We completely understand how the overall state of the property during storm recovery made for a less-than-ideal experience — the debris and construction aftermath was frustrating for everyone, and while that falls under the resort's responsibility to manage, we hear you that it impacted your stay.Regarding the smoke smell — you're right to call that out, and we want to be transparent. The resort has a strict no-smoking policy, but we were dealing with a specific issue from a neighboring unit at the time. The condo association has since addressed it directly and it has not been an issue since.We've also spent the winter fully updating our unit and the resort amenities are coming back online — one outdoor pool is open and all indoor amenities including the pool, hot tubs, gym, and sauna are restored"
