Katso auringonnousua toiselta kuistilta, kun laivat ja katkarapuveneet ohitsevat. Nauti iltapäivällä hauskaa ja rentoutumista rannalla tai tutustu kaupungin nähtävyyksiin. Päivän päätteeksi tuoreet katkaravut tai meren antimet illallisella kotona tai paikallisessa ravintolassa!

Nauti varmasti ikimuistoisesta lomasta tässä kauniisti sisustetussa 3 makuuhuoneen / 3 kylpykaupungissa, jossa on ilmainen nopea langaton internetyhteys Tybeen North Beachillä. Kaupunkiasunto on rannan hiekkadyynien vieressä - kiinteistössä on rannan kävelytie dyynien läpi, josta pääsee suoraan rannalle. Sinulla on myös rantavaunu kuljettamaan toimitetut rantatuolit rannalle.

Jokaisessa 3 makuuhuoneessa on ylellinen queen-vuode, joka tarjoaa optimaalisen nukkumisajan joka ilta. Jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa on myös kaapeli-tv ja liitetty kylpyamme. Päälliköllä (ylimmässä kerroksessa) on myös vuodesohva, vaatehuone, pukuhuone, jossa kaksinkertainen pesuallas ja suihkukaappi ja wc. Kaksi edessä olevaa makuuhuonetta (yksi ylimmässä kerroksessa, yksi pääkerroksessa) on näkymät merelle, vanhaan linnoitukseen ja historialliseen Tybeen majakkaan.

Olohuone on avoin pohjaratkaisu, jossa on mukavat istuimet kaikille, ja se on varustettu taulu-tv: llä. Kulku keittiöön tarjoaa välipaloja helposti. Keittiössä on runsaasti ruokia, astiat, leivänpaahdin, krokki, kahvipannu, mikroaaltouuni, astianpesukone, liesi / uuni, tehosekoitin ja paljon muuta. Keittiön vieressä on ruokailutila, jossa ruokapöydän koko on tarpeeksi suuri. Siellä on myös pelipöytä erilaisiin lautapeleihin sekä ylimääräisiin istuimiin.

Kaupunkiasunnossa on iso edessä oleva kuisti ja suuri ylimmän kerroksen kansi - loistava merien, alusten, tähtien, auringonnousun ja Tybeelighthousen katseluun. 3 pysäköintipaikkaa on saatavana.

Sen lisäksi, että kaupunkiasunto on aivan rannalla, se on vain muutaman askeleen päässä North Beach Grill -baarista ja -ravintolasta, historiallisesta Tybeen majakasta ja Fort Screven -museosta. Sinulla ei tarvitse autoa saarella; Voit kävellä, vuokrata polkupyöriä tai golfkärryjä lähellä.

Perfect Getaway

Excellent location for a quiet, quick beach trip. Great location for beach access. Plenty of space to relax in home. Comfortable accommodations! Highly recommend. We will book again. Danny was very helpful with suggestions for places to eat and sightsee.

Great Tybee North location

We stayed for three nights. We loved the location near the beach and the easy walk or bike ride to restaurants, pickleball, and the bike trail. 20-25 minute drive to downtown Savannah. Great layout with 4 queen/full beds and 3 full bathrooms, parking, and a friendly, local, and accommodating host! Dan is the best.

Favorite Townhouse on North Beach

This was our third year staying at one of Dan’s townhouses on Gulick street, and we’ve loved every time. The kids (and adults) enjoy the quick walk to the beach, park and the Marine Science Center. Dan’s the most accommodating host and will go out of his way to assist you with any questions or needs throughout your stay.

Memorial Day Weekend on Tybee Island

Dan & Jill's Tybee Island townhouse was perfect for our whirlwind Memorial Day weekend trip! You could not ask for a more perfect location or a more perfect townhouse! We traveled with the same dear friends we travel with every Memorial Day weekend. The townhome was centrally located within one block of North Shore Beach, Fort Screven, & Tybee's beautiful lighthouse. From the moment you opened the door to the townhouse you knew you were definitely at the beach! It was beautifully decorated in a beach theme. We loved the decorator. And, marveled at the sight of various pictures & pieces of artwork daily. There was so much to see! We all enjoyed our privacy with the three bedroom, 3 bathroom style. And, looked forward to gathering in the very comfortable & cozy living room every morning & every evening. This was where we were able to gather for breakfast to discuss the days' plans, then relax & unwind in the evening to catch up with each other, watch the National Geographic movie about the Mighty Eighth Airforce stationed on Tybee in preparation for seeing The Mighty Eighth Airforce's museum on our way home, just outside of Savannah. We were pleasantly surprised to find out Dan is a WWII buff just like all of us! Dan had a wealth of knowledge of that period on Tybee. Gracious hosts with all the Southern charm you would expect & more while visiting down south. Their customer care was stellar. Anything we had an issue with was handled immediately. We hope to stay there again!

Enjoyable Stay

We had a great time at this location and really enjoyed our stay despite some minor issues. Danny was a great host! -----Pros----- Location!: Super close to the beach and a couple of restaurants. Host: Danny was really friendly and a great host. Communication was quick and easy. Decor: House was beautiful -----Cons----- Plumbing: The house's plumbing is very old as stated on notes in the house. Even while being very careful about flushing too much TP, we managed to clog the toilets 3-4 times during our 3 night stay. Luckily, owner keeps a plunger on-site and we don't mind fixing it. Mattress: At least one of the mattresses seemed to be an old spring mattress and was super uncomfortable. Furniture: Some furniture was broken/worn and resulted in me falling out of it when I didn't realize a chair was not connected to its base. Towels: Towels smelled odd, not too big a deal because we primarily used our own.

The beauty of this place is it's location. Walking distance to the beach/ocean, and Fort Screven, lighthouse, N Beach bar, and more. Beautiful sunrises at 7:25 (not too early). Food at N Beach bar is excellent! Host Dan was very nice and took care of a plugged toilet in upstairs bedroom. Very comfortable for 3 couples. The condo is older. O/S iron stair railing is rusting away, some plaster peeling off walls, Squeaky dipping floor in upstairs master. Upstairs balcony floor little soft on one side. Misc. cosmetic issues. (Dan is planning on making updates). Overall, the condo is in a great location and is very enjoyable.

Great location . All essentials provided. Plenty of towels, hand soap, dish detergent, clothes detergent, trash bags etc. The beach wagon and chairs were handy. The best bedding ever at a rental! Very , Very clean! Would definitely stay again.

We were searching for a place where our vacation would be about our time together, simple, not terribly commercialized or crowded. Tybee Island provided us just that. A vacation that reminded me of what vacations used to be like, or at least what I have always wanted them to be. Granted, you are going to need to like the people you are traveling with, because there isn't much to distract from their company. 😊� The property was built in the early 1980's so it is a little older, but it was very clean and the owner lives nearby, so if there are any issues, he could be there in no time at all. Speaking of, Dan was great! He met us at the property and started our stay with a little tour. The layout was fantastic 3/3 gave is plenty of room for personal space, but still enough common areas to play games and have family dinners at night. The view is fantastic, even in dreary days, it reminded us of the beach from the Series of Unfortunate events with the lighthouse looming in the background... could you ask for a better night light? And, walking to the beach... it doesn't take more than two minutes to hit the sand. We spent our days swimming in the ocean (with several wild dolphins), collecting shells, catching some sun, cooking fabulous seafood meals, playing games with each other and midnight walks on the beach. The only complaint I heard was that we should have planned to stay for two weeks as opposed to five days. 😊� We are hoping for a longer return trip next year! And, the basics: the kitchen was fully stocked (and I love to cook), the beds were incredibly comfortable (and I'm a little spoiled), and the towels were soft and new. Also, make sure you your the fort and lighthouse, go to the sugar shack for ice cream, and head to the crab shack for crab legs and the alligator pit. Super fun!

The only complaint I heard was that we should have planned to stay for two weeks as opposed to five days. 😊� We are hoping for a longer return trip next year! And, the basics: the kitchen was fully stocked (and I love to cook), the beds were incredibly comfortable (and I'm a little spoiled), and the towels were soft and new. Also, make sure you your the fort and lighthouse, go to the sugar shack for ice cream, and head to the crab shack for crab legs and the alligator pit. Super fun!
