Kaunis kolmen tarinan koti Tahoe Cityn Dollar Point -yhteisössä. Hiljattain kunnostettu, harkittu ja tilava sisustus. Kolme yksityistä makuuhuonetta ja neljäs "kerrossänky". Lähellä hiihtokeskuksia, rantaa ja polkuja. Mukavasti nukkuu 12 ja siinä on poreallas. Tämä upea, ylellinen lakeview-koti on arkkitehtoninen helmi. Tilava muotoilu ja maalaismainen kosketus. SIJAINTI:
Kotimme sijaitsee keskeisellä paikalla Lake Tahoe'n pohjoisrannalla vain 2 kilometrin päässä Tahoe Citystä Dollar Point -yhteisössä. Se on vain muutaman korttelin päässä Tahoe Cityn päällystetystä polkujärjestelmästä ja XC Nordic Centeristä. Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows, Homewood, Northstar ja kasinot ovat alle 30 minuuttia. Vain muutaman korttelin päässä rannalta, laiturilta, uima-altaalta ja tenniskentiltä.

Luxury meet comfort - We felt right at home!

My group of seven friends and I really enjoyed our stay! The house was clean, comfortable, spacious, and easy to settle into for a few days. The beds were very comfortable and the design of the house felt very functional and thoughtful. The view from inside and out on the deck is so beautiful. The neighborhood felt safe, quiet, and close enough to stores, hiking, and adventures. The property manager communicated arrival instructions clearly and was responsive when I had any questions! We would absolutely book again!

Great place for large groups

Very accommodating for large groups, plenty of beds, bathrooms, kitchen items and space! Easy to check in and property managers always easy to get a hold of and super friendly. Great neighborhood and just a few minutes from downtown Tahoe City. Walking distance to beach and pool which both are beautiful. Even provide coolers at the house!

Awesome property

The absolute best part of this property is the lower bunk bedroom. We had five kids stay down there and they never wanted to leave. Even the parents wanted to stay down there. Great house for a larger family or a group of families. We plan on renting this house in the future. Cannot say enough good things about it!

Spacious home perfect for a ski weekend

Our group had a great time in this Tahoe home! About 20 minutes from Palisades Mountain and only minutes from Tahoe City, this was the perfect location for our ski weekend! The house was well stocked with anything we needed to cook meals at home and had plenty of beds for our group. I was told the bunk beds were more comfortable and larger than most usually are. All in all, we were very happy with our stay and excited to visit Tahoe again in the future!

Great Clean Comfortable Home!

I can't say enough about this property! Everything about it fit our family needs! There were two families staying, 4 adults, 4 teenagers (13-15), they LOVED the bunk room! In fact, the only time we saw them was when we left the property for outings! The beds, they are great, all memory foam! It is really important to get a great nights sleep while on vacay, this place has all memory foam beds! We all loved it! We will definitely be back!

The pantry was well stocked if you forgot any spices. We had 3 families stay at this cabin. Six adults in the 3 bedrooms and 5 boys in the downstairs room with 6 bunk beds. There was plenty of space. It was a great location for skiing an to just hang-out. We plan to rent this cabin next year!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay at this house. The views were beautiful and the bunk room was so much fun for our kids. The location was convenient to Tahoe City and to many great hikes and activities. There are several things to note that could be addressed and would have made our stay even better. The cooking pans are old and almost dangerous to cook in - the anti stick coating is peeling off - and the knives are not sharp at all. There are not enough towels or wash cloths for the amount of people staying in the house. The bathroom doors didn’t properly lock. They appear to lock but after several instances of our family members walking in on each other, we realized they didn’t lock. The fire place upstairs also didn’t work. The house had heat but it would have been nice during our family meals and when the kids were extra cold from hiking. All in all a nice rental but needs a few upgrades.

Terrible property management

Received an email from the property management company after my stay with a bill to dump and scrub the hot tub. I let them know that the water was low but there is no way to fill it (no spigot or hose) and I had to clean it before we could get in. The only response was that the condition was “directly related to my stay”. They charged my credit card and would not reverse it. On the first day of my stay I let the property management company know the toilet on the main floor was leaking. I turned off the water and cleaned up the floor. They told me they would fix it after we left. Frustrating since now my elderly parents had to go up and down the stairs every time they needed the bathroom. The property is awesome with the exception of the property management company. I will never stay at a property managed by Tahoe Rental Company again.

October weekend stay

Nicely designed house in a great location. Unfortunately the electrical issues in the house made for a very subpar experience. The entire side of the house with the bedrooms and all of the bathrooms had absolutely no power for the entire first day and night of our stay. No lights, no fans, no outlet power, and to top it all off, absolutely no hot water. This made a frustrating situation. We assumed it would be a short-term issue so went to sleep despite the issues. I called the property management the next morning about the issue. They sounded apologetic and sent someone over to fix it. However when I turned on the sink disposal that same day to keep the kitchen clean, the power was immediately cut again to the whole half of the house. We had plans all day and could not afford to waste any more time calling and having the property maintenance come over and over again to fix it for it to simply turn off again each time we ran the dishwasher, the sink disposal, the laundry or any heavy appliance. This resulted in us again not having lights, fans, outlet power, nor hot water for almost the entirety of our stay. I assume these issues will be fixed before any new guests arrive, if so, I would recommend staying here. The house design was unique, great for a group that wants to be in a closer setting.

Lovely Home, perfect to hang out with friends

Amazing location! Right near a fire station too and the lake! The sunset was amazing to see from the patio. Jacuzzi was great add on! Overall our friends and I had an amazing cozy time. The bunk beds are surprisingly big. Think a couple can sleep there if they are 5 foot 8 or less and slim. Super cute bunk beds. Will definitely book again!

My friends and I held a low key bachelorette party in Tahoe and stayed at this beautiful rental property. We loved that it felt like summer camp! Would definitely recommend staying here with a group or family for any weekend celebration.
