Welcome to Magnolia Place 202/4703 - located in the heart of Myrtle Beach at Myrtlewood Golf Resort!

Complete with upscale furniture in the living areas and bedrooms, you will feel right at home once you get unpacked and can take a break over at Magnolia Place 202/4703. This beautiful Myrtle Beach condo has been recently updated!

There is a flat-screen TV in the living area and both bedrooms. The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the necessary utensils and appliances for your vacation getaway. There is a private balcony with captivating views of the Magnolia Place pool area right off of the living area!

In the master bedroom, there is a king bed with an attached full master bathroom! The second bedroom has two twin-size beds with access to the second bathroom. Both bedrooms have ample space for all of your vacation belongings. There is also a sleeper sofa available in the living area - making this unit able to fit up to six guests. Worst place needs totally updated.. I have pictures to prove all

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was dirty. The door locks were hard to lock and unlock. The sleeper sofa was the absolute worst and cheap. Very disappointed being an approved Marriott property.

Great location and clean unit, but process needs modernized.

Came down with brother in law and father in law for a golf weekend. Location was fantastic, central to everything and next door to Myrtlewood. The unit was clean and had enough starter supplies to last us the whole weekend. Absolutely no complaints about unit itself per se. The reduced rating is with the inconvenient and archaic property management methods still being used. The check in process was very rigid because it was an in-person check in with a physical key. This posed an issue for us since 2 of us were flying in and had a tee time. They asked me to send a picture of my ID and a the credit card I used with all but last four of my number covered via text message. No secure portal or interface which made me very uncomfortable, but with no other options presented. Thankfully, my brother in law was driving in and was able to pickup the keys during their check in window of 3-5. A simple switch to deadbolt keypads would make this entire issue moot. We had no issues while there, but I was the last to leave the unit and the office where keys needed dropped back off (again unbelievably archaic and inconvenient) is located offsite. I had to ask my Uber driver to make an additional stop on the way to the airport. Hopefully, management can transition to electronic entry, ditch the need for a scheduled check in and can make the entire process more secure and streamlined. I want to reiterate that the unit itself was perfect for a long weekend and a guys golf trip.

Quick family getaway

The beds were comfortable, kitchen and bathrooms were clean, and the area was quiet. Very close proximity to Broadway at the Beach and other local favorites. I’d absolutely stay in this condo again!

A Great Home Away From Home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was just as described. It was clean and seemed like it had been recently upgraded. Regardless, it was very well maintained. The check in and check out process was completely painless and it is just a very nice location. I was not able to locate the fitness center but the pool was beautiful and it is close to everything - shopping, outlets, the beach, restaurants. A great choice indeed.

Basketball Tournament

It have enough room to fit our needs. We were missing sheets and towels. Let the office know and they arrived two days later. The only other issue was we couldn’t get the tv in the bedroom to work. Minor fixes.

Great Stay in Myrtle Beach

Great location.

Location was great. It was away from the party scene, but close enough to pretty much EVERYTHING. The place was very quiet except for being on the second floor with someone above you. They were up at all hours and walked heavy footed. So we heard EVERYTHING. Check out process was a bit humorous. They say to run the dishwasher, but provide no dishwasher tablet. There were also no paper towels. I highly recommend packing essentials such as: toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher tablets, soap, etc.

Disappointing for the price.

I was very disappointed, especially for the cost to stay there. The entrance to the front door was filthy - absolutely filthy/nasty. It was impossible to cook with that stove. Back (large) burner completely gone. One dishtowel??? The floors were dirty and gritty as soon as we walked in!! Lamps were dusty. It was so hot in the condo that we had to leave until the air conditioner would cool it down. The signal for he TV dropped over and over, so we missed watching shark week - without constantly waiting on signal to return. That condo is not worth the rental fee and I feel you owe me a partial refund!!! On the positive side, the towels were clean, the washer and dryer worked and the grounds were nice. However, staying in the condo was unpleasant.
