minutes)
・Hakata Station → Chikuzenmaebaru Station (about 42 minutes)
・Tenjin Station → Chikuzenmaebaru Station (35 minutes)

〇Bus/taxi from Chikuzenmaebaru Station
・From the North Exit, take the Keya Line bus to the Keya Koubaiten bus stop (approx. 30 minutes from the station) - 3-minute walk to keyanz.
・From the North Exit, take a taxi to keyanz (about 15 minutes).

・From Nishi Kyushu Expressway (Fukuoka Maebaru Road) Maebaru Interchange, 20 minutes by car to keyanz.
※It takes about 1 hour from Fukuoka Airport or Hakata Station to keyanz by car. (Expressway use)
