Ocean view 2BR/2BA villa on 3rd floor at Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort. Villa is close to elevator. It is approximately 100 yards from beach. Great view of ocean and pool from the balcony.
Upgrades include new carpet in bed rooms, walk-in shower in master bath, flat screen TV in living room and master bed room. Master bedroom has King size bed. Second bedroom has 2 twin beds.
Hilton Head Beach and Tennis resorts has 10 lighted tennis courts, picnic area, ocean front pool, playground area and fitness center.

Nice condo for a weekend getaway

Condo complex is a little dated, but that doesn't bother me as long as it's clean. A little dusty, especially the vents and under furniture, but overall clean. Good communication from owner. Only includes one parking pass (have to pay $35 for an extra pass), which was a bummer, but not a deal breaker.

Fun family time!

Great location! Needs updated with improvements on cleanliness, mold in bathrooms, more towels otherwise great place to stay and enjoy awesome vacation.

Great location

Wonderful long weekend to celebrate New Year 2024. Short walk to the beach and within walking distance to Sports Bar and restaurant. Friendly staff and 24 hour security. Lovely ocean view from balcony. We’ll definitely stay here again

Great location but unit was not to my cleanliness standards

Unit location was excellent. Very short walk to the beach. The unit reeked of cigarette smoke and was supposed to be a no smoking unit. The unit was very basic and could really use a renovation. I have used VRBO many times and I always appreciate owners that do extra things to make your stay more enjoyable. There was none of that with this unit.

Get away at the beach

Good beach location, access to the beach was very good. Good beach view from one end of the balcony. Needs work on the master bath shower floor and deep cleaning. The resort had several restaurants on site that were good, like Coconut Sports Bar and Jamaica Joe'z Beach Bar.

Owner doesn't stay on top of what's going on with property

The elevator was not working! I sent message to owner. She didn't reply till I got home! We were on 3rd floor. Owner should have called complex and checked on elevator, and advised us, she didn't. Carrying large full cooler/luggage up over 41 steps was awful. Bathroom shower in master room needed a really good cleaning mold every where. Carpets in bedrooms were dirty. This building was right beside public beach access which makes beach area crowded. Positive note kitchen was well equipped and couches were clean.

Pre hurricane vacation

We were only a party of 2 but we enjoyed the extra space that the 2Br unit provided for the price. Long balcony was great for the ocean view and it was an easy walk to beach and pool . Parking convenient to entry & unit. Owner was accessible and quick to respond. Pillows and showers could use some updating. Living areas were comfortable and clean. Ocean was pleasantly warm for the time of year, unfortunately our trip was cut short due to impending storm!

RELAXING, CONVENIENT, SAFE, ENJOYABLE!!

Admiral's Row is THE place for our family of four. Honestly, I'd be stretching to have any complaints about this unit and the property manager. Everything was as expected, and very pleasant. You will truly enjoy your beach vacation with this unit. We have young twins, and this is the second time we've stayed in this part of the resort. We chose this resort twice during COVID, because it is safe, and we just needed to get on the beach quickly. The walking distance is so short and so quick, that we hardly had to bring anything to the beach! The unit is so close to the smaller pool on the resort, and our kids preferred it over the beach some days! The resort staff were really friendly, and the owner of this property was very professional in their communication. Property was updated moreso than the last Admiral's Row property we stayed in, and the kitchen had all the utensils you would need. The water pressure in this unit was AMAZING. When we travel, we love a good hot shower and strong water pressure, and literally this was a huge plus. (Trust me, I've travelled to some places with the worst water pressure, or cold water only, and it makes taking a shower unbearable.) We liked that this unit is close to the elevator, stairs, and laundry facility. In case this is helpful for others, the laundry cost $3.00 in coins for the wash, and $3.00 in coins for the dryer. Other fun parts of the stay, we watched a small alligator in the retention pond outside of the unit swim around, and the birds were nice to sit an watch from the balcony patio. Helpful tips for the next renter... which is not a complaint of this unit - AT ALL, just some tips for anyone staying here that is a picky traveller..... 1) We could not find a recycling bin at the complex 2) As a picky pillow person, I'd bring my own pillows... 3) bring your own shampoo / conditioner / soap 4) if your family uses a lot of toilet paper, bring an extra roll for a long stay, and 4) if you like stronger paper towels, then bring your own roll. Overall, a top place our family has rented for vacation. Would certainly come back again year after year. Thank you Wani!!

Close to the beach

The villa was clean but the shower in the master bedroom was in need a new shower mat. Had everything you needed to cook with but the cookware needs to be replace they have been used a lot and the second bedroom could use a television in it. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Wonderful condo!

The condo was much better than expected! Very clean and close to the beach! The balcony had a pleasant view of the beach which was a plus for us. The condo was quiet and cozy! Definitely would advise anyone to check this condo out.

Beautiful ocean view

This condo met all of our needs and it was as described. Great communication with owner. You can't beat the location. There was even a resident alligator. We did replace the boogie board and the beach cart had a broken wheel. For the price and location we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Not what we were expecting when paying a cleaning fee. It was not used.

We got there and were immediately overwhelmed with a odd odor like the condo was not the cleanest. We found dirty q tips, mold, food in the freezer, empty water bottles behind doors, garbage on the deck, and worst of all, food and wrappers in the pull out couch. The place looked like someone came in, changed the sheets, cleaned up a bit, and left. The effort to keep this condo clean was none. After reaching out the owner did send someone to clean right away. That was nice. But it’s the fact that it wasn’t clean when we got there. By the time housekeeping came, it was the next morning and we had already cleaned because we couldn’t stay there without doing so. Disappointed in the fact that our cleaning fee wasn’t used to its fullest extent. I know staff is low, but take less houses to clean, hire more employees, whatever it is that needs to happen to make sure other guests have a clean place to stay on vacation.

Good value!!!

The condo was very nice and we had everything we needed to cook a meal one day. We enjoy Hilton Head Beach & Tennis Resort and have stayed here often. This condo was a great bargain and was not the best we have stayed in but nevertheless a great condo. The owner was very helpful. I would stay here again.

The view from the balcony was great. We enjoyed being able to see the ocean. The condo needs updating but everything was functional. The condo could use a thorough cleaning.
