We had a wonderful visit in the beautiful house overlooking Lake Tahoe. The house is located very close to Incline Village, Sand Harbor and other locations on the North shore. We loved the Hot Tub and it was perfect for our annual Sister's trip, with plenty of room for the 3 of us.

There were no directions as to how to operate the TV or the coffee pot. Hot tub was nice and clean. Beautiful view.

We had a great experience! The house was lovely and super clean and the view from the balcony was stunning. The location was ideal for us to enjoy our holiday at Tahoe.

The view was exceptional. The beds were very comfortable. The furniture was reasonably good. The issues we found were related to deferred/lack of maintenance. For example, in the main the bathroom faucet was barely attached to the sink. The ensuite vanity was not caulked against the wall. The sliding door did not move more than 18 inches. The television did not provide basic channels. The decor was substandard.In summary, we feel calling this luxury is a stretch.

What an absolutely amazing property! We were extremely comfortable throughout our stay. The host was incredibly responsive, kind, flexible, and understanding, which made the experience even better. The large fridge, spacious couch, and huge beds added to our comfort, and we especially loved how easy the hot tub cover was to use. The heated floors in the main bathroom were such a treat! The view was unreal, and the location was perfect—so close to town while still feeling special and peaceful. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great Property!

Great small cabin near Incline Village. Location was very convenient and property was clean and as advertised. Check in was also a breeze as well. Great for a short stay near Tahoe!

Wonderful view of the lake from the deck and dining room! Property was clean and well equipped. Nice to have a few seasonings, oil, etc. available in the kitchen. Ice maker in refrigerator was either frozen up or not hooked up as it wasn't working when we were there. Just bought a bag of ice instead. Hot tub was very cool when we arrived, but heated up nicely overnight once we turned it up. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We stayed here to celebrate our anniversary, and it couldn’t have been more perfect! From the moment we walked in, the home felt warm, inviting. The setting is absolutely beautiful, with peaceful surroundings and stunning views that made it feel like our own private getaway. We loved relaxing together, enjoying the quiet, and taking in everything Incline Village has to offer.The home itself was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully put together with every detail considered. It truly made our anniversary feel extra special.The host was wonderful—so kind and attentive, which made the entire experience even better.We’ll always remember this trip and would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a romantic and memorable stay.

Lake View Treasure

An unexpected snowstorm arrived during our stay, so we took full advantage of the hot tub with lake view and cozy fireplace. Sun came out last day and we were able to enjoy a hike along the lake. Truly a treasure.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The home is in a great location with a beautiful view, there was ample parking, and the hot tub was a wonderful addition after a day of exploring.There were a few things future guests should be aware of. The home was not as clean as we expected upon arrival. We accidentally looked under the couches while retrieving an item, and there was a significant amount of dirt and debris that suggested those areas hadn't been cleaned in quite some time. The kitchen was also somewhat limited in terms of pots and pans, which made cooking meals a bit challenging. Finally, during our stay the house became quite warm, and without air conditioning it was difficult to cool down, especially in the afternoons and evenings. We were aware of this, so our fault. Overall, we appreciated the location and amenities and had a nice trip, but addressing these items would make the experience even better for future guests, espeically since the listing claims there has been so many new improvements.

Grand view of Lake Tahoe. House was very clean. No storage for clothes or toiletries. Shortage of bath towels. Turnaround at top of driveway is very tight. Property manager came to the house to replace a bathroom faucet and demonstrate how to use the multi dials in the master shower. Overall very good experience.

Quiet Tahoe getaway!

The view was incredible here, in a quiet neighborhood and very clean house. Loved that two of the bedrooms had king beds. The bathrooms had heated floors which is something I didn’t know I needed until I experienced it :) and all brand new showers, appliances etc. The hot tub was great as well!!Only things to note are that there was a tv mount in the master bedroom but no tv - would’ve been nice to have that. And for parents bringing young kids or babies - the glass fence around the deck has a large gap at the bottom of it that your baby or toddler could easily slip through so you have to watch them like a hawk. No idea how something like that passes an inspection but just be aware!

Our first time in Tahoe....Loved the home!The view from the deck is absolutely amazing! When we arrived late the first evening, we were disappointed to find that the hot tub was broken. The owner responded immediately and had it repaired by the following afternoon. The house is very well equipt and super clean with the exception of the light grey outdoor cushions which were pretty gross! (Guessing because it's the end of the summer season)Our week long stay was great....great house... great location and super comfortable! Thank you for everything!

This property and location was incredible. 3 good sized rooms, STUNNING views, clean and well maintained jacuzzi with a lake view and a well stocked kitchen. We had a wonderful time
