Easy Breezes on upea ylellinen koti, joka on valmistettu korkealaatuisista materiaaleista ja kauniisti sisustettu ja varustettu maksimaaliseen mukavuuteen ja nautintoon. Olitpa rentouttamassa kirjan kanssa tai ulkona jollain tilavista kannen alueista; rentoutuen uima-altaan ääressä tai siemaillen juomaa laajalle peitetylle verannalle, Easy Breezes tarjoaa kaiken mitä tarvitset lomastasi St Johnilla niin miellyttävän ja ikimuistoisen kuin se voi olla!

Herää auringonlaskuille St. Johnin itäpää, stargaze kun liota kylpytynnyrissä ja nukahtaa Tortola hohtavan valot. Easy Breezes on kätkeytynyt puolivälissä Calabash Boom Roadiin, josta voit nauttia upeista vesinäkymistä East Endistä, Hurricane Holesta, Tortolasta, Johnson Baystä ja jopa Norman Islandilta laajasta kivikaarevasta kuistilta, joka tarjoaa ympäri vuorokauden ulkona asumisen ja jatkuvan mukavuus kaupan tuulet.

Tämä vuonna 2008 valmistunut huvila on rakennettu perheen ylellisyyttä ja romanttisia lomia ajatellen. Huvilassa on suuri huone, kaksi ilmastoitua makuuhuonetta ja kaksi kylpyhuonetta, uima-allas ja spa-alue. Laaja katettu veranta on sisustettu lepotuoleilla ja runsaalla istumapaikalla ruokailua, lukemista tai cocktailin pitämistä varten.

Sisäänmennessä Easy Breezes kaksinkertaisen kaarevien mahonki-ovien kautta, kivityöt, graniitti ja mahonki sekoittuvat yhdessä Tommy Bahama -kalusteen kanssa maalaisiin sävyihin, jotka luovat rentoutta eleganssia kaikissa huoneissa. Nauti moderneista ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetuista laitteista ja neljästä työtuolista keittiössä tai ruokailla upea graniitti ruokapöytä. Olohuoneessa on mukavat istuimet 6 ja täydellinen viihdejärjestelmä, jossa on 32 tuuman LCD-TV Roku-suoratoistojärjestelmällä, DVD-soitin ja i-pod-telakka.

Suuren huoneen ulkopuolella on kaksi vierekkäistä makuuhuonetta, joissa on queen-size Tempurpedic-vuodevaatteet ja lukuvalot. Yhdessä makuuhuoneessa on iso kirjoituspöytä, jossa on langaton internet-palvelu ja tulostin liiketoimintaasi ja henkilökohtaisia tarpeitasi varten, kun taas toisessa makuuhuoneessa on sohva. Jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa on merinäköala, pääsy verannalle, tilava kylpyhuone ja oma ulkouima kivisuihku.

Avoimella kannella on 12 x 16 'uima-allas ja kuuden hengen kylpylä, runsaalla värikkäällä maisemoinnilla, jotka sopivat rentoutumiseen rannan jälkeen vietetyn päivän jälkeen tai vain kotona jäämiseen ja omaksumiseen saaren asumiseen. Harkitse helppoa tuulta Karibialla kotoa kotoa.

Lovely place in great location

We very much enjoyed our stay at Easy Breezes. We loved the Coral Bay location (far from the crowds but close to many beaches), the fabulous view, and the welcoming ambiance. All in all, we had a great stay.

A Slice of Paradise

Our stay at Easy Breezes was no less than fantastic! After spending our days enjoying the beaches, hiking the trails and snorkeling the beautiful coral reefs, this haven was the perfect retreat. We definitely recommend this beautiful property without reservation!

Wonderful Vacation

Our stay at Easy Breezes was wonderful. Our children enjoyed hours of fun around the estate picking fruit, watching hummingbirds and swimming in the pool. Us adults particularly loved relaxing on the porch, sipping a cold drink, while taking in the amazing view. Everything about our stay was great. This property is highly recommended.

Outstanding Property

Excellent location with amazing views from every room. The home is very well appointed and immaculately clean. Kitchen is well stocked and everything was in proper working order. Close to grocery stores and plenty of restaurants. Check-in and out was a breeze. Highly recommend this home and will definitely stay again.

The picture is accurate. The view from the covered, tile floored deck is excellent at all times of day provides a table for 6 for outdoor dining. The layout of the interior is perfect for 2 couples - everything works, and is of high quality.

Amazing house with stunning views

This property did not disappoint. The view is even better than the photos. We loved Coral Bay and once we found the shortcut, it wasn’t far at all to go into Cruz Bay! The house is beautifully crafted with awesome finishes and touches (and artwork) throughout. Our property manager, Kelsey is a gem! Highly recommend!

Caribbean Heaven

If you want one of the best views with plenty of space this is it. We LOVED Easy Breezes and it had everything we needed to make our vacation comfortable. The view is spectacular and we loved the outdoor showers. Mike and the Arteres Island Host team were very helpful when we had questions. While we were just there as a couple, we hope to return one day with friends. Coral Bay is great and very quite and yet close enough to some great Northern Beaches, like Maho one of our favorites. Be aware that the road to the house is steep and rocky, nothing a jeep or other 4wd can't handle.

Incredible stay - perfect for children!

Overall, we had an amazing stay at Easy Breezes! The views upon arrival, are honestly remarkable and must be seen in person. They never get old from the moment you wake up in bed, to the sunsets in the evening. We had 3 small children on this trip, under 3 years old and we felt completely safe with them at the house. The entire patio was fenced in, and the pool area had a separate gate we could lock. It couldnt have been better for the kids. Both bedrooms were setup with their own master bath, and outdoor shower, kitchen was well stocked (we cooked at home every night) and there were coolers and best beach chairs provided for us. The owner was on site, and he didnt bother us once unless we had questions. It was a perfect stay in Coral Bay and would go back in a heartbeat. I cant recommend this place enough!

Fantastic Stay at Easy Breezes!

Everything about our stay was wonderful, from the responsiveness and helpfulness of the host to the property itself. The villa is beautiful and comfortable with everything we needed. And it is very conveniently located just 10 min from shops and restaurants in Coral Bay. It was just high enough up the hill for a stunning view and a constant sea breeze—heavenly! We were particularly grateful for the amount of covered outdoor space and spent hours outside relaxing on the super-comfy lounge chairs. The pool and spa were also clean and in perfect working order, although we spent most of our water time in the ocean. We used the concierge service to book an all-day charter for snorkeling, a half day of kayaking, and a sunset sail, all of which were truly wonderful. I saw some of the other reviews about the road and while it is true that not all of it is paved, we found it to be pretty mild by St John standards. We can’t wait to come back and stay at Easy Breezes again!!

Amazing stay in Calabash overlooking Coral Bay

My husband and I had an incredible time here during our stay in Coral Bay. The view from the front porch was exceptional. The place is spacious, delightfully decorated with wood sculptures and carvings from local island wood. The property is large enough to accommodate a full size family, two couples or a couple looking for a private getaway. To reach the location it does require an adventurous drive with a 4wheel drive vehicle. Mary guided us up the first day and by the second or third day driving to Easy Breezes was a breeze. Restaurants to check out near by: Salty Mongoose, Skinny Legs, Lime Out, and Miss Lucy's. Calabash Market has everything you need to cook at the property. Adventure business near by: Dock Side Dingy LLC, Crabbys snorkeling rental, Dulce Vita Sails sunset cruise. We would highly recommend this property to an adventurous couple or group looking for a picturesque spot to stay overlooking Coral Bay. We do plan to stay again at this property during our next stay in St. John!

Absolutely Beautiful!

My husband and I celebrated our 35 wedding anniversary and his 54th birthday on the beautiful Island of St. John. This was our 6th trip to the Island and our first stay on Coral Bay! This home is absolutely beautiful. The views from the deck are Picturesque! The owner Hal, was GREAT! Very thoughtful and when we saw him, he always wanted to make sure we were relaxed and having a good time. Very secluded; yet, close to all Coral Bay has to offer! Would highly recommend Easy Breezes! Oh, by the way, the Breezes are fantastic. No need for the air condition! Everything you need for a great day at the beach is there for you to use! With all that 2020 has had to offer this year, we were scared our trip would have to be postponed! Thanks to all who helped make this another memorable trip to the beautiful St. John Island. Relaxing

Overall the property management company and the home was Great. The check in process and everything leading up to that was great! St John’s is a beautiful island and we enjoyed our week there. A few things to bring up for other guests to realize prior… 1. Living room/main living area does not have A/C we may have visited the wrong week but we could not got a breeze to go through the house which made it extremely hot inside. (Bedroom is AC controlled thank goodness 😅) 2. Pool had some issues, I think it was overfilled as the skimmer was not doing anything. We had requested no services to be performed so it did miss one service. But it was full of dead bugs and leaves. The net used for cleaning the pool has a hole in it so didn’t really help clean it. (Luckily the beaches are amazing and we didn’t need the pool much). Overall the house is very well equipped and the above comments shouldn’t stop you from visiting!

Spectacular Views

We absolutely loved our stay. The Antares team made everything so simple. From rental car, to ferry, to arriving at the home. They have everything down to a tee. This was our first trip to the USVI so we had no clue what to expect. The Antares team made it a piece of cake. The views are breathtaking and the breeze is heavenly. I didn’t realize the owner lived downstairs, but it wasn’t a big deal. We didn’t see him at all. He was kind enough to leave us a bottle of champagne. The showers are outside and I did get mosquito bites while in the shower. The entire island uses rain water as a water source. The water is filtered and we brought water bottles with a filter but we still weren’t able to drink it, so grab plenty of water on your way in. The hot tub feels great and the pool is very nice. We spent plenty of time relaxing on the porches and enjoying the gorgeous view. We recommend Miss Lucy’s for open mic night and the Windmill Bar for sunset. We loved Salt Pond Bay, Princess Beach, and Hansen Bay. They all have incredible snorkeling. We took a sailboat out with Captain Richard which was the highlight of our trip! I recommend Estate Calabash Boom to everyone! I hope to return soon!

Disappointing

The property was described as luxury & romantic - it was neither. The kitchen is tired. The appliances and dishes were old and scratched. We felt the need to wash all the dishes prior to using them. You will need to bring/buy salt, pepper and sugar. Also no coffee and coffee filters. The house could’ve been cleaner. The owner was there all of the time. The rental property manager told us we wouldn’t know he was there. Total lie. If you want to have a relaxing day at the house - forget it. You hear his lathe and air compressor going non stop. Not very romantic with the owner there. VRBO advertised that isn’t not a get-away when the owner is on the property. I guess Easy Breezes didn’t get the memo. The next door neighbor came over to complain about the septic alarm going off along with telling us that there has been an issue with the smell of the septic for a while. Why wasn’t this brought to our attention prior to our checking in?! I had to ask about it because the smell was so bad. There were workers there on 2 separate occasions plus the pool guy comes on Wednesdays. I am telling you ZERO privacy. This is our our 9th time using a vacation rental service. My husband and I would put this property at the bottom. Can not recommend this property.

Sunrise in paradise

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Easy Breezes, it was perfect for our small family. The finishes are very nice and the house is equipped with everything you need. There is as much outdoor living space as indoor and the majority of it is under roof. Sunrises and moonrises were amazing. We were lucky enough to have a full moon the second night of our stay and the moonlight lit up the bay every night of our stay. It was just beautiful. Kelsey, our island host at Antares properties was professional and very helpful. She helped arrange provisioning the house (highly recommend this... it's great to get there and have groceries waiting; we ordered online with Starfish Market), she met us on Saturday afternoon when we arrived to show us the house and answer questions, she arranged a charter boat for us for a day of snorkeling, and arranged for a repairman to come on the same day when one of the A/C units quit working. Some of the other reviews mention the driveway. It is difficult. Rent a Jeep. The driveway is partially paved, but at least half is rough gravel/rock. Driveways are like this all over the island, so don't let it stop you. If you are squeamish, one of the resorts might be a better choice for you. If you are prone to motion sickness, bring your Dramamine!... not for the driveway necessarily, but for the roads all over the island. Also, bring bug spray. Something with DEET. The mosquitos didn't seem that annoying, but we all got bit and the bites seemed worse than at home. Our son is particularly prone to getting bug bites. His were bad enough to require a trip to the pharmacy for anti-itch ointment. Another thing to note is that October is shoulder season and Coral Bay is a small community. Some places will be closed. That said, we had all we needed. We recommend Pizzabar in Paradise (some of the best pizza anywhere in the world and awesome 'painkillers') and Aqua Bistro, which had good food and live music and a large contingent of local patrons... always a good sign. There are other nearby places, but after snorkeling each day we were happy to fix dinner & drinks and stay home for the evening. Snorkel Waterlemon Cay, Francis Bay and charter a boat for a day or rent kayaks and GO TO Limeout, it is a unique experience with great drinks, delicious tacos, and fun people. The islands are still recovering from the hurricanes of 2017. You will see signs of it. The hurricanes were devastating. Go there. Spend your money. Help them recover!

The views are the best we’ve ever seen. This is a very nicely appointed place. Newer furnishings, very comfortable beds and furniture. The best is the outside. Outdoor furniture is very comfortable and it’s truly a million dollar view!

Family vacation

This property was as advertised , very clean and had every amenity needed. A fully equipped kitchen and plenty of seating for our family - inside and outside. The views from the porch were spectacular. We used the hot tub and the pool daily and both were Very clean. It was great to that they provided beach chairs and coolers for us. The road leading up to the villa was quite steep and partially paved , with areas of rough rocky dirt road. You definitely should have a 4WD. The neighborhood was secluded and quiet and felt very safe. I would recommend this villa for anyone wishing to stay on the quieter side of the island. The views and breezes over Coral Bay were incredible. both were very clean.

The Antares team was very responsive to all of my questions.

A lot of extras. Beach chairs, beach towels, coolers and ice packs. Everything was easy and convenient.

Amazing Views

We had a great spring break vacation at Easy Breezes. The view from the house and porch is stunning - beautiful sunrise over the British Virgin Islands every morning. The Antares team was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The house was great for our family of four and two boys - we spent a lot of time in the pool and hot tub, in between trips to beaches, hiking, and snorkeling. We will definitely be back!

Stunning Paradise Property

Oh my goodness, this property exceeds all expectations! Space for everyone to speed out. Hot tub made it even better. Pool too cool to use, but still the place did not disappoint. Our hostess was very helpful & friendly. We would not hesitate to come back to Easy Breezes! ❤️
