SHUTTERS BY BEACH on tilava ympäri vuoden loma-asunto, joka sijaitsee toivotussa Windy Hill-osassa Pohjois-Myrtle Beachiä. Tämä vierastalo mahtuu 18 ihmistä ja siinä on suuri, VERKKOKAUPALLINEN TAKARA, jolla on yksityinen uima-allas, aurinkokansi kivilaitteilla, varjoo pergola, pingispöytä, BBQ-grilli ja ulkopuolella aurinko-suihku. Uima-altaan ympärillä on runsaasti istumapaikkoja, jotta voit uppoutua ulompaan tai ruokailla Alfrescoon ruokapöydässä.

RANNASSA sijaitsevat ikkunaluukut sisustettiin mukavuutesi mielessä. Jokainen sen kahdesta kerroksesta on melkein identtinen, joten perheet tai ystävät voivat nauttia omista makuuhuoneistaan ja keittiövälineistään. Toisin kuin joihinkin 7 + makuuhuoneen taloihin, joita vuokrataan North Myrtle Beachillä, tavoitteena ei ole ahdata mahdollisimman monta ihmistä. Loppujen lopuksi tämä on lomasi, ei kesäleiriä! Olemme tarjonneet enimmäkseen kuninkaita ja kuningattareita vieraille, jotta ne voisivat ojentaa ja saavat suuren yön nukkumisen.

Kodissa on 3 king-sviittiä, joissa on oma kylpyhuone, 2 kuningatar-sviittiä, joissa on oma kylpyhuone, 1 makuuhuone, jossa 2 täysi vuodetta ja oma kylpyhuone, ja seitsemäs makuuhuone, jossa kerrossänky (kaksi täyttä patjaa) ja kylpyhuone makuuhuoneen vieressä.

RANNALLISSA SULJIMISSA on kaksi hiljattain remontoitua, täysin varustettua keittiötä ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetulla laitteella ja runsaasti kattiloita, pannuja, astioita, ruokailuvälineitä ja hopeaesineitä. Talossa on seitsemän makuuhuonetta, kahdeksan kylpyhuonetta ja runsaasti tilaa rentoutua perheen ja ystävien kanssa. Kuudessa seitsemästä makuuhuoneesta on oma kylpyhuone, kylpyhuone. Vieraat nauttivat 3 erillisestä LVI-yksiköstä, 2 toisessa kerroksessa ja 1 suuremmassa kerroksessa ensimmäisessä kerroksessa, jotta varmasti mukavuus pysyy aina.

Päivän kuluttua, KESKITTYEN YKSITYISEN POOLIN ympärille tai viettämällä aikaa WINDY HILL BEACH -rannalla, nauti rentoutumisesta kahdessa pääasiallisessa oleskelutilassa, joissa jokaisessa on 65 ”4K-TV, kun taas jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa on oma 50-tuumainen 4K-TV ja WIFI koko kiinteistössä.

Suuri osa ikkunoiden ikkunoista uusittiin hiljattain vuosiksi 2018 ja 2019, mukaan lukien kaikki uudet olohuone, ruokasali ja makuuhuoneen kalusteet.

On runsaasti pysäköintitilaa 4-5 autolle edessä ja pari autoa takana.

Shutters By The Beach on vain kilometrin päässä Barefoot Landing -kadulta, Blues-talolta, Alabaman teatterista, Duplin-viinitilasta, Alligator Adventure -kadusta ja muutaman minuutin päässä maailmankuuluista mestaruusgolfkentistä ja monista minigolfkentistä. Lähellä on myös paljon upeita ravintoloita, kuten Greg Normanin Australian Grill, 21 Main at North Beach, Joe's Bar & Grill sekä joukko suosikkeja, kuten Olive Garden ja Cracker Barrel.

Lainaan sisältyy liinavaatepaketti, jossa on koko asennus. Perfect location for a golf trip for the guys.

House was nice. Could have been a little cleaner had a smell of sewage. No dish washing liquid for sink or scrub pads. Was kind of disappointed in the kitchen. There was no salt or pepper or any sort. No pot holders to use for grilling or cooking in the oven. Overall I would give it a 6 out of 10.

Great for Girls Golf Trip

We all loved the house. Eight women on a golf trip appreciated that we could all have our own room and bath. Two kitchens were a bonus. We loved the backyard with all its comfortable seating. A quick walk across the street got us to the beach. Beds were comfortable. Highly recommend!!

An Excellent Beach Week

Shutters by the Sea was very clean, well maintained and accurately described on VRBO. All communications were timely and complete. The kitchens were well stocked. Beach access was convenient. Highly recommend Shutters.

Golf group trip

The positives were very spacious for a large group, good beds, hot shower, proximity to the beach. The negatives were difficulty with the nest thermostat (required calling the management company), wifi went out halfway into our stay, a pool repair person showed up during our stay and was there for over 4 hours and lack of basic supplies that should be provided like soap for bathrooms, sponges, dish soap, napkins, more than 1 roll of paper towels. I have never stayed in a vrbo rental that required me to go to a supermarket to buy basic supplies.

Shutters at Myrtle Beach

We stayed at Shutters for our annual golf trip. The house is located one block from the beach and nearby to many of the golf courses we enjoy. Plenty of room to spread pit with both shared and private bedroom space. Perfect kitchen and great room for relaxation. And the pool area is terrific for outdoor activities and relaxing.

Beautiful Home in Great Area

We loved staying at your home. It is a beautiful home with comfortable beds. The only complaint I had was the pool was very dirty (it was beginning of season) but I let owner know and they sent someone immediately to clean it. Great response from owners. We will book again.

A Well Needed Family Vacay

My family and I had an amazing time! Because we are a big family, it really helped that each room had its own bathroom. The house is spacious and I loved that the kitchen was big enough for us to sit down and eat as a family. In the words of my 7 year old niece “I love this mansion so so much” lol.

Amazing! Mr. Robert (host) and I have been communicating even before our stay! He was able to answer my questions and was very helpful! We didnt even have to wait until check time to get the code to go in the home! So thank you for honoring my wishes!! We arrived 2 hours early! We had a large group of 16 and the house accommodated us all! As soon as we opened the door to the home, we were stunned! Stunned at how huge it was! 2 kitchens full of pots,glasses, utensils! I wish I brought my k cups for my coffee since it has a keurig! Spacious very spacious the balcony in the front to sit and watch the view of the ocean! The smaller balcony in the back to watch the family in the pool! I also love that South Carolina has a law to alert the parents about children trying to get access to the pool by having the alarm at the sliding door. We grilled out, played ping pong, was able to wash clothes since the washer and dryer is outside. I can truly say this house is fully equipped! I didnt believe 5 vehicles could be parked in the front of the home, I was wrong! If we could buy this house we would! I can't speak on everyone else's experiences, all I know is that my family and I were very pleased! Just to hear my family say how happy they were, filled my heart! So if you have a large family and need to accommodate everyone, this home is in North Myrtle beach.We thank Mr. Robert for accepting us and allowing us to spend Spring break in the home! Perfect Vacation

The house was everything we thought it would be. We had our entire family, 15 people and the house was perfect. The kids absolutely loved the pool and the beach was just a short walk away. Anytime something small was broken or went wrong, it was immediately fixed. We will definitely be back, thanks for a great vacation!

Nice location, good property manager, poor check-in process, bedding/linens need to be upgraded

Check in process was messy. I was supposed to receive an email when the house was ready. I didn't. I called both contact numbers when 4:00 arrived and I hadn't received anything. Apparently an email was sent to the wrong person. All contact info was incorrect. The issue was resolved approx an hour after check-in time. Internet connection was not working when we checked in on Sat. Informed the property manager who promptly contacted the internet provider. A new router and splitter were installed on Mon afternoon. No problems with connectivity after that but 2 days without TV/service was difficult for our party of 13. I noticed other reviews about the sheets and have to comment. Only some of the beds have mattress protectors on them. The beds upstairs had a thin cotton scratchy sheet over the bare mattresses - no pad, no protector. One king bed didn't have a fitted sheet at all. Property mgr did address this as soon as it was brought to his attention. I would definitely recommend a linens upgrade. The house is nicely decorated and overall clean but could use a deep cleaning of kitchen drawers/stove, registers, fans, etc. Property manager, Robert, was very responsive to any and all concerns. Location was great. Just a short walk across the road to get to the beach. Having a washer and dryer was convenient. We had our family of 13 and cooked downstairs so didn't really utilize the u/s kitchen but it would be great for 2 families.

Perfect for our family!

We cannot say enough nice things about this property and management! Our family of 18 had an absolutely wonderful week. We had kids ranging from age 5 months to 10 years old and the rest were adults. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was so helpful. Having two kitchens made cooking so much easier. Coffee and games on the upstairs porch area was so relaxing. There was no ping-pong table when we arrived and Robert immediately had one delivered the very next day with paddles and ping-pong balls! You can’t get better service than that! We rented beach chairs and umbrellas, and that made everything so much easier coming and going from the beach, which was just across the street. Easy access! The parking lot adjacent to the property was no problem at all with noise or privacy as there was a privacy screen around the pool. The pool was spectacular! It was cleaned several times during our stay as well. Numerous places to sit and eat, including an outdoor table for games as well. This was a win-win for our family!

This house was perfect for our large multigenerational family. Everyone had their own bedroom with private bathroom. Pool right outside the door was such a bonus; our littles really loved that. Shot walk to beach. Great location. Close to lots of things Would definitely recommend & definitely stay again. Would have been nice to have a skimmer for days the pool was cleaned. But that’s a minor inconvenience. Really loved our week there.

Best April vacation!

The house was amazing! It provided ample space for 3 families vacationing together. It was just steps to the beach. We loved the backyard pool in the evenings and having our morning coffee on the second floor balcony. We cant wait to come back next year

House accommodates a large family, but lack kitchen items and clean patio furniture

Pros and Cons - Pros: Location to the beach, amount of bedrooms and bathrooms were great for a large family and the pool was great. Cons: The patio/pool door alarm was not working so we went and had Home Depo cut a piece of 2x4 wood to place in the bottom of the door frame at night so our grandchildren didn't go out to the pool. Out door furniture was awesome quality but disappointed with how dirty the furniture was. Had to wipe down all tables, chairs and rockers on the patio and decks and reorganize how they were set up upon arrival. Not enough kitchen utensils - one pot holder between two kitchens, no ice cream scoopers, knives available but very dull, only one kitchen towel and rag for 2 kitchens. Ended up using bath towels and bath rags to wash an dry dishes. Only one large fry pan in the place and Teflon was terribly old and scratched so everything stuck to it. Had one good fry pan but very small and only held 2 eggs. This house holds a lot of people so the house definitely needs larger fry pans, bowls and serving spoons. Only one regular aluminum tong for cooking and it was broken and the tips didn't even touch. Owner needs to go thru the kitchen and update cooking items that work in both kitchens if you advertise fully stocked kitchen. Finally, the linen company they use gave us the hardest sheets any of us has ever slept on. Felt like they used starch to clean them. The joke was we were afraid to move the top sheet as it may crack in half while sleeping. I think the owners need to stay at their place for one week with the same things we had and see if they would return the following week. Not sure we'll go back. Owner did a nice job decorating but the important things like cooking items, sleeping items and cleanliness on the patio and decks were not up to standards for spending almost 10,000 for one week..

Wonderful location

We had a great time. Plenty of room for all of us. There were five family’s with little kids. We were comfortable. Soo close to the beach. Can’t beat it.

Excellent Place

What an amazing location! The beach access is just right across the street! Plenty of bedrooms for my large family. The private swimming pool was amazing and enjoyed by all of us! I highly recommend this place.
