Stayed at this well appointed condo for three nights and wish we could have stayed longer. Very comfortable and well set up for two couples. Beautiful view from the deck off the living area (great for relaxing and watching the sunset over the lake). Convenient for exploring Lake Tahoe and Truckee.

Lovely stay in this property in Incline Village. Pretty view of the lake from the deck. Comfortable indoor space with room for the four of us. Everything neat and clean. We would stay here again when in Lake Tahoe.

The location was perfect for us as we like to hike. We spent a lot of time on the deck as the view of the lake was stunning. The living space has a good flow. We had everything we needed.

The view from the deck is incredible! It’s why you want to stay here. Communication with the owner was perfect. It’s very quiet, and the location of Incline Village is very nice. Great restaurants. The beds were comfortable and it was so very nice to have coffee there for us each morning.

The view of the lake was spectacular...we felt like we got the true "Tahoe" experience in this home. Wish there could be an umbrella on the deck for a bit of shade. Kitchen had everything we could use, except maybe a few more wine glasses. The two parking spaces were a real plus for when guests came for dinner. We've already booked again for next June!

Lake Tahoe vacation

Highly recommend this place!! The view is gorgeous and the condo is beautiful and modern. If you have children under 2 bring a baby gate and plastic cups!! We had a wonderful stay and plan on coming back!

While the skiing was limited due to the crazy warm weather we had a very nice weekend in Incline Village and at Fairview #23. View wonderful. Comfortable. We highly recommend it and can’t wait to return. Hopefully earlier in the season with snow!!!

Beautiful home in great location

Family stay which included two young children. The house was perfect for our daily trips to the beaches in and around incline village. Located on a really quiet street. Plenty of room for all of us to have our own space. The house was very clean and Stocked with all of the essentials. Communication with the host was excellent and he was very responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely recommend this property and would love to come back and stay here again!

I had a group of 5 people and didn’t show them the house until we all got there. All of them were mindblown by the house and the view especially. Would book again.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The home was very clean. This home had a beautiful view. of the lake, it was breathtaking. The only suggestion I have for the Owner is to clean the patio furniture. We couldn’t fully enjoy sitting out on the balcony because the furnitures were dirty. But besides that this is a very nice home to rent.
