Rauhallinen Lake House - täydellinen koko perheelle!

Tilava ja täysin päivitetty järven talo, jossa on 5400 neliömetriä ja joka nukkuu jopa 24! Tämä ominaisuus sijaitsee 225 metrin päässä järven julkisivusta ja sijaitsee yli hehtaarin maalla! 50 jalan hiekkaranta sijaitsee suoraan kävelyretken edessä. Ranta-alueella on kaksi laituria molemmilla puolilla. Lisäksi palo-kuoppa ja rantatuolit ovat paikan päällä. Järvinäkymät näkyvät jokaisesta makuuhuoneesta! Kauniit järvinäköalat näkyvät myös keittiöstä, ruokasalista, olohuoneesta, ruokasalista ja ulos. Kaapeli ja wifi mukana. Pesukone ja kuivaaja mukana. Kuumenna koko ajan. Keski-ilmastointi myös. Kansi pääkerroksessa tarjoaa runsaasti tilaa ruokailla ulkona, rentoutua ja nauttia upeista näkymistä järvelle, mukaan lukien 4 pöytää, 16 tuolia, 4 lepotuoleja ja 2 lepotuoleja. Paljon pysäköintitilaa omaisuuden sisäänkäynnillä. Kiinnitä autotalli, johon pääsee. Vain 15 minuutin päässä Cadillacin keskustasta. Nauti ostosmahdollisuuksista, jäätelöstä tai ruokailusta monissa Cadillacin paikallisissa ravintoloissa. Our family had a wonderful time. This place had enough room for all 22 of us! It was VERY well supplied with everything you could think of. There was plenty for the kids to do in the game room and was large enough that we weren't under each other's feet. The yard was big and there were lots of outside things for eveyone to do or you could relax on the large deck.

Our family of 19 had a wonderful stay. The fully stocked kitchen and large dining area made feeding time very easy.Everyone enjoyed the multiple kayaks, and numerous amounts of children toys allowed for continuous fun for the young ones. The large amount of space provided plenty of room for all. The game room was a big hit for the kids, with pool and air hockey providing the most competitive fun.Plenty of deck space with tables and chairs made chilling outside very relaxing.It was a great week. Thank you.

Great place to stay for a summer family vacation. There were 10 of us - 6 adults and four children. Our children and teenage grandchildren used the kayaks and paddle boards every day. They discovered the sand bar around the corner from the cottage and took inner tubes with them and swam there. We used the sandy area for corn hole and catch, had tournaments in the downstairs game room and used the very large table area on the main floor porch for family games and puzzles. After a day on the water everyone enjoyed going in the hot tub just to relax. We are a family who likes to cook so we really enjoyed the size of the kitchen and all it had to offer as well as the grill and all the tables on the porch. We did have a problem getting the tv to work but were able to watch movies via the fire stick. All in all we had a wonderful vacation. The sad part is it’s already booked for next summer until mid August.

The house on Sapphire Lake

We had 18 family members with us,from a newborn to seniors! The home was perfect! We had so much fun together, from eating family meals with everything we needed for preparations, family games together in all the spacious areas, plenty of sleeping places for all of us, kyacking,sitting around the fire pit,the hot tub,the game room, the full array of kids toys and games. We didn’t lack for nothing. We took day trips to Manistee,Traverse City and Cadillac. Wish we could’ve stayed longer. We highly recommend this home!

Multi family getaway

We had a lovely stay. Everything was clean, as described, and the kitchen included everything we could ever need. Kids, teens, and adults enjed the game room, pickleball, kayaking, and the short walk to the swim area.

The ideal place to vacation

What can I say, this place was darn near perfect! The location makes this place feel so secluded. Even though there's another house close, the trees screen it so well. The neighbors were very quiet too. The lake itself was so peaceful. We were able to kayak all around the lake without worrying about boat traffic. Plenty of wildlife all around. We saw bald eagles, loons, cranes, herons, woodpeckers, turtles, frogs, deer, etc. so nice to be able to see so much wildlife! The house can sleep an army! We had 10, but there were beds for at least 6 more, and pullout couches for more still! There was plenty of seating. The kitchen was VERY well stocked with dishes and utensils. The host provided just about everything we needed, we definitely overpacked! Things provided off the top of my head: dish soap, laundry soap, dryer sheets, hand soap, tissues, paper towels, bug spray, fire wood, fire starters... Other things at the house that weren't expected: kids toys galore! Sand toys, board games, pool table, foosball table, air hockey table, shuffle board table, Cornhole/bags set, big Connect 4 set. Of course there are all the kayaks and paddle boards, paddles, and life jackets of every size. Truly we could have had an incredible week here if all we brought were clothes!!!I loved this house so much, I will definitely be looking to stay again! The only downfall is that the lake is a mud bottom, and the lake itself is down by a few feet of water. Out of anyone's control.

Outstanding Lake House

Exceptional amenities. Plenty of activities inside and outside. Spacious. Only drawback was the water out front but the community beach was great. Would definitely stay again.

Ice fishing trip

Great property, large layout with plenty of space for everyone in our group. All the amenities you would need. Plenty of dishes and things you need for a large group. Awesome home with all the necessities

We had 16 people stay at the house for a long weekend. We enjoyed kayaking, playing outdoor yard games, bonfires, the hot tub, grilling, and golfing at local course. The house was very well equipped for our group and the sleeping arrangements were very comfortable. This is a great house for a large group. Julia was pleasant to communicate with and even left a goodie bag for me (that hasn't been done before from a host). I would recommend this place for anyone and we are interested in coming back!

Great family resort

Very family oriented resort. Baby friendly including gates, pack n plays, food trays. spacious for our 10 grandchildren ages 1-9. House is well furnished with everything you need. Kitchen is well equipped with every appliance pots, pans large dishes, spices, crockpots, and roaster. Big sandy area, however not good for swimming. Water is very mucky. Great beach down the road. Fishing wasn’t great. Worth the rental cost.

Family Christmas

This was a perfect space for our large family Christmas gathering. The sleeping capacity was plentiful and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked to the brim with everything you need to cook for over 20 people! However, having all of the beautiful dishes matching caused a lot of "is that my coffee or yours" LOL! The host left us the sweetest welcome bag and some local wines to enjoy while we were there! I would love to enjoy the space when the lake is thawed! Thank you Julie!!!

Family Fun Weekend

Our family had a fun weekend at The Lake House! What an awesome place! We had many planned games and activities, but the kayaks, paddle boards, and water pad were enjoyed most of all! We had some rain also, but that didn’t dampen our spirits! There was plenty of room and things to do inside! The Lake House had everything we needed. It was so nice and clean, great dishes, lots of pots and pans, lots of room for eating together, lots of seating on the deck and by the water, plenty of beds and towels! Communication with Julia was great! Thanks for sharing your lovely Lake House with us!!

Surprise 60th birthday

The house was beautiful, very spacious, clean, easy access through out the home. Plenty of bathrooms for so many people. Kitchen stocked with plenty of cooking supplies (pots and pans along with cooking utensils). The outside setting facing the lake was breath taking for morning coffee. The noted beach front was a nice site but you are unable to swim in the water(thick black muck) within walking distance is a small beach area with clean water. The host was helpful when needed. Replied quickly when needed. I would definitely pick this beautiful home again for up coming events. Enjoy your stay if you choose this home!! Rosa S

The pictures are great - but the house is even better!

Amazing! The absolutely perfect house for a family reunion, or for 2 or 3 families to share. The house is even bigger than the pictures show - our group of 11 could have been comfortable on the main floor & upstairs - without the 3 bedrooms & 2 pull-out coaches in the walk-out basement! The 5 bedrooms doesn't include a huge loft, where 6 or 8 can sleep comfortably! Besides being so large, the house if so well furnished - it feels like an upscale hotel experience. The beds are huge, the linens first class, the furniture solid and comfortable. So many little touches - like hairdryers in every bathroom, and a great waffle-maker in the kitchen. 2 other great features - the huge, 15-20 person dining room table...we could all eat together, with room for cards at one end of the table! Also, the pool table, foozeball, board games, and TV/couches in the basement walkout - perfect for the occasional rainy afternoon. The lake is great, and having 6 kayaks & a row boat meant that all 11 of us could go out together, either to the nice beach 100 yards away, or across the lake to a rope swing & slide...great memories. Lake City is only 10-12 minutes away (great pizza place delivered when we arrived late the first night), and Cadillac's only 20 minutes...we also drove an hour to Traverse City for a day... I've already told Julia that we want a week next summer - because when folks start hearing about this house, it'll be booked every week, every summer! You won't be disappointed!

BEST DISCOVERY OF THE YEAR!

The Lake House exceeded our expectations and was the perfect family vacation experience! There were accommodations for everyone which included 10 adults and 10 grandchildren ages 1 through 12 years old. There were many conveniences which we wouldn't have otherwise expected in a vacation rental like the well-stocked kitchen, plenty of inside and outside eating areas, two refrigerators, a lower-level recreation area and indoor screened porch for reading your favorite novel! My husband and I especially enjoyed our king-sized bedroom suite with private balcony and I really appreciated the timed heater in the bathroom (just one example of the many niceties to be discovered in this sequestered, private gem). The grandkids got a kick out of the "frog pond" and had fun climbing up inside the tree house. Everyone also gave the kayaks a good workout and had fun riding on the rowboat and doing some fishing off the docks while the swimming hole, just a short walk away, accommodated some of the more serious swimmers. The fire pit, surrounded by Tiki lamps, came in handy, too, for making S'mores and we adults all had a blast playing our favorite game by the light of the dwindling flames after the kids were in bed. I'm sure there are things I haven't mentioned that other guests are certain to appreciate because, other than providing your food (which can either be brought along or bought at a nearby Meyers), the Lake House accommodates every other facility a family will need---that and so much more. This was our first time here, but certainly won't be our last!

Amazing House And A Peaceful Location

Our family reunion of 15 spent a treasured time at The Lakehouse. We schedule an annual event for our extended family at a large house where everyone can relax and enjoy being together in a unique setting. Having 6 grandkids (ages 6 and under) makes for finding a suitable property a little more complicated. But the Lakehouse was everything we were expecting and more! This is an upscale, spacious and newly renovated property that is exceptionally well equipped. The beautiful lakeside views and easy access to the sandy beachfront were perfect for allowing the kids to play in the sand while the adults could relax. The elevated wood deck has abundant seating for large families to hang out, dine and barbeque. The deck was even redesigned with tempered glass instead of the typical wood spindles so that the lake view is much clearer and open. The house is very child friendly and safe. This is the type of thought that went into every aspect of design on this property. The house is very spacious with areas where we could enjoy separated activities without isolation; something any grandparent could appreciate :). The linens and bedding were very comfortable as well as plentiful. The kitchen was probably the most well equipped that we’ve ever come across in our many years of vacation property rentals and big enough to allow for multiple cooks. There were plenty of water and beach toys to keep everyone busy (2 double kayaks, 4 single kayaks, 2 jr. kayaks and a row boat!). We also enjoyed the beachside fire pit for marshmallow roasting and family tales. It was a special treat to frequently spot a family of loons that have adopted Saphire Lake as their home. Access to Aldi/Walmart is only 15 minutes away, yet the property is peacefully isolated from any major roads. Overall, this is an exceptional property that has been well thought out to provide for a relaxing and care free time. Julia and Rocco were extremely responsive to all our questions and were trustworthy in all our dealings. If you are looking for a large upscale property for a family vacation run by thoughtful owners, this is the one.
