No pool no gym no hot tub no games room , building is under construction. We were not informed this until it was too late to cancel. We were told the amenities would still be available until October but this wasn’t accurate. The apartment was fine. Good location and nice friendly neighborhood.

Disappointing overall. On the plus side, it was quiet, conveniently located, beds were comfy, and the neighborhood was nice. Cons: The lobby and hallways were torn up & under renovation, which I don’t recall being informed of when booking. The unit was a bit bare. Certain things I’ve come to expect at a Vrbo were not provided like hand towels in the bathroom, dish towels in the kitchen, there was a space for sugar, creamer, and tea labeled in the cabinet, but nothing was there, and there was no way to hang coats in the closet by the front door. The images in the app did not reflect the current state of the unit. It didn’t feel “cozy”.

Nice neighborhood and quiet place. Beds were very comfy and nice view. Only snafu was when we arrived cleaning from previous guests wasn’t completed and we had to sit for 45 minutes in the lobby. Suggestions: have enough towels (only 2 for 4 people isn’t enough) and consider some better furniture for living room.

Great location, very nice property, well stocked apartment. Perfect for a quick overnight stay, as well as a longer vacation. Close to many downtown attractions.

Family trip

Host had very good communication. Area was nice. I do recommend this rental.This location has free street parking after 10pm-8am. There is a parking garage near by for 11/day.

The pictures used on the Cozy Suites website were not pictures of the actual place we were renting, stock photos were provided. (My bad) just be aware that there are multiple units owned by the host across the country.Host responded quickly to questions. Apartment was NOT clean, spots on stove top, fingerprints on refrigerator, crumbs in carpet. Apartment was sparsely furnished, no dressers in the bedrooms, minimal lighting, it was just dreary. Construction was happening on all floors, pool was not available and that was not communicated until hours before we arrived. My friend inquired about a coffee maker, and what brand, while the host did reply there was a coffee maker and complimentary coffee available at the unit, they did not follow up with the brand. There was a drip coffee maker, but only instant coffee was in the cupboard. There were no check out instructions other than to leave by 11, we we only tidied up. I see a 150 charge pending, hoping it isn’t for cleaning . . Location was excellent. Will NOT be booking with CozySuites again.

Space was generally nice, with 2 rooms with queen beds. It is advertised as sleeping 5, but the couch is very hard with seemingly wood blocks between the cushions, making it not an advisable bed. Check in process/link did not work and said it was not time to check in. It took 3 phone calls to end up gaining access. There was 3 towels, again, booked for 5 people clearly. When brought up, they asked me to look for more, which I did everywhere with no other towels. They offered to bring some over at a later time but at that point, unfortunately was too late.Blankets and temperature was good, and indoor pool access was available, although we did not partake. The sink/drain smelt somewhat rancid on our arrival. Most noticeable when filling the brita filter for water, which was a nice inclusion. For 900 dollars for 2 nights, it was not necessarily a deal, especially with insufficient towels. If you need it for the location it’s a good spot, but would otherwise book a hotel over this in the future.

We’re were disappointed to find the hot tub and sauna weren’t in working order.Besides that everything was amazing. The apartment was very clean.

Almost perfect

The condo was great. Location, ease of use, and quality were all there. Hosts got back to us quickly and did thier best to meet our needs. The previous guests took the key fob to access the pool etc, so we were unable to use that, which was not ideal. Apparently there wasn't a spare key fob. For some reason the coffee pot glass was wonky- the pour spout was sideways and made a huge mess every time we tried to pour a cup. Could't turn it back the right way either.

Great location with some issues

The property is located just a block from the river and provides convenient access to the downtown area. It was the perfect size for our family of three. However, the check-in process was overly complicated and you can’t receive the exact address or check-in instructions until 2 hours before check-in. The AC was provided by a stand-alone unit which could not cool the entire apartment even though temps were in the 60s and 70s while we were there. The back bedroom in particular was hot and stuffy. The AC unit also had a loose exhaust hose, so some of the hot air was venting into the apartment rather than out the window. There were ceiling fans in both bedrooms which helped with cooling, until I saw that the glass over the light on the back bedroom fan was not only severely cracked, but was actually missing a chunk of glass. I didn’t want to turn it on again in case any more glass fell out. The mattress in the back bedroom was incredibly soft, though the other bed seemed fine. Dishes had been put away with food still on them - I found both a spatula and frying pan with egg stuck to them. There were no dressers in the bedrooms, only large closets with hanging rods. Living out of your suitcase is fine for a couple days but we were there for 6 nights, so it was very inconvenient. There was a single light in the living room area so it was pretty dark. In general, the property just felt neglected and like very little thought had gone into what guests might need.

This apartment, listed as a two-bedroom, was in fact not a two-bedroom and was in violation of multiple city codes.1. The two rooms that claimed to be bedrooms each had no windows. In Minneapolis, like most of the country, it is illegal to advertise or rent a room as a bedroom that has no window.2. The apartment was on the 5th floor, and it had windows that went to the floor and only opened from the bottom. There were no fall prevention devices and only a flimsy screen to prevent a child from falling out of these windows to their death. This is also a violation of the housing code.We did not stay in the unit. We contacted VRBO and the host, Cozzy Suite, immediately and sent them photos. We requested our money back and have received no compensation. We are currently seeking legal advice.This rental group are crooks and liars. Do not rent anything from them
