Family Wailea Vacation

This villa is beautiful! Panoramic views and large rooms make it comfortable for multiple couples - we enjoyed watching whales while having morning coffee. Best location for beaches, restaurants and activities. Staff extremely helpful. Pools are beautiful and grounds lush with plantings. Will definitely come back!

Incredible Support & Comfort

Allison, Luxury Manager from the Coldwell staff, was unbelievably helpful in getting us checked in, and helping to accommodate some special needs for wheelchair storage.The rental itself was beautiful, exactly as depicted in the listing. The Beach Villas are a stones through from the shore, and the resort staff were very friendly and accommodating.If you are planning a stay on the Kihei/Wailea side, I would recommend this rental.

Home away from home

Thank you for a great stay! This was one of the best places we have ever stayed at, and we have stayed at some pretty nice places before. I was so impressed with the cleanliness of the condo and of the laundry appliances. The staff were so welcoming and friendly and helpful. The view was incredible, we saw the loveliest sunsets from our lanai. The beach was great and so were the pools. I only wish the family pool was closer to the beach. We can’t wait to come back!

Well Appointed Beautiful Views

This property is awesome if you are a traveler who likes to prepare meals. The kitchen is fantastic, well equipped, and you have a beautiful view while cooking. Breakfast on the lanai while watching the whales was simply amazing. Wonderful home. Very attentive to details.

Pre-wedding week in Wailea

Our family flew out a week in advance for a wedding we were attending, with events at the Andaz and Makenna Golf and Beach Club. We loved the location of the Wailea Villas, and this unit was nicely furnished and outfitted. Morning coffee on the lanai was a treat! Our family is all over 18, so we appreciated the Adult pool. The villas are perfectly situated on the walking path for lunch and the spa at the Four Seasons and to the Andaz for the Welcome Party. We loved the access to the Shops at Wailea Village too! The grounds of the property are beautifully maintained. We will be back!

We’ve been coming to Maui for over 20 years….best stay ever!!

This was our best experience in coming to Maui in more than 20 years of doing so. When we arrived they met us at the front desk and escorted us to our room. When we walked in we were amazed that it was even nicer than the pictures. They showed us around and explained all the details of how everything worked. First class all the way. The view from the lanai is absolutely stunning!! Lots of small details from all the batteries in the candles being fresh to a bag of ice in the freezer to having cleaning pods for the washing machine and a beautiful gift basket of snacks…all the details so we could jump right into enjoying ourselves!!! The staff was amazing and so very pleasant and helpful!! Another nice feature was the parking garage under the building with a private elevator to your room! And the location is incredible.., the Shops of Wailea literally just steps away.., and the beach path is just steps the other way!! The pools and facilities are beautiful. The landscaping is a piece of art!!! A true five star experience all around. We will be back!!

Beds were super comfy which is important to me. The views from the lanai are spectacular- 180 degrees of beautiful ocean. Loved having a BBQ as some units do not have them. WBV is very convenient to everything including shopping and walking to all the hotels and other beaches via the beach walk. The only thing i would point out is that this particular unit is in the penthouse (I wasn't familiar with the WBV property when i booked it). The "villas" are closer to the beach and would definitely consider those for more convenience to the beach. Its an uphill walk each time you want to go back to your condo. NOt a deal breaker for us but would explore those options in future...

Absolutely amazing

Truly a gorgeous property. Beds comfortable, fully stocked kitchen, amazing views. They had scaffolding (very partially) obscuring the view the first few days which they weren't expecting, and reached out to give us a reasonable discount for the days the scaffolding was up, which was appreciated. Stayed with 2 colleagues; very easy, lots of space. Already planning to stay here next year!

Great Family Vacation

This was a wonderful property. Clean, comfortable, roomy, and everything we needed. The views are amazing. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our family had a fantastic vacation. We would absolutely stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This villa was everything we expected and more! It was very spacious, clean and relaxing. The views cannot be adequately captured in photos. We were blown away. The staff was very attentive to our needs. I would definitely stay again.
