Tämä Tar Landing-huoneisto on täydellinen perheen lomakoti ... tuo useita perheitä ja ystäviä nauttimaan henkeäsalpaavista merinäkymistä! Tule istumaan Papa Jimin esiportaalle ja nauti jääkylmä lasi makeaa teetä ... rentoudu ja nauti auringonlaskusta lasillisella viiniä. Tilava ja mukava huoneisto on varustettu kaikella, mitä tarvitset lomalla. Lauantaista lauantaihin vuokrataan vain kesä-, heinä- ja elokuun sesonkikautena. Vuokraajat saavat 2 autoa vain yksikössä.
EI LEMMIKKEJÄ!!

Kun kirjoitat tähän upeaan huoneistoon, vasemmalla puolella näet makuuhuoneen, jossa on kaksi erillistä vuodetta. Täysi kylpy yhdistää seuraavaan makuuhuoneeseen, jossa on kolme erillistä vuodetta ja täysi sänky. Tämä alue sopisi lapsille täydellisesti. Tässä huoneessa on tv, jonka avulla lapset voivat nauttia.

Pään yläkertaan toiseen kerrokseen, josta löydät kauniin keittiön, jossa on tyylikkäät graniittiset työtasot. Keittiö avautuu suoraan olohuoneeseen ja ruokailutilaan, ja sieltä suuntaa kannen ulkopuolelle nähdäksesi upeat näkymät merelle. Tärkeimmässä olohuoneessa on tv perheen katselua varten. Juuri keittiön ohi on baarialue ja täysi kylpyamme, joka johtaa toiseen makuuhuoneeseen. Tässä makuuhuoneessa on queen-vuode ja kerrossänky. Huomaa yksityinen ovi, joka johtaa ulkopuolelle ...

Yläkerrassa on kaksi makuuhuonetta, joissa molemmissa king-size-vuoteet. Jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa on oma iso kylpyhuone, jossa kaksinkertainen turhamaisuus. * Bonus * on ylimääräinen suihku, joka yhdistää molemmat kylpyhuoneet yhdessä! Paljon paikkoja jokaisen siivoamiseksi rannan jälkeen :) Molemmissa huoneissa on tv: t nauttiaksesi rentouttavasta ajasta.

Tämä hämmästyttävä koti mahtuu helposti 15 ihmistä ja on erittäin lähellä Fort Maconin valtion puistoa. Veneitä, vesiskoottereita, perävaunuja tai retkeilijöitä tai moottoripyöriä ei saa viedä Tar Landingiin.

Amazing Place

My family and I came down from Montana and this was the perfect size house for all of us. We enjoyed the property and being able to wake up and look at the ocean. The property manager Heather was awesome and very helpful. All in all a wonderful place to stay on vacation.

Atlantic beach vacation 2021

Another amazing vacation at Atlantic beach NC. Check in was simple, Heather made everything perfect. I called her with a few little problems, and she sent out Andy right away, and took care it things immediately. . Plenty of space for our family, with room left over.

Newton Family vacation

Loved the condo. We’ve stayed at probably 6 other condos in Tar Landing over the last 40 years and this was our favorite. Best view in the whole complex. The beds already being made was a nice extra touch. Heather was great to work with and very helpful. Can’t wait till next year.

Nice Stay

Great property with even better location. Very clean and linens and towels were plentiful! Kitchen is well stocked but they could replace some of the pans that have the finish coming off. VERY small kitchen, so use it wisely! Loved the 2nd fridge downstairs, the filtered water at the kitchen sink and the amazing views. Thanks for sharing your property with us again (also stayed in 2020).

Convenient

The condo was well equipped with everything we needed. Very convenient to go to the beach and the pool. It was the best location of the complex. The lighting in the condo was great, but might need an up date on a few fans and fixtures, but that’s just an opinion from a lighting girl. My daughter asked if we could stay at this condo every time we come. So I would say it was a great mini vacation for our family and friends. ❤️❤️

2024 Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family had a wonderful week staying at papa Jim’s Front Porch! The condo was as listed and more. The view was wonderful from the deck. We sat on the swing every day. The property was clean and well maintained. Heather was wonderful to work with!! I would recommend, but would rather keep it a secret..lol! We have been coming down and staying only at Tar Landing on and off since 1987. We spend most of our time at the beach. But do love Amos Mosquito and The Island Grille. We always visit Beaufort and the water front in Morehead City. I gave 5 stars on everything except the condition, but only for a couple things that could use a refresh.

We have been staying at Tar Landing Villas for 25 years. My family owned a condo there until 2021. It is the best place to vacation on the island in my opinion. The Property Manager, Heather went above and beyond to help us with some issues we had with the cleaners and some things we needed for the condo and she was so kind and helpful. The beach is private and I was really surprised that it wasn't as busy as I thought it would be, which we loved. We normally come down in August but July was great. We love the pool and the views of the ocean were great. We even left the doors open one night to listen to the ocean while we slept. It is a great spot for a large family with children. Thank you to Heather for making our stay amazing! And this is a place we would definitely stay at again!

There were a few issues with cleanliness, leaks that caused wet ceiling tiles, trash receptacles that were too small and numerous spiders (on the bottom floor). View was great, and a quick walk to the beach. I’m sure the issues we noticed will be remedied with Heather’s involvement.

Great place!

This was not our first time staying at this property. It is just as advertised with plenty of space for a family with children to spread out. The place is always clean, the kitchen is well stocked, and the views are amazing. Property manager is wonderful to work with. Very responsive and helpful! We will surely be back again!

Our Stay

We had an amazing stay! The only thing we’d say needs to be improved is the age of the TV and remotes. I don’t even think they need to be upgraded to the newest models, but at least a few years newer! Other than that everything was absolutely stunning!!

Plenty of room for 4 couples

4 couples were very comfortable with full/queens and private baths. Sitting areas accommodated us as well. Kitchen well equipped. Comfy beds for all. We were pleasantly surprised that the condo was a convenient walk to the beautiful beach.

Great beach getaway

We had 2 babies, 2 kids, and 4 adults and this was a great spot! You couldn’t ask for a shorter walk to the beach, and the view itself is nice. The beds were comfortable and we felt we could truly spread out. The rental was clean. We’d stay here again!

Great location and property management

My family had a wonderful time and plenty of room to spread out. Kitchen was stocked for cooking and plenty of towels/linens. Beds comfy! Property Manager, Heather, was the kindest. Check in was very easy.

Great place to stay

My friends and I stayed for a weekend wedding and we had a great time at this place! The house has a ton of beds and plenty of space to get ready! It’s right by the beach and in a great location! Dealing with Heather was a pleasure as well! I would highly recommend this property!
