Get in from the small gate and go straight until the "5 staircase". Take the elevator up to 3rd floor, turn right and go to the bottom of the balcony. Turni right again, climb the stairs and take the left balcony. Apartment door is the third one on the left.
N.B.: the apartment is located in the "6 staircase", where there isn't the elevator; for this reason it is necessary to pass from "5 staircase"
