Our group of 5 senior adults had a very comfortable stay in this lovely, well kept home. The kitchen had what we needed and the bathrooms were well stocked. We would stay here again if in the area.

Great house for bourbon trail visit

We had a great time visiting distilleries and the location was great for that. Great sunrise views from the deck!

We enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for our family. My Mom and niece had their own rooms. My sister-in-law and brother-in-law had their own bedroom and bathroom. My husband and I had our own as well. The kitchen was furnished with everything to help get us started for our meals.

Comfortable and Clean

Our group of four enjoyed our stay at Howard's home. The house was comfortable, clean, and well stocked. Good, central location for fun activities in Frankfort, Lexington, and Midway. However, the fireplace wasn't usable which was unfortunate since it was a selling feature for us selecting this home for our vacation. Would stay here again if in the area.

Bourbon Trail

The property was clean and in a great location to start and end a day off distillery visits. The queen bed in the upstairs bedroom was one of the most comfortable experienced while traveling.

Bourbon trail trip

Location to distilleries was fantastic, beautiful place, nice accommodations, plenty of room to feel comfortable, nice clean property with nice viewsof river and backyard.

Beautiful back porch view.

After hitting the bourbon trail, it was a great spot to relax and look at turtles and wildlife in the backyard. Frankfort is a quaint lovely little town with great restaurants and friendly people.

Quiet Retreat

We had a great time staying there. It was the perfect distance to all the places we wanted to visit. The lake was beautiful and all the wildlife was so great to watch. Plenty of space to spread out to be together and to have your own space. We thoroughly enjoyed staying there. It took a day or two to figure the trick of locking the front door with the key, but we figured it. We would definitely return!

The home was very clean, neighborhood was quiet, location was good for activities in Frankfort. Master bath/shower really needs to have the safety concerns addressed. Our 70 year old parents were with us and there was no way they could occupy the primary bedroom suite. Kitchen was adequately stocked and the view out the back was beautiful.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay at this house overlooking a pond. The house was very clean and we loved the new furnishings. The balcony was so peaceful, and we enjoyed watching the wildlifeturtlgroundhog

Work Friends

Annual trip-#4! Loved the area and the house was very nicely located for all our activities- bourbon tasting, horse racing, apple picking and just soaking in the October days! Well stocked with everything we needed. Back deck was perfect for early morning or late afternoon chats.
