It is also conveniently located 45 kilometers from both the centers of Florence and Arezzo, making it the perfect place for a vacation rental.

The cottage is situated in an elevated position on a slope, providing breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside. For shared use, there is a terraced garden that spans 3,000 square meters, filled with an array of plants and trees. There is also a meadow and an orchard on the property. Guests can enjoy a refreshing swim in the seasonal swimming pool, which measures 9 x 5 meters and has a depth of 140 centimeters. The pool is available for use from April 30th to October 15th. An outdoor shower and barbecue are also available for guests to use. The pool is maintained by the owner/gardener.

To access the property, guests must navigate a 300-meter-long narrow motor access road. The width of the access road is 230 centimeters, so larger vehicles may have difficulty maneuvering. However, parking is available on the premises. The nearest grocery store and supermarket are both two kilometers away, as well as the nearest restaurant. The Figline Valdarno railway station is located 10 kilometers away. Please note that the owner lives on the same property.

This vacation home is a 3-room semi-detached house that spans over 75 m2 and is set on 2 levels. The furnishings are rustic and cosy, making it a perfect place for relaxation and comfort.

The living room is equipped with an open-hearth fireplace and a TV. Guests can enjoy the warmth of the fireplace while watching their favourite shows or movies. There is also an exit that leads to the terrace, which offers a great view of the surrounding area.

The small kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, kettle, freezer, and electric coffee machine. There is also a dining table where guests can enjoy their meals.

On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms. The first bedroom has 1 french bed (160 cm) while the other bedroom has 2 beds (80 cm). There is a shower/WC, which is shared by the two bedrooms.

Gas heating is provided for the comfort of the guests. The terrace is 35 m2 and is furnished with terrace furniture where guests can relax and enjoy the view.

The vacation home also features a washing machine, dryer, children's high chair, and baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Internet (WiFi, free) is available for guests to use. There is also reserved parking (1 car) at the house.
