Valoisa ja tilava kahden makuuhuoneen asunto, 97 m2, 2 makuuhuonetta, olohuone ja moderni kylpyhuone.
Asunto kunnostettiin kokonaan vuonna 2016 hienostuneella taiteellisella tavalla.
Rakastat paikkaani sijainnin, näkymien ja ilmapiirin takia. Asunto on hyvä pariskunnille, liikematkailijoille ja lapsiperheille.

This apartment is perfectly located - and it is fabulous!

High ceilings, very clean, perfectly located, comfortable, safe. We thoroughly enjoyed this location, as it was within a nice walking distance from everything that you might want to visit. It truly felt like a home away from home. The kitchen was nicely equipped, and you need to make sure that you bring or purchase any particular ingredients. Totally recommend this property. We would stay there again for sure.

Excellent host

Excellent location and host. The host Denes was extremely helpful and assisted us in anything we asked for and always wanted to help.Small issue with intermittent hot water for shower and drainage smells, but of course is an old building.

Great Location

Was a nicely presented property. Great Location! Had some issues with being locked out due to the building management but the owner dealt with it immediately. Property was a little noisy on the weekend, would have been great to have a washing machine/ Iron and board.. But all in all a lovely property and would stay again.

Wonderful apartment, fabulous location

My family (two adults, one 17-year-old) stayed in the apartment from 5-9 July. It was exactly as shown on the website, and was in an excellent location from which to explore Budapest. We were in the city during a heat wave and the air conditioning (heat pumps in both bedrooms and the living room) worked beautifully and made for a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and spacious. It was also quiet, both in terms of the building and general location. Although it's near lots of decent restaurants (we recommend Six -- delicious!) and bakeries, there was little street noise. It was also walkable to many attractions, and was an easy ride on by bus from the train station -- other transit options were also nearby. We used both the trams and underground for attractions that were a bit farther afield. Denes was an excellent host and very responsive to email, even providing some advice when our daughter became under the weather and we thought we might need to find a medical clinic. The check-in procedure was very easy and smooth. There is a small elevator in the building, which made getting luggage to and from the apartment (on the second floor) very easy. We highly recommend the apartment for its location, cleanliness, and amenities. We would recommend staying there to any friends and family travelling to Budapest in future.

Great place to stay

Apartment was clean, spacious, and in a great location! The owner was easy to communicate with and gave us great suggestions. Location is right in the middle of shopping and close to where the longboat cruises are located. I would stay again and recommend highly.

Fab location and fit our needs perfectly

Great visit to Budapest

Flat is clean, comfortable and in a great location. Walk to many attractions, short cab rides to others. Host was very helpful. Central Europe has been having an usual heat wave. Air conditioning in the flat was a huge plus.

Great location

This was a wonderful place to stay. Great location in the heart of Pest. But a little back to there was no street noise at all. It was central and easy to get around the city from. The directions were very clear as was the host. Elevator was easily accessed and the flat was large and spacious for our family of four. Clean and welcoming.

Great communication and very clean

My family and I stayed here while visiting family and touring Budapest. The host was very communicative and helpful. The apartment is extremely clean and looks recently renovated. Great bang for the buck in a good way. Would stay here again.

Super location

The apartment was in a great location. I would have rated it 5 stars except the door to the oven was off so it would not work. And there was no microwave. The place was clean and well stocked. The host left fresh soap and shampoo. The host was a little slow in responding to check in and directions. Maybe he did not realize when you are traveling in a foreign country it is most assuring to have a prompt reply for check in and directions.

Perfect stay

Great place, luxurious feel with very high ceilings. Updated with nice floors and bathroom. Steps from shops, restaurants. Ten-minute walk to ruin bars and Jewish quarter. Right next to Dunabe river and bridge (great hike). Owner was super friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend.

Great apartment in fun area of Budapest

Wonderful place to stay for your visit to Budapest. The apartment is located in an area with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby, but it also doesn't feel too "touristy". It's very accessible to many parts of the city- trams and metro stops are very close and many of the areas that visitors want to go to are within reasonable walking distance, so the location is about as central as you could ever want. The photos represent the apartment very accurately and the host was very helpful with both logistics around the apartment as well as recommendations for Budapest. Check in and out were handled very well with personal touches and flexibility.

Christmas Markets in December

Wonderful apartment and great location for easy walking access to Christmas Markets, shopping, restaurants and landmarks! We enjoyed walking to the Danube, over to Buda’s Castle and down to Parliament. Excellent spacious accommodations! Thank you Denis for making our stay so comfortable.

Location location location

Excellent central location, within central shopping area but on a very quiet street. Perfect for visiting all the sights, close to taxi rank, metro and buses. It felt very safe even at night. We walked to most places from the apartment and loved the local restaurants and cafes. The apartment itself was in quiet, in a secure building and was light and airy with lift access to the second floor. Everything we needed was provided such as cooking utensils, kitchen cloths, toaster etc. There was also towels and soap in the bathrooms. Denys was very helpful and quick to respond. A super base to explore Budapest.

Our stay was everything and more!! The apartment is beautiful and in the best location. We stayed for 2 weeks and walked everywhere! Super easy access to all the area attractions and fabulous food. We would highly recommend this place! Thank you!!

Tolle Lage, aber ziemlich dreckig

Die Wohnung liegt verkehrstechnisch sehr günstig, die Haltestellen für öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind direkt in der Nähe und vieles konnten wir von dort aus zu Fuß erreichen. Unser Appartement war gut geschnitten und geräumig und die Betten waren sehr bequem. Leider war die Wohnung bei unserem Eintreffen völlig ungeputzt , nur die Betten waren bezogen worden und für jeden lag ein Handtuch bereit. Auf unseren Anruf kam Denes Nagy und versuchte die Wohnung zu reinigen, allerdings ziemlich erfolglos. Die Böden blieben verdreckt, die Toilette, Dusche und Waschbecken wiesen Gebrauchsspuren der Vorgänger auf und die Küche wirkte weiterhin verschmiert und fertig. Leider funktionierte auch die Heizung nicht, bei abends 9 Grad Außentemperatur war es recht kühl. Am vorletzten Nachmittag sollte allerdings ein Handwerker kommen und das Problem beheben, was wir allerdings ablehnten, da wir Tags drauf abgereist sind.
