Nice interior, very spacious and clean. Location close to beach, stores and restaurants. A bit of a party neighborhood. Lots of rentals so you never know what you will get. Police did come for party noise/possibly fireworks (I hope). Back yard was disappointing. Not cleaned, had to clean myself for cookout and party lights and fire pit non functioning. Looked like they had been that way for a while, probably due to property being for sale.

Beautiful, Clean and a Great Location.

My friend and I enjoyed a beautiful week in the area. Everything about your place was great and we were able to walk to nearby restaurants and bars. We spent a lot of time on the road looking for home in the area for me, but when we were there everything worked and we had a great time.

Relaxing Getaway

The property is very close to the beach. The area was very quiet. The house was nicely decorated and smelled nice coming in. The hostess was very attentive. The area is 15 minutes to downtown Melbourne and 25 to Downtown Cocoa Beach. Overall it was a great place to stay.

Cute and functional

The house was clean and very functional. Having three bedrooms with large beds was important to us and it was a good house layout and setup. Large patio area with a lot of seating. Nice furniture and well decorated.

Spacious home

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and offered plenty of room both inside and out for our family. The downside was the barbecue was a broken but property manager did send someone to clean and repair it. We recommend they replace it.

East Coast Chilling

I would like to sincerely share my appreciation for the hospitality and the warm welcome to this home. The communication was proactive and welcoming and they ensured my family and our friends had a fantastic time. The home was perfect in every way and they continued to communicate with us to check in and see if there was anything they could do to make the stay better. We had everything we needed and more in this home and would highly recommend staying here.

Overall, our stay was fine, but there were a couple of things that were disappointing and should have been communicated upfront.It was a big deal for us to book a property in a gated community, and upon arrival we found the gate was completely broken. That left me feeling uneasy for the duration of our stay, as the added sense of security was one of the main reasons we chose this home.Additionally, there was a “for sale” sign in the yard when we arrived. That immediately raised concerns about potential showings during our stay, which was never disclosed by the owner. Transparency around something like that is expected, especially at this price point.Neither of these issues ruined the trip, but they did impact our experience and should have been communicated in advance.

I saw a difference from my stay in this house in 2023. That time it was perfect. This time not so much. The outdoor space was filled with dead palm branches blowing all over. Also, the outdoor lights wouldn't work, so there was no going out there at night in worrying about tripping over the blowing branches. Speaking of lighting, not all the lights in the house were functioning. The outdoor front light also didn't work because fixture was filled with dead bugs.The kitchen didn't have one saucepan, only a large pasta pot. Equally, there wasn't one large bowl to make a salad in or mix a cake batter...only soup bowls. Annoying, too, that every bathroom soap dispenser had gel refilled and wouldn't work because it was meant for foam refill.
