Tämä kaunis hirsimökki Catskillsissa on täydellinen paikka perheen lomalle. Hotelli sijaitsee yli 10 eekkeriä tällä ominaisuudella on 2 lampia täynnä toads ja tadpoles, jotka laulavat sinulle yöllä ja fireflies, jotka valovoima taivas lämmin kesät yö. Tartu kalastustappiin, jota et koskaan tiedä mitä voit kiinni. Amazing Cooperstown cabin

We had 5 dad’s staying in the cabin for our boys baseball tournament. The location was perfect, rooms clean and comfortable, and the outdoor space was incredible. Recommending this VRBO to anyone visiting the area.

Great Stay for Cooperstown ASV Week!

Beautiful home and property! Everything we needed for a comfortable stay; super clean, organized, and cozy. Felt like our family had a mini-vacation on top of our son’s tournament. Wonderful Stay!

We recently stayed in this beautifully maintained home while our son played at All Stars Village. We had both sets of grandparents join and all enjoyed the stay and property. Our younger son was kept entertained by the pool and air hockey table. Couldn’t have asked for a better location, stay or host. 5 stars!

Great property for stay while at Cooperstown ASV

The house was very clean and up to date. It was fantastic for our family. Each group had their own bathroom. The pool table and air hockey table in the basement were nice to have. The location was very convenient to Cooperstown ASV. And it was nice to have such a peaceful setting with gorgeous views. I would highly recommend staying here, you will not be disappointed!

Peaceful Cooperstown Retreat

We had an amazing stay at this house! We were there with friends for my son’s baseball tournament. My younger son fished most days and caught a ton! The kids were all very entertained by the paddle boat too, very clean inside and plenty of space for 2 families to spread out. Thanks Denise and Donna!

Great house for All Star Village trip

Great property, well kept, lots to keep our young children occupied between their brothers baseball games. Power got knocked out by a storm for a few hours and property manager went above and beyond bringing by candles and flashlights.

Hidden Gem

What an incredible hidden gem that hides in the hills and has amazing views. We booked this place because it was close to the All Star Village where our sons were going to playing. The pictures do not do it justice. It was clean and very organized. It had everything we needed for the week. Great place to relax and enjoy with family and friends!

Everything about this home was just perfect. The house is not only beautiful and clean but fully functional. The outside property is also beautiful. My kids had a blast fishing, playing air hockey, pool(table), paddle boating. There was so much to do , everyone had a great time. Its about 12 minutes away from Cooperstown ASV. This home made our trip to ASV so much easier when going with a big family. Thank you for an amazing stay, 5 stars all around.

If you are coming to visit Cooperstown or just to visit the area this place is a must. The property and the house are beautiful. The place was spotless, the manager was so helpful. We will definitely rent again.

All Star Village

We had an amazing stay at this home! It was incredibly clean and Donna (their property manager) welcomed us upon our arrival. We stayed with another family while our boys were bunking at Cooperstown All Star Village. We were less than 15 minutes from All Star Village and it was a quick easy trip there. The house had plenty to do for the siblings who were fishing, playing pool, corn hole, and air hockey in our down time. I have already recommend this home to friends coming in future years and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone!! Thank you Denise for sharing your home with us you were more than helpful with everything!!

A wonderful retreat!

My family and I had a wonderful time staying at this property. My kids not only enjoyed fishing, paddle boarding, playing pool, and air hockey in the basement (it rained one day). The home had everything you could need and more and was a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery. Was easy. The communication was excellent and we hope to be back one day.

Fun family getaway

We all enjoyed the large house & spacious yard. Plenty of room to spread out. Kids especially loved the air-hockey table. Kitchen was well equipped & glad for the dishwasher & gas grill. Beds were comfy ; plenty of towels & of nice quality. Only small criticism : main floor bathroom sink & tub faucets are old & difficult to work..

Cooperstown Baseball Trip

This property is amazing! The home and property was wonderful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The only feedback I would provide is better TV as they are 30 years old. Despite WIFI slowness which cant be helped, better DVDs or cable tv could be provided as well as laundry detergent for traveling guests. Otherwise, amazing stay!

Perfect for a trip to All Star Village

This house was perfect! Both the property manager and owners were attentive and hospitable. The house had everything we needed. It was close to All Star Village (10-12 minutes) but felt like our own vacation every time we went back there. Our kids really enjoyed the ponds and other games that were available at the house. The kitchen was well equipped, and everything was easy to find. We would definitely stay here again!

Cooperstown Week!

Had a wonderful experience staying at Denise’s lovey residence during Cooperstown week. Everything was in great shape and Luann made the check-in experience quick and seamless while giving us some quick tips for around town. Great home and views and perfect to relax after running to and back from the games. Denise even had a new air fryer ready on our arrival as one of our guests had inquired if the house had one and she went and got one! Thank you for letting us enjoy your home this past week.

Cooperstown All Star Village

This property was absolutely ideal for our family trip to Cooperstown All Star Village. Very easy drive to the complex. The house is very well maintained and the property manager and owner were fantastic. LuAnn is the property manager and she provided a full tour and run through during check in. She reached out via text everyday to find out how we were doing and if we needed anything. 1st floor bedroom was great for my 80 year old parents. Very quiet and scenic grounds. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay!!

Amazing house!!

This home is absolutely amazing! Less than 15 minute drive to Cooperstown All Star Village which was perfect when there were rain delays. While my son played in the tournament and stayed at All Star Village, the rest of the family stayed at this house. My other son and nephew stayed in the basement where they were able to play pool, air hockey and Xbox whenever they wanted. The boys also went fishing outside in the pond and caught well over 20 fish. LuAnn and Denise are excellent to work with and very responsive. I highly recommend this home!!

Fresh Air and Frogs

Couldn't have asked for a better getaway for a family that has been cooped up in the house all spring and summer. Owners and manager where excellent, house was clean and very well stocked with supplies and things to do. We spent 90% of our time in the park like yard catching frogs in the pond, playing games and chilling by the fire pit. Definitely recommended, definitely would go back. Kids are already asking when we will return! I will definitely miss watching the incredible sun sets and moon rises while having dinner (and a beverage) at the picnic table pavilion.

Great week in the Catskills

The property was very clean and well appointed. The land was beautiful and felt very secluded, even though it was only a 15 minute drive to Oneonta and not much further to other great spots. The pavilion near the fire pit is great for meals and relaxing, even during the hot weather. The bedrooms were comfortable and nice and cool during the hotter weather thanks to the air conditioning. The wifi was not great, but that is totally expected given the setting and not a problem or a surprise. We also lost power a few times, but it came back on within a half hour or so. All told, a great week, and we would love to stay again.

Ideal getaway

Our family had an excellent week away from it all on this terrific property. The grounds are just as pictured and we spent hours every day outside. Everyone particularly loved the floating dock in the pond, which you can drift about on peacefully or use as a swimming or fishing base. We watched wildlife, did catch-and-release fishing, caught frogs, made s'mores, watched stars and satellites, and played lots of yard games (there was even plenty of room for a badminton set we brought along). I would recommend bringing binoculars for birdwatching and stargazing. The basement game room was also a big hit with our teens when they weren't outdoors. We also very much enjoyed visiting Cooperstown and the Baseball Hall of Fame, where the COVID-19 safety precautions in place were impressive.

Peaceful Hideaway on a Beautiful property

We just spent 4 days at Denise's home and it was exactly what we planned and hoped for. We live in Manhattan and have been pretty boxed up in our apartment since the start of COVID. We were looking for a home where we could have isolation in a large space and also enough activity for the 2 tween boys to do. BBQ and a book for the adults, check! The boys were at the pond fishing every day and hung out on the floating deck. When inside, they fully utilized the "man cave" downstairs with matching recliners for tv, several rounds of pool and air hockey. My son was devastated when we left! The space is roomy, comfortable and great if you like walking thru trails, forest and roads. We had a really great time.

Beautiful home, don’t hesitate on this gem

I consider ourselves lucky to have chosen this home for our Cooperstown ASV stay. Tucked away about a 13 minute drive from the fields, when the grounds open up from the secluded driveway you are greeted with a warm, well kept house and beautiful flowing landscape, complete with ponds and picnic area. The photos do not do this place justice! The kids had such a great time in the game room, cooking s’mores with the included firewood, and running all over the lawn, jumping on the floating dock, paddling the boat, finding frogs and fishing for bluegill (catch and release). The homeowners have thought of everything visitors could possibly need, as well as a detailed welcome book with lots of information. The air conditioning works well, as we had several warm humid days and stayed very comfortable inside. Luanne the property manager was attentive to our needs, very friendly and able to help immediately when we had a house key issue. I’d recommend this place 100%! Thank you for sharing this magical property with us!

Fairy Tale magic and more…

I feel like I need to start this review with “once upon a time”…. From start to finish this property was full of wonder amazement and joy!!!! LuAnn met us at the property to welcome us and give us a tour. Everything was more beautiful than we could even imagine… the deck, the views, the living spaces,kitchen .. EVERYTHING! We had 3 families- total of 6 adults and 4 teens and we all fit perfectly. Beds were super comfy, house was incredibly clean, kitchen was huge to cook, eat, and hang. Felt like we were truly AT HOME.. but in a fairy tale kinda way. We saw chipmunks, deer, ground hogs, birds, rabbits, frogs and fireflies… our boys fished and caught many!!!, went on the paddle boat and the floating dock, played games, had fires, BBQ’d and enjoyed the outside HUGE table by the pond, relaxed on the deck… this property truly blessed our families and created lifetime memories we will forever cherish! Great communication w Denise and LuAnn! Thank you for EVERYTHING!

Perfect for all ages

We had a multi-generational family getaway. The property was perfect for this: pond fishing (17 caught and released in an hour) and swimming, pool & air hockey, playing the video and board games we brought, s'mores over the fire pit, relaxing on the deck, walking barefoot around the well manicured lawn, plenty of eating space at the large dining room table, etc. All ages connected in new ways and made great memories. Most rental kitchens are lacking good knives or cutting boards, but not this one! There were also plenty of lawn chairs, fishing poles, frog nets, two life jackets, etc. The fishing tackle, pool noodles and blow up float were good things to bring since we had small children. The larger pond is a little more mucky than the pictures show, but that didn't stop us from swimming in it! The room set up is as follows: a large suite upstairs that has two beds separated by a staircase to the lower level with a low wall, and a bathroom. There is a lot of floor space for an air mattress there, too. The main level has the futon in the living room, kind of in the middle of everything, since it is a great room open concept, and a small bedroom and another bathroom. The basement has a bedroom with twin beds, a large rec area, and another bathroom. Since it is darker and more out of the way, we put the mattress down there and still had space to use the TV, pool & air hockey. There are extra sheets for the futon, but you will need pillows, and more sheets if you bring air mattresses. There is an abundance of towels!! The owner and property manager are very responsive to any questions or concerns. Every single person in our group wanted to stay for more days! If we have the chance to return we definitely will. It's a great place to get generations off of their phones and doing thing together!
