We had a lot of family in the area while we were there to attend our granddaughter's wedding. It was great to spend time together even if we were quite spread out. Had it not been for a wedding we would have been able to spend more time at the property enjoying the amenities. Thank you for a place to spread out and just enjoy some down time!

This was a wonderful place in a quiet inlet of the lake. The kids loved fishing off the dock, and having fires in the fire pit. House is large with lots of open space for dinners and gatherings. House was also clean, up to date, and well maintained.

Excellent Stay! Would absolutely recommend!

This house was such a beautiful place to stay with our family. The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location; close to Georgia College where we had many activities planned for our weekend. The host Ann made us feel very welcome, especially with her extra little touches! I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, hassle-free experience.

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time visiting Lake Sinclair! It was the perfect house for our growing family. My adult daughters & their spouses had plenty of room while our teenage daughter & her friend enjoyed their space. We loved being on the lake & still close to town. The house was beautiful!

Beautiful and Comfortable

The house is beautiful and very well equipped. Lots of little touches made the stay truly excellent (adjustable beds, USB ports on bedside tables, black makeup towels in all the bathrooms, etc). The view and lake access are perfect, and the location is great - just a few minutes from groceries, restaurants, etc. I have occasion to visit this area pretty frequently, and I would definitely stay here again!
