Easy Breezes on upea ylellinen koti, joka on valmistettu korkealaatuisista materiaaleista ja kauniisti sisustettu ja varustettu maksimaaliseen mukavuuteen ja nautintoon. Olitpa rentouttamassa kirjan kanssa tai ulkona jollain tilavista kannen alueista; rentoutuen uima-altaan ääressä tai siemaillen juomaa laajalle peitetylle verannalle, Easy Breezes tarjoaa kaiken mitä tarvitset lomastasi St Johnilla niin miellyttävän ja ikimuistoisen kuin se voi olla!

Herää auringonlaskuille St. Johnin itäpää, stargaze kun liota kylpytynnyrissä ja nukahtaa Tortola hohtavan valot. Easy Breezes on kätkeytynyt puolivälissä Calabash Boom Roadiin, josta voit nauttia upeista vesinäkymistä East Endistä, Hurricane Holesta, Tortolasta, Johnson Baystä ja jopa Norman Islandilta laajasta kivikaarevasta kuistilta, joka tarjoaa ympäri vuorokauden ulkona asumisen ja jatkuvan mukavuus kaupan tuulet.

Tämä vuonna 2008 valmistunut huvila on rakennettu perheen ylellisyyttä ja romanttisia lomia ajatellen. Huvilassa on suuri huone, kaksi ilmastoitua makuuhuonetta ja kaksi kylpyhuonetta, uima-allas ja spa-alue. Laaja katettu veranta on sisustettu lepotuoleilla ja runsaalla istumapaikalla ruokailua, lukemista tai cocktailin pitämistä varten.

Sisäänmennessä Easy Breezes kaksinkertaisen kaarevien mahonki-ovien kautta, kivityöt, graniitti ja mahonki sekoittuvat yhdessä Tommy Bahama -kalusteen kanssa maalaisiin sävyihin, jotka luovat rentoutta eleganssia kaikissa huoneissa. Nauti moderneista ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetuista laitteista ja neljästä työtuolista keittiössä tai ruokailla upea graniitti ruokapöytä. Olohuoneessa on mukavat istuimet 6 ja täydellinen viihdejärjestelmä, jossa on 32 tuuman LCD-TV Roku-suoratoistojärjestelmällä, DVD-soitin ja i-pod-telakka.

Suuren huoneen ulkopuolella on kaksi vierekkäistä makuuhuonetta, joissa on queen-size Tempurpedic-vuodevaatteet ja lukuvalot. Yhdessä makuuhuoneessa on iso kirjoituspöytä, jossa on langaton internet-palvelu ja tulostin liiketoimintaasi ja henkilökohtaisia tarpeitasi varten, kun taas toisessa makuuhuoneessa on sohva. Jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa on merinäköala, pääsy verannalle, tilava kylpyhuone ja oma ulkouima kivisuihku.

Avoimella kannella on 12 x 16 'uima-allas ja kuuden hengen kylpylä, runsaalla värikkäällä maisemoinnilla, jotka sopivat rentoutumiseen rannan jälkeen vietetyn päivän jälkeen tai vain kotona jäämiseen ja omaksumiseen saaren asumiseen. Harkitse helppoa tuulta Karibialla kotoa kotoa.

The views are the best we’ve ever seen. This is a very nicely appointed place. Newer furnishings, very comfortable beds and furniture. The best is the outside. Outdoor furniture is very comfortable and it’s truly a million dollar view!

Family vacation

This property was as advertised , very clean and had every amenity needed. A fully equipped kitchen and plenty of seating for our family - inside and outside. The views from the porch were spectacular. We used the hot tub and the pool daily and both were Very clean. It was great to that they provided beach chairs and coolers for us. The road leading up to the villa was quite steep and partially paved , with areas of rough rocky dirt road. You definitely should have a 4WD. The neighborhood was secluded and quiet and felt very safe. I would recommend this villa for anyone wishing to stay on the quieter side of the island. The views and breezes over Coral Bay were incredible. both were very clean.

Outstanding Property

Excellent location with amazing views from every room. The home is very well appointed and immaculately clean. Kitchen is well stocked and everything was in proper working order. Close to grocery stores and plenty of restaurants. Check-in and out was a breeze. Highly recommend this home and will definitely stay again.

Relaxing

Overall the property management company and the home was Great. The check in process and everything leading up to that was great! St John’s is a beautiful island and we enjoyed our week there. A few things to bring up for other guests to realize prior… 1. Living room/main living area does not have A/C we may have visited the wrong week but we could not got a breeze to go through the house which made it extremely hot inside. (Bedroom is AC controlled thank goodness 😅) 2. Pool had some issues, I think it was overfilled as the skimmer was not doing anything. We had requested no services to be performed so it did miss one service. But it was full of dead bugs and leaves. The net used for cleaning the pool has a hole in it so didn’t really help clean it. (Luckily the beaches are amazing and we didn’t need the pool much). Overall the house is very well equipped and the above comments shouldn’t stop you from visiting!

Amazing stay in Calabash overlooking Coral Bay

My husband and I had an incredible time here during our stay in Coral Bay. The view from the front porch was exceptional. The place is spacious, delightfully decorated with wood sculptures and carvings from local island wood. The property is large enough to accommodate a full size family, two couples or a couple looking for a private getaway. To reach the location it does require an adventurous drive with a 4wheel drive vehicle. Mary guided us up the first day and by the second or third day driving to Easy Breezes was a breeze. Restaurants to check out near by: Salty Mongoose, Skinny Legs, Lime Out, and Miss Lucy's. Calabash Market has everything you need to cook at the property. Adventure business near by: Dock Side Dingy LLC, Crabbys snorkeling rental, Dulce Vita Sails sunset cruise. We would highly recommend this property to an adventurous couple or group looking for a picturesque spot to stay overlooking Coral Bay. We do plan to stay again at this property during our next stay in St. John!

Disappointing

The property was described as luxury & romantic - it was neither. The kitchen is tired. The appliances and dishes were old and scratched. We felt the need to wash all the dishes prior to using them. You will need to bring/buy salt, pepper and sugar. Also no coffee and coffee filters. The house could’ve been cleaner. The owner was there all of the time. The rental property manager told us we wouldn’t know he was there. Total lie. If you want to have a relaxing day at the house - forget it. You hear his lathe and air compressor going non stop. Not very romantic with the owner there. VRBO advertised that isn’t not a get-away when the owner is on the property. I guess Easy Breezes didn’t get the memo. The next door neighbor came over to complain about the septic alarm going off along with telling us that there has been an issue with the smell of the septic for a while. Why wasn’t this brought to our attention prior to our checking in?! I had to ask about it because the smell was so bad. There were workers there on 2 separate occasions plus the pool guy comes on Wednesdays. I am telling you ZERO privacy. This is our our 9th time using a vacation rental service. My husband and I would put this property at the bottom. Can not recommend this property.

Spectacular Views

We absolutely loved our stay. The Antares team made everything so simple. From rental car, to ferry, to arriving at the home. They have everything down to a tee. This was our first trip to the USVI so we had no clue what to expect. The Antares team made it a piece of cake. The views are breathtaking and the breeze is heavenly. I didn’t realize the owner lived downstairs, but it wasn’t a big deal. We didn’t see him at all. He was kind enough to leave us a bottle of champagne. The showers are outside and I did get mosquito bites while in the shower. The entire island uses rain water as a water source. The water is filtered and we brought water bottles with a filter but we still weren’t able to drink it, so grab plenty of water on your way in. The hot tub feels great and the pool is very nice. We spent plenty of time relaxing on the porches and enjoying the gorgeous view. We recommend Miss Lucy’s for open mic night and the Windmill Bar for sunset. We loved Salt Pond Bay, Princess Beach, and Hansen Bay. They all have incredible snorkeling. We took a sailboat out with Captain Richard which was the highlight of our trip! I recommend Estate Calabash Boom to everyone! I hope to return soon!

Fantastic Stay at Easy Breezes!

Everything about our stay was wonderful, from the responsiveness and helpfulness of the host to the property itself. The villa is beautiful and comfortable with everything we needed. And it is very conveniently located just 10 min from shops and restaurants in Coral Bay. It was just high enough up the hill for a stunning view and a constant sea breeze—heavenly! We were particularly grateful for the amount of covered outdoor space and spent hours outside relaxing on the super-comfy lounge chairs. The pool and spa were also clean and in perfect working order, although we spent most of our water time in the ocean. We used the concierge service to book an all-day charter for snorkeling, a half day of kayaking, and a sunset sail, all of which were truly wonderful. I saw some of the other reviews about the road and while it is true that not all of it is paved, we found it to be pretty mild by St John standards. We can’t wait to come back and stay at Easy Breezes again!!

Amazing Views

We had a great spring break vacation at Easy Breezes. The view from the house and porch is stunning - beautiful sunrise over the British Virgin Islands every morning. The Antares team was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The house was great for our family of four and two boys - we spent a lot of time in the pool and hot tub, in between trips to beaches, hiking, and snorkeling. We will definitely be back!

The picture is accurate. The view from the covered, tile floored deck is excellent at all times of day provides a table for 6 for outdoor dining. The layout of the interior is perfect for 2 couples - everything works, and is of high quality.

A great choice!

This was our second visit to this villa, the first being 11 years ago. It's great for a couple or small family, incredible views of Coral Bay and the BVIs. The villa is has everything you need, including coolers and beach chairs. Antares was a great property manager and made sure we were well prepared for our trip and even coordinated a boat charter for us. Mike was especially helpful with getting us settled and with a couple of questions we had during our stay. We would definitely stay here again when we return to St. John.

Exactly what I was hoping!

I needed a vacation where I could detach. It was our 42nd anniversary. The property has a beautiful view of Coral Bay and beautiful sunrises. I spent much of my time on the balcony reading, resting and recharging. The property manager was extremely attentive and helpful throughout our stay. We will go back.

Stay at Hal’s!!!

Hal’s place is beautiful. We loved spending time on the porch and it was nice to have the hot tub, we actually used it more than the pool. Hal is a wonderful human and we were lucky to stay when he was on the island. Our group would stay here again if/when we come back to the island. We cooked dinner often and had everything we needed. The views are even better than the pictures.

A Slice of Paradise

Our stay at Easy Breezes was no less than fantastic! After spending our days enjoying the beaches, hiking the trails and snorkeling the beautiful coral reefs, this haven was the perfect retreat. We definitely recommend this beautiful property without reservation!
