The house was good for a quick last minute beach trip. The beds are fulls and not queens as described and the only bathroom is upstairs. The kitchen was spacious allowing us to cook breakfast together.

Work on the Road

My husband and his work partner thoroughly enjoyed their stay here while working at a local refinery. The location was easy to get to. There was a problem with the key pad, but the property manager helped them out without any further issues.

It was close to everything. We noticed at night. It was a little sketchy in the area, such as strange individuals walking next to the house and just staying there in a blank lot four hours at a time we were unable to enter the home, but we were very grateful. The homeowner came to unlock the door. It was very appreciated. The cleanliness of the house was a 4 out of 10

Needs to be sprayed for roaches!

The check-in process was not smooth. Despite messaging the host on Vrbo , I received no response. However, I was able to reach the property management. The door code did not work, and I had to use the lockbox to access the key. Additionally, the WiFi code was ineffective. I contacted the host again, but did not receive a response. Unfortunately, roaches were present in the kitchen and living room.

We followed up with the owner, who is committed to addressing these concerns and ensuring a better experience for all future guests:- Pest Control: We take reports of pests very seriously and have already scheduled a thorough inspection and treatment to resolve this issue. Understanding whether the pests were active or not will help us tailor our approach, but regardless, we're on it.- Check-In Process: Regarding the door code, the age of the house sometimes causes alignment issues with the lock, which we are looking to fix immediately. The lockbox is intended as a backup, and we're glad it was available.- Communication: We regret that your messages went unanswered. This is not the standard of service we aim to provide, and we are reviewing our communication processes to ensure quicker and more reliable responses.- WiFi Access: We were unaware of any issues with the WiFi and will verify the current settings and make necessary updates to ensure it is reliable for all guests.We appreciate your patience and are here to ensure that your concerns are addressed.
