Yksi parhaista 1br-yksiköistä Phoenix V !!



Tämä Phoenix V -huoneisto on yksi parhaista rannalla! Ihanteellinen pienelle perheelle. Hotellissa on runsaasti aktiviteetteja, kuten paino, racquetball, sauna, lämmitetty sisäuima-allas, porealtaita, tenniskenttiä, koripallokenttä ja ulkouima-allas. Kolme tenniskenttää odottavat sinua ulkona. On myös mukava huvimaja alue rentoutua kun olet bbq-ing.



Tule rentoutumaan tilavalla parvekkeella, josta on henkeäsalpaavat näkymät Persianlahdelle tai nukkua isossa king-vuoteessa. Olohuoneessa on myös vuodesohva. Olemme kätevästi lähellä ravintoloita, ruokakauppoja ja kaukana myyntipisteistä.



Meidän huoneisto on hiljattain remontoitu uudet graniitti työtasot, uudet mukautetut kaapit, uusi olohuoneen kalusteet ja laatta koko. Mielestämme sen laatu on Phoenix V !!



Meidän huoneisto sijaitsee keskellä rakennusta 6. kerroksessa, ei kaukana hissistä. Avaimeton ovilukko, joten sinun ei tarvitse pysyä avaimissa loman aikana! Lähetä minulle sähköpostia ja kysy monista alennuksista. Yleensä tämä yksikkö hinnoitellaan vähemmän kuin paikan päällä oleva rahastoyhtiö. Meillä on myös kaksi 2BR-laitetta ja toinen 1BR-yksikkö samassa kerroksessa, jos tarvitset enemmän kuin yhden asunnon!

Lapsesi voivat nyt nauttia uudesta 1300 neliömetrin. Karibian merirosvo innoittamana Splash Pad altaalla uima-altaalla. Alue koostuu Pirate Sloopista ja laivan keulasta, jossa on Slant Jets ja Water Cannon. Voit nähdä kuvia vesipuistosta, joka on sijoitettu huoneistoesityksenä. Pienet Bucketheadit ovat varmasti kiireisiä koko lomasi ajan.

Overall, very clean and close to everything. Great view overlooking the beach! My only complaints would be multiple outlets in living room and next to the bed were inoperable (loose/or don’t work at all), the bed was not comfortable/squeaky, shower head loose, need a new shower curtain, toilet loose/rocks.

Very dated

This room was very dated. Worn out furniture, Mattress and dirty painted cabinets. The bathroom tub wouldn’t drain, the toilet rocked back and forth. The mattress was hard and had box springs hanging out of the comforter. How tacky!!The room itself was dirty. I wouldn’t dare eat out of the kitchen, there were crumbs in all the drawers. The pot holders had crusted food on them for example. I expected more for the money. Especially the cleaning fees I paid. The building itself was fine except for the elevators. Long waits to go anywhere.

Very, very outdated! The shower was completely stopped up and would not drain. The toilet needs to be properly secured to the ground. The bed was horrible. The splash pad did not work for two days we were there.

Great location

The condo is fine. Nothing fancy, but met our needs. The condo has everything you need. The building is in need of updates and better maintenance. The pool was closed for most of our week. There was only one working elevator out of 4 so wait times are extremwly long.

Relaxing beach getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, easy beach access, amazing view! I am 35 weeks pregnant, and normally have a difficult sleeping in a new bed while traveling anyway, but I slept SO well in this condo. The kitchen was mostly stocked, but traveling with a 3 year old had me wishing that they had more kid friendly dishes (take and toss cups, plastic plates, etc). Luckily we had brought a few travel cups and bought some paper plates, etc. overall we were very pleased with the rental. I do think that it could have been cleaned a little more thoroughly before we arrived. A few of the pans had food baked to the bottom that I scrubbed out. There was food splatter on the side of the fridge, and no cleaning supplies available for us to clean things. The bathroom and shower also had hair in it when we arrived. But again, nothing that would keep me from staying here again. Perfect location, not a ton of traffic, lots of on-site amenities/accommodations.

The condo, was just as advertised very clean. The bed was very comfortable, but I personally do not like a real soft bed. The bed was medium, not hard or soft very close to everything. The view was over the top, fantastic.

The condo was great but the couch and Love seat needs to be replace. We sat in the condo a lot and it was not comfortable. The bed hurt our backs. Sorry to be so negative but it is the truth. Our towels had holes in some of them but we still used them.

A Nice Few Days

Overall, we really liked the condo. The beach access was great, the pool was enjoyable, and the view was wonderful. However, the sundries were minimal. We ran out of toilet paper and soap I during a 3 day stay. And the dishwasher detergent was half empty.

Great vacation!

We stayed a week and loved every minute of it. I had something come up and asked to change the dates of the reservation and they were very accommodating and allowed us to change the dates. I was afraid there would be issues with the elevators because of some of the reviews I read but they had all 4 elevators working and there was hardly ever a wait for the elevator. The condo is exactly as the pictures show. Great view of the gulf from the balcony and short walk to the beach. We would definitely stay there again!
