Hiljattain remontoitu. Uusi AC-jÀrjestelmÀ, uudet laadukkaat patjat (kaikki ne), uudet verhot, uusi maali, uusi keittiö, uudet huonekalut, kaksi uutta 55-tuumainen ÀlykÀs televisio, yksi 42 tuuman televisio ja paljon muuta.

Voit kÀvellÀ rannalle suoraan rakennuksesta, ei tarvitse ylittÀÀ mitÀÀn teitÀ. Nauti upeista nÀkymistÀ Blue Emerald Coast vesillÀ kilometrin pÀÀssÀ condo.

beautiful place. great communication. lots of extras such as cleaning products. air conditioning worked great. view amazing. only thing I had issues with was I asked ahead of time if there was any construction and was told there was not. Two weeks before trip was told there was. It did not affect our trip at all. beach was a large slope and very hard to walk on.Absolutely wonderful stay and beautiful place. I would go back without hesitation.

Great View

Great place, very nice and clean. Could enjoy ocean view on one side and watch planes land on the other. Couldn’t hear Hwy traffic which was great. They were doing a remodel so a bit noise but didn’t take away from the stay. I would stay here again.

We loved the place! Beautiful view! Easy to find, free parking and the people at the front desk were very nice and helpful. Perfect location and so happy to find a cafe, bar and convenience store on the ground floor. Will definitely recommend to my friends and family.

Great stay!

Check in process was super smooth with the forms being emailed ahead of time. The unit was stocked well with the essentials, so we didn't have to run to the store right away. Host was accessible & responsive. Loved being able to text. Gorgeous coastline & oceanfront views.

Wonderful View!

This condo was perfect for a short getaway for my husband and me! It is small, but had everything we needed including a full kitchen, comfortable king bed, and spectacular view from the balcony. The sound of the gulf is wonderful and you can see sunrise to your left and sunset to your right! It is also nice that the building has a walkway right onto the beach.

Family beach getaway

Haydar was a wonderful host without being intrusive. He immediately checked on us our first day and made sure we were able to communicate with him if any problems occurred. The condo was exactly as listed. The views were amazing and Haydar's property was well appointed. I would definitely stay here again

Sandestin condo

This is an excellent condo. I recommend it to anyone. The the condo was spacious neat and clean with plenty of utensils, appliances, plates, and all the necessary assessments for the kitchen. The view was multi directional being in a corner condo. The view down the beach was awesome. There was no noise from the beach or from the street in the condo. It was very quiet. Once again, I recommend this condo for anyone.

Exactly what we needed.

From the beginning, the owners were extremely accommodating and responsive. We arrived a couple hours before our check in time and with one phone call they were able to get me inside. We are a family of four (twin 7 year olds) and this place was perfect. The beds were comfortable. The house was clean and there were plenty of towels. Having a Washer Dryer at the beach is an absolute must. The kitchen had all the utensils you could need. I loved the fact that it was an end unit, provided that little extra privacy and view. This was one of the best vacations my family has been on in years. Thank you!

I rated them a five everywhere to not impact their rating We reserved this room and were quickly notified by the owners. There’s construction going on at this location and asked if we would move to another property. Communication was really great. We were disappointed. We didn’t have the opportunity to stay at this location, but we would stay with this owner again, and will look to stay here when Construction completes

If you want a great view and location, near fun things in destin this is a great unit. But personally for our family we were not impressed. Both the bathrooms in the unit had a distinct urine smell that had to be covered up by a scented fragrance during our stay. The showers must have been installed for people under 5 foot bc my wife, son, and I had to duck when we wanted to wash out hair.. also the lent trap in dryer had to be replaced during our stay because myself nor our maintenance man could put it back in once it was removed for cleaning. We had great weather this trip so that saved it for us. But unfortunately we will not be coming back to this unit again

Spectacular panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico, updated, spacious, clean condo with hardwood throughout. Location is ideal, right on the beach. It's in walking distance to beautiful Henderson Beach State Park, as well as to an adventure theme park and an aqua park.

Great location, spectacular views, clean! Our condo is right on the beach and has spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico. Washer/Dryer. The unit has been updated in June 2017: 55" TVs. New AC unit. New paint. New curtains. Complimentary Netflix and other entertainment options. Best cleaning service in town: special attention to cleanliness with good quality mattress covers, multiple pages of checklist for cleaning ladies. Walk out of the building directly to beach.
