Tämä huoneisto on rannalla ystäville, jotka nauttivat hienompaa asioita elämässä. Huoneisto on 2 makuuhuonetta / 2 kylpyhuonetta ja sijaitsee Indian Shores välillä Clearwater ja St. Pete, 30 minuuttia Tampa.

Jos haluat paras ranta loma, meillä on kaikki. Olemme kuilu edessä, 2. kerroksessa, suoraan altaan yläpuolella henkeäsalpaavista näkymistä Meksikonlahdella ja jauhemaisen valkoisen hiekan. Suuri lämmitetty uima-allas on suoraan rannalla. Oman nautinnon vuoksi meillä on shuffleboard-tuomioistuin, kolme isoa grilliä ja rantalentopallo. Meidän rakennus on hyvässä kunnossa. Ainoa asia, sinun täytyy huolehtia siitä ei puutu mitään maalauksellisen auringonlaskuista.

Meidän huoneisto on täysin uusittu ylhäältä alas. Meillä on upea uusi keittiö ruostumatonta terästä laitteet, graniittiset ja täysin varusteltu kattaa kaikki kulinaariset tarpeisiin. Huoneissa on muhkeat uusia broadloom ja vuodevaatteet. Meidän oma kylpy ominaisuuksia suihkukaappi, uudet kalusteet marmoria työtaso. Koko huoneisto on tuore maalikerros on paljon fantastinen hauskoja värejä.

Toivottavasti mahtuu käynti. Pidämme jaamme pieni pala paratiisia.

Relaxing stay

We very much enjoyed our stay. The condo was nice and completely met our needs especially the fact that they provided a beach umbrella and chairs. We spent most of our time on the beach, loved the easy access.

We really enjoyed the condo, but were very disappointed that the pool wasn't open yet. They had told us they hoped it would be ready by then, but no such luck. I understand recovery from the hurricane, however, we were there for 12 days, overlooking the pool, surrounded by construction fencing, and only saw 1 person working on the pool 3 days. It probably will take a long time with that type of effort :( Also when we checked in, the front desk was very specific about parking in our numbered spot. She couldn't find it to show us where and wandered around the parking lot for 5 minutes before saying I think this is it.

Wonderful beachfront stay

This condo was everything! Loved the view. Super quiet and well kept building with the best beach location! The condo itself has a fully, fully stocked kitchen, two great bedrooms and bathrooms that have been updated and was overall just perfect for a weeklong stay for my daughter and myself. We barely left the beach and spent every night in the comfy living area having movie nights!

Nice place, Great view

We really enjoyed our stay in Unit 202. Had everything we needed and was quite comfortable. There was some renovations going on around the building but it didnt immediately impact us. Also most units are switching over from keys to keyless entry - just a minor hiccup or 2 with that. Overall, would recommend.

Nice beach getaway

Spacious, clean unit with good mattresses and well-equipped kitchen. Property has a nice pool that receives sun all day. Charcoal grills available for cooking. Great white sand beach.

Awesome Condo

We stayed here for a week with another couple! Condo was updated, very clean, and fully stocked. The view from the balcony is AMAZING! We spent a lot of time on the balcony, at the pool, and on the beach. The walk to the beach was short and easy. The location of this condo between Clearwater and John's Pass was very convenient. Definitely will be back!

Moms get-a-way

Condo was in a perfect location, beach was SO nice. Pool was big and clean. Condo had everything we needed, front desk staff very nice and friendly. Had beach chairs which was awesome since we flew in. The one and only small thing i would change would be the air conditioner is on the balcony, so it was loud when it was on. We still really enjoyed the balcony though!

Great family vacation

We loved our stay at the condo, best location and such a beautiful view. The condo was equipped with everything we needed, beds were comfortable, check in was very easy, and the owner was easily reachable with any questions we had. We loved that the condo was on the second floor, and the balcony was directly over the pool; easy to see my husband and son swimming from the balcony. You can beat the location, literally on the beach, shops, restaurants, and easy drive to Johns Pass boardwalk. Loved that the owner had beach chairs, umbrella, and toys available for us to use. We loved our stay, and will definitely be back for another stay!

Everything was easy to get to the pool and beach. Didn’t know there was a bathroom by the pool since it wasn’t marked till the day before we left. Neighbor helped showing us how to lock the door. Thanks

Pure Bliss

We loved our vacation in Indian Shores, FL. The condo is very close to the beautiful beach, and the sand on this beach is like baby powder, it's the softest I've ever felt. The Condo is great, it's decorated very nicely, the paint colors are perfect, both cheery and calming. The beds are comfortable, there was plenty of space for our family of four (including two adult kids). The kitchen had plenty of dishes, silverware and glasses. It was great not having to constantly wash dishes. The furniture is very comfortable and the view is amazing. We hope to stay here again as soon as possible! Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us, it is now the standard we'll use to compare all other rentals.

Gulf Front Condo for a relaxing week

Our unit was on the "second" floor, which here means 3rd from the ground. One elevator supplies the whole building; we were pleased to be able to take the stairs (31 steps) if we didn't feel like waiting. The living and dining rooms are big enough; the two bedrooms are a bit crowded. The view overlooking pool and beach was a plus. Supplying beach chairs and towels was appreciated.

Spring break 2023

This was our first time in Indian Rocks Beach and staying at the Holiday Villas 3! We had a wonderful time and we’re highly impressed with our condo! The condo was so bright and cheery! The wall colors totally matched the beach feel! The bedrooms has new flooring and updated mattresses! The kitchen was completely stocked! It had every utensil or cookware that you would need! Highly impressed! Beach chairs, beach towels, and umbrellas all available to use! The pool was warm and clean! We also liked the keyless entry! Our friends stayed in the same condo unit and had to use keys! Not as convenient! We would highly suggest this condo!

First VRBO HUGE success !

This was our family's first experience trying a vacation rental. It went so well, it will not be our last either. In fact we were trying to plan how we would do the next one with all the kids, part of the time and just the 2 of us for the remaining time. I looked at so many places and pictures, that when I found this one, with all it's comforts of home and the little extras that we didn't have to bring in our carry-ons, it was a no brainer! Everything you need in a kitchen, toys and chairs for the beach, room for everyone to spread out, balcony facing the beach, 2nd floor so we could take the elevator or use the quick steps up, heated pool, restaurants and shops near by and a parking spot marked just for our vehicle. It was really a great getaway, we will easily go back again. Thanks so much for letting us use your wonderful place in Florida. 4 Grateful Iowans

Great view!!

The property was comfortable and roomy. We had everything we needed. Our host was very responsive when ever we had questions and the property managers were on site and helpful. The best part was the view overlooking the gulf out our patio doors. The sunset comes streaming right into the kitchen each night. There was construction going on in the building but it was not a problem in this unit. The unit was quiet with very little noise from neighbouring condos. There are laundry facilities on each floor and they were always available when we needed them. Just be aware they are pretty old appliances. But they did the job.

Excellent location with large heated pool and plenty of lounge chairs. Many great restaurants within walking distance. Fantastic gulf views. Love the pelicans flying by and the dolphins swimming up and down the Gulf.
