Perfect trip!!

I can't say enough positive things about this property. The pictures don't do it justice! It is charming, roomy, extremely well furnished, and a quick walk to the town. The owner is very accessible, and is helpful without being intrusive. I would give it 11 stars out of ten! Thanks Lynda for a great trip!

Absolute home away from home Everything in the house is perfectly thought out and oh so comfortable. Park your car arrival and never need it till departure! Excellent!!

Nice clean property in a great location for ton.

We had two families staying at the house which was much larger than it looked from the pictures. It had everything we needed. close to skiing, but also a very short walk to town. Perfect combination for us.

A very nice and clean home with a great location

We stayed with 4 other couples in this beautiful home. The location is perfect with just a short walk to the Main Street of Ellicottville. The house is very clean and spacious. Lynda has a wonderful knack for making the house very comfortable! We had a great time and are looking forward coming back next year!!

Cute house with a great location!!!

I love this house!!!!! This is the second year in a row my friends and I rented this house for the weekend for the Jazz and Blues Festival. We choose this house because the owners are always willing to help in any way and really sweet, the house is conveniently located down the street from the Main Street of Ellicottville, the house is super cute and has a great backyard/deck for playing games or just relaxing! We enjoy spending time here!!

A++++, just a fantastic house and yard and wonderful hostess!

The best house we'll ever rented on VRBO. Lynda is an outstanding hostess and has prepared the house with absolutely everything you need for you and your family! Tons of room in the house and a huge backyard to play games and have fun. The location couldn't be better, only a 5 minute walk to Ellicottville Brewing Company and downtown. We'll be back next year!

Great location, very clean and plenty of space for the whole family!

Had a great weekend celebrating my birthday with my family. When we arrived, Lynda had 2 dozen roses and a mug on the kitchen table wishing me a Happy Birthday with decorations throughout the house. Such a wonderful welcome! The location was convenient for walking to Main Street and enjoying some shopping and bars/restaurants. The house was very clean, the beds were comfortable with nice warm linens and the kitchen was well equipped. There was plenty of space for all to enjoy! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us, Lynda!!

Great place to host the family or friends for a ski vacation

Well appointed, plenty of space, clean, and in a fantastic location where you can walk to the shops restaurants and bars of downtown Ellicotteville. We all had a place to hang out, with enough room to get a few moments of quiet time. Two big dinning tables, one in the kitchen and one in the dining room each can easily fit 10. Our hosts were next door and there if we needed anything. We would definitely book it again.

Fantastic home. Well equipped. Perfect Location

I have rented on VRBO many times. This home was one of the absolute best. The home was spotlessly clean, well equipped with everything one could want and it was steps away from the downtown. For a larger party this home is perfect as it is set up to give everyone plenty of privacy and space. The front TV room was perfect for the kids, while the adults sat in the living room by the fire to chat. (I am sure in the summer the back deck also gives another living space.) Lynn was excellent, contacting me the day before the trip and making sure that everything was going as planned after our first day. I will definitely book this home again.

Perfect for girls weekend!

We absolutely loved this house! It was perfect for our girls weekend. We had plenty of room for 6 girls, the house was immaculate, the ammenities were great and the owner was accessable and more than accommodating. I would definitely stay at this property again!

Great house and location for a fun weekend!

The house was very clean and easily accessible (1 block walk) to downtown. We enjoyed spending time on the deck and sitting by the fire in the living room. Our group looks forward to a return visit!

Wonderful weekend

I have to say we were very impressed with this house. It was clean and had plenty of household amenities. There are plenty of seating areas throughout the house as well as plenty of areas for sleeping. The home has a very comfortable feel to it. There are plenty of blankets throughout the home to cuddle up on cool nights while just sitting and talking. It is decorated very nicely. The deck on the back of the house is wonderful to sit. The convenience to the town is wonderful!!! The owner is great to work with. We are looking froward to making this our home away from home every year for your cousins weekend away!

Absolutely perfect!

Couldn't ask for a more perfect place! The location was great, short walk to the shops and restaurants. As soon as we walked in we were very pleased with the cleanliness ,and the nice homey feeling it gave off there wasn't anything more we could've needed it was very well supplied ! Amazing location! Great owners! Can't wait to go back.

Lynda and her husband provided everything we needed for a great weekend away. The kitchen was fully stocked and the home had more than enough space for our families to spread out and relax. The kids (and adults) had fun playng in the spacious backyard. A short walk to stores and restaurants and only a few minutes ride from Holiday Valley. Can't wait to get back!

Great house in a perfect location!

We had a great time last weekend and the house couldn't have been better for us. Perfect location and very comfortable house for 6 guys and had plenty of room to spare on couches for next time. Great location and very spacious house!

This was our first girls trip to Ellicottville and we were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness and warmth of your lovely home. We had 9 ladies in our group and had plenty of space for all of us. We found the central location ideal for exploring the amazing, quaint little town. When we returned at the end of each day, it felt like coming home- we felt so relaxed and comfortable here. We would definitely rent this home again!

Lot's of good space to relax, perfect location.

We stayed two nights here, first night was just adults, second night a few adults plus our young kids. The bottom floor has tons of great space to lounge, 6 total couches. There was a nice flat screen tv with cable in the TV room, and a gas fireplace that worked well in the living room. There were two dining room tables, and plenty of nice cookware to make meals if you need that. This place is right down town and about 2 minute walk to EBC and all the other great places. You can't beat the location at all, huge double wide driveway as well to park all your cars. Lynda was very accommodating and kind, was a pleasure to talk to and work with. Weather was unseasonably warm and she made the extra effort to get us some chair on the back deck to sit on. Thanks so much for everything!

Large home, close to town and resort!

I was in town with a group of friends for the weekend to ski and get together. This house was great for our group! Ample sleeping space plus extras such as dishes, towels, seating at the tables and in living rooms, etc. The home is close enough that we could walk to the resort during the day (the taxi service through the resort was unavailable for several hours) and also walk into town during the evenings/nights. Lynda is very nice and lives next door. She and her husband were very accommodating, making sure that we had everything that we could possibly need! Also, they were able to be flexible with us on our check in/check out times which was very helpful as our group traveled into town from several different areas. Overall, I highly recommend this property to you and your group!
