Sijaitsee suoraan vastapäätä rantaa (toinen rivi), josta on helppo pääsy merelle. SHUTTERS BY BEACH on tilava ympäri vuoden loma-asunto, joka sijaitsee toivotussa Windy Hill-osassa Pohjois-Myrtle Beachiä. Tämä vierastalo mahtuu 18 ihmistä ja siinä on suuri, VERKKOKAUPALLINEN TAKARA, jolla on yksityinen uima-allas, aurinkokansi kivilaitteilla, varjoo pergola, pingispöytä, BBQ-grilli ja ulkopuolella aurinko-suihku. Uima-altaan ympärillä on runsaasti istumapaikkoja, jotta voit uppoutua ulompaan tai ruokailla Alfrescoon ruokapöydässä.

RANNASSA sijaitsevat ikkunaluukut sisustettiin mukavuutesi mielessä. Jokainen sen kahdesta kerroksesta on melkein identtinen, joten perheet tai ystävät voivat nauttia omista makuuhuoneistaan ja keittiövälineistään. Toisin kuin joihinkin 7 + makuuhuoneen taloihin, joita vuokrataan North Myrtle Beachillä, tavoitteena ei ole ahdata mahdollisimman monta ihmistä. Loppujen lopuksi tämä on lomasi, ei kesäleiriä! Olemme tarjonneet enimmäkseen kuninkaita ja kuningattareita vieraille, jotta ne voisivat ojentaa ja saavat suuren yön nukkumisen.

Kodissa on 3 king-sviittiä, joissa on oma kylpyhuone, 2 kuningatar-sviittiä, joissa on oma kylpyhuone, 1 makuuhuone, jossa 2 täysi vuodetta ja oma kylpyhuone, ja seitsemäs makuuhuone, jossa kerrossänky (kaksi täyttä patjaa) ja kylpyhuone makuuhuoneen vieressä.

RANNALLISSA SULJIMISSA on kaksi hiljattain remontoitua, täysin varustettua keittiötä ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetulla laitteella ja runsaasti kattiloita, pannuja, astioita, ruokailuvälineitä ja hopeaesineitä. Talossa on seitsemän makuuhuonetta, kahdeksan kylpyhuonetta ja runsaasti tilaa rentoutua perheen ja ystävien kanssa. Kuudessa seitsemästä makuuhuoneesta on oma kylpyhuone, kylpyhuone. Vieraat nauttivat 3 erillisestä LVI-yksiköstä, 2 toisessa kerroksessa ja 1 suuremmassa kerroksessa ensimmäisessä kerroksessa, jotta varmasti mukavuus pysyy aina.

Päivän kuluttua, KESKITTYEN YKSITYISEN POOLIN ympärille tai viettämällä aikaa WINDY HILL BEACH -rannalla, nauti rentoutumisesta kahdessa pääasiallisessa oleskelutilassa, joissa jokaisessa on 65 ”4K-TV, kun taas jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa on oma 50-tuumainen 4K-TV ja WIFI koko kiinteistössä.

Suuri osa ikkunoiden ikkunoista uusittiin hiljattain vuosiksi 2018 ja 2019, mukaan lukien kaikki uudet olohuone, ruokasali ja makuuhuoneen kalusteet.

On runsaasti pysäköintitilaa 4-5 autolle edessä ja pari autoa takana.

Shutters By The Beach on vain kilometrin päässä Barefoot Landing -kadulta, Blues-talolta, Alabaman teatterista, Duplin-viinitilasta, Alligator Adventure -kadusta ja muutaman minuutin päässä maailmankuuluista mestaruusgolfkentistä ja monista minigolfkentistä. Lähellä on myös paljon upeita ravintoloita, kuten Greg Normanin Australian Grill, 21 Main at North Beach, Joe's Bar & Grill sekä joukko suosikkeja, kuten Olive Garden ja Cracker Barrel.

Lainaan sisältyy liinavaatepaketti, jossa on koko asennus. Kaikkien vuoteiden tuoreiden lakkojen lisäksi pakettiin sisältyy pestä vaatteita, 2 kylpypyyhettä sänkyä kohti ja 4 kylpypyyhettä täys-, kuningatar- tai king-vuoteille. Perfect location for a golf trip for the guys.

House was nice. Could have been a little cleaner had a smell of sewage. No dish washing liquid for sink or scrub pads. Was kind of disappointed in the kitchen. There was no salt or pepper or any sort. No pot holders to use for grilling or cooking in the oven. Overall I would give it a 6 out of 10.

Shutters by the Beach is an amazing 2nd row beach rental! We vacationed with our entire family (17 of us - 1yr to 64yrs old) & we loved it! There is plenty of space to cook, eat, rest & play - both inside & outside! The front porches have ocean views & plenty of chairs to sit & enjoy them, especially the upper deck! The Windy Hill area is much quieter & less busy than some other N Myrtle areas where we have stayed, making the front decks very relaxing & not noisy @ all!The back yard & pool are truly outstanding as well - we swam everyday! We also grilled numerous evenings & relaxed around the family-sized table & on the many loungers. The beach is a quick walk away, no trouble @ all to come & go as you please - great for nap time for the littles! We also appreciated the solar-heated shower for rinsing the sand off after the beach.The beds are all quite comfortable & having en-suites for each family was absolutely necessary! Also, having an extra bathroom on each floor worked out great - especially the downstairs one, so our upstairs family members didn’t have to go up to their rooms to use the facilities!As expected with any rental property, we did experience a few minor issues when we first arrived, but everything was handled quickly & efficiently to make our stay very pleasant! Also, all of the maintenance staff we met were amazingly happy & friendly - so refreshing!We highly recommend Shutters by the Beach & hope to stay again next summer! 🩴

Great time

This house was perfect for our large family of 16. Very spacious and loved the fact that every bedroom has its own bathroom!! We had a few hiccups but what’s a vacation without one or two…lol. Our family already wants to stay again next year!!

Great for Girls Golf Trip

We all loved the house. Eight women on a golf trip appreciated that we could all have our own room and bath. Two kitchens were a bonus. We loved the backyard with all its comfortable seating. A quick walk across the street got us to the beach. Beds were comfortable. Highly recommend!!

Family Vacation

An Excellent Beach Week

Shutters by the Sea was very clean, well maintained and accurately described on VRBO. All communications were timely and complete. The kitchens were well stocked. Beach access was convenient. Highly recommend Shutters.

Shutters at Myrtle Beach

We stayed at Shutters for our annual golf trip. The house is located one block from the beach and nearby to many of the golf courses we enjoy. Plenty of room to spread pit with both shared and private bedroom space. Perfect kitchen and great room for relaxation. And the pool area is terrific for outdoor activities and relaxing.

A Well Needed Family Vacay

My family and I had an amazing time! Because we are a big family, it really helped that each room had its own bathroom. The house is spacious and I loved that the kitchen was big enough for us to sit down and eat as a family. In the words of my 7 year old niece “I love this mansion so so much” lol.

Excellent Place

What an amazing location! The beach access is just right across the street! Plenty of bedrooms for my large family. The private swimming pool was amazing and enjoyed by all of us! I highly recommend this place.

Best April vacation!

The house was amazing! It provided ample space for 3 families vacationing together. It was just steps to the beach. We loved the backyard pool in the evenings and having our morning coffee on the second floor balcony. We cant wait to come back next year

Beautiful Home in Great Area

We loved staying at your home. It is a beautiful home with comfortable beds. The only complaint I had was the pool was very dirty (it was beginning of season) but I let owner know and they sent someone immediately to clean it. Great response from owners. We will book again.

Our family booked this property for the first time last year.....we come from 4 states so convenience and comfort are priorities. The location is fantastic....across street public walk.....nice pool....plenty linens. We hav e just returned from a fantastic week at Shutters By The Sea.

Great vacation home

This house was perfect for our large multigenerational family. Everyone had their own bedroom with private bathroom. Pool right outside the door was such a bonus; our littles really loved that. Shot walk to beach. Great location. Close to lots of things Would definitely recommend & definitely stay again. Would have been nice to have a skimmer for days the pool was cleaned. But that’s a minor inconvenience. Really loved our week there.

Golf group trip

The positives were very spacious for a large group, good beds, hot shower, proximity to the beach. The negatives were difficulty with the nest thermostat (required calling the management company), wifi went out halfway into our stay, a pool repair person showed up during our stay and was there for over 4 hours and lack of basic supplies that should be provided like soap for bathrooms, sponges, dish soap, napkins, more than 1 roll of paper towels. I have never stayed in a vrbo rental that required me to go to a supermarket to buy basic supplies.

Perfect for our family!

We cannot say enough nice things about this property and management! Our family of 18 had an absolutely wonderful week. We had kids ranging from age 5 months to 10 years old and the rest were adults. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was so helpful. Having two kitchens made cooking so much easier. Coffee and games on the upstairs porch area was so relaxing. There was no ping-pong table when we arrived and Robert immediately had one delivered the very next day with paddles and ping-pong balls! You can’t get better service than that! We rented beach chairs and umbrellas, and that made everything so much easier coming and going from the beach, which was just across the street. Easy access! The parking lot adjacent to the property was no problem at all with noise or privacy as there was a privacy screen around the pool. The pool was spectacular! It was cleaned several times during our stay as well. Numerous places to sit and eat, including an outdoor table for games as well. This was a win-win for our family!

Really Nice Vacation - I give the house an 8/10

This house is amazing in many ways - The location is perfect - right across from the beach access and the backyard pool area is awesome. The pool was really nice and clean, the seating areas were more than enough for everyone to gather and the garden was beautiful. The way the house was divided worked well for our group - it was decorated nicely, kitchens were well equipped, the furniture was comfortable and the beds were comfortable. A few things we wished were different... The floors in the home were not in the best shape and actually sagged in some areas when you stepped on them. Also, we got the linen package and the beds in the front room 1st floor were made with sheets that literally smelled like fish - it was terrible and we had to remove and wash the sheets right away. These were really the only two negatives and they were not very impactful to our overall experience. All in all a really nice vacation and we all had a great week.

Shutters by the Beach

Amazing! Mr. Robert (host) and I have been communicating even before our stay! He was able to answer my questions and was very helpful! We didnt even have to wait until check time to get the code to go in the home! So thank you for honoring my wishes!! We arrived 2 hours early! We had a large group of 16 and the house accommodated us all! As soon as we opened the door to the home, we were stunned! Stunned at how huge it was! 2 kitchens full of pots,glasses, utensils! I wish I brought my k cups for my coffee since it has a keurig! Spacious very spacious the balcony in the front to sit and watch the view of the ocean! The smaller balcony in the back to watch the family in the pool! I also love that South Carolina has a law to alert the parents about children trying to get access to the pool by having the alarm at the sliding door. We grilled out, played ping pong, was able to wash clothes since the washer and dryer is outside. I can truly say this house is fully equipped! I didnt believe 5 vehicles could be parked in the front of the home, I was wrong! If we could buy this house we would! I can't speak on everyone else's experiences, all I know is that my family and I were very pleased! Just to hear my family say how happy they were, filled my heart! So if you have a large family and need to accommodate everyone, this home is in North Myrtle beach.We thank Mr. Robert for accepting us and allowing us to spend Spring break in the home!
