Happy Hour kauniilla 30A, kaikilla kodin mukavuuksilla, mutta parempi.
Happy Hour hiljattain rakennettu kaupunkikoti, joka sijaitsee kätevästi suoraan keskustasta pohjoiseen kauniilla 30A. Täydellinen loma perheellesi tai tyttöretkellesi. Tämä koti tarjoaa 3 makuuhuonetta, 2. 5 kylpyä ja nukkuu jopa 8 aikuista mukavasti. Happy Hour sijaitsee muutaman minuutin päässä Seasidesta ja vesiväristä, sekä Alys Beachistä ja Rosemary Beachistä - vain lyhyen kävelymatkan tai pyöräilyllä rannalle, valtion puistoihin sekä palkittuja golfkenttiä. Happy Hour sijaitsee 59B York Lane -kadun uusimmassa asunto- / kaupallisessa rakennuksessa 30A, Prominencen kaupungissa. Awesome Stay

We had the best time during our stay! The property is super clean and in a great location. We had plenty of options for dining and things to do nearby. Beach access was a short drive away. The host is so kind and helpful! Highly recommend!

Great area for our young kids

We loved staying at Happy Hour in Prominence! The pool was perfect for our 2-year-old and six-month-old kiddos. The townhouse is a short walk to the pool so we made great use of it! The proximity to the Hub was perfect for our family since we were able to have some meals there when everyone wanted something different. Christi was so responsive and helpful. It was such a pleasure to stay in this sweet little beach house! Looking forward to future visits to 30A as our kids grow.

Perfect

Christy, the owner, was extraordinary! She went above and beyond to help with anything we needed help with pertaining to our stay. Everything was as shown and much better! Very clean and well managed. The house has a fun aesthetic to it! My girls loved the Apple HomePod the house had! Lots of dancing went on! First time to not stay on the beach. Was a little skeptical at first. Usually, we stay in seaside. This place did not disappoint! Was a great hit for my teenagers and 21 year old. There was no hassle at all going to the beach. Definitely recommend! Thank you Christy for everything!

Whimsical and beautiful beach home!

We LOVED this house. The pictures do not do justice with how cute it is. The home was spotless when we arrived. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need and Christy provides higher end kitchen tools (unlike Most rentals). Having a garage was wonderful to park your car in out of the sun. She provides tons of beach chairs, floats and beach toys so you can just leave all that at home. Also a beach cart! The living room is very cozy with so many fun touches. Sound system, a cute karaoke microphone and games. The bedrooms are just the right size and everyone said their beds were awesome. My kids loved the bunk beds and they were a full sized bed, which was so nice. No worries on anyone falling off the top bunk either with how secure the railing is too. The pool is a minute walk and is very nice. The Hub was a blast to be able to walk right across the street to enjoy their free nighttime activities. Its like a 3 minute walk-super close and easy to get to. I would bring a Hot Spot if you need internet access. Wifi was just not the greatest but Christy said they are working on it :) The only negative is beach access. They do provide a shuttle but with the amount of people who were waiting on it, we just ended up driving each day. Not a big deal to some but was a bummer for us. But we found parking easily and could come and go as we pleased since we had our car. Overall, the house, the pool and access to the Hub was wonderful. I would stay at this beautiful home year after year and working with Christy was a dream!

NOT the happiest place to stay on 30A

I want to start my review by saying I rarely leave reviews, positive or negative. This is the rare occasion when I am sitting down to write this review to make others aware of my experience. Pros: Beautiful decor. Great neighborhood to ride bikes. Wonderful pool. Cons: Food burned onto bottom of oven. Issues with 2 toilets being clogged, resolved with plumbers, downstairs toilet non working the next day (never used again). Gas stove emitting gas (safety hazard per gas company) which resulted in gas company being called. Grease caked inside left front burner which per the gas company was a fire hazard. Leak in vent hood over stove which filled the stove with water. Dust and possible mold in filter above vent hood. Downstairs toilet flushed/overflowed on day 7 when using the garbage disposal (even though had not been in use since day 2, but all plumbing is connected), which caused urine and feces to fill the bathroom and hallway--which was stepped in by myself--and from an unknown source. I have pictures and video documentation. Communication: Good initially until I reached out regarding the urine and feces covering the floor. Since then, no text or message within VRBO has been responded to. When I requested a refund, the communicated ceased. I'm not sure if these issues were present prior or if I had a run of absolutely terrible luck. Hoping that Christi will do the right thing and refund due to multiple issues, safety/fire hazards and sanitary concerns. RENTER BEWARE!!

Perfect stay

Thankful for a wonderful vacation at a very nice condo! The decor was whimsical and made it extra fun for our children. The beds were very comfortable, which isn’t always the case when you travel. Our checkin and checkout process was seamless and communication with the owner was easy and efficient. We would definitely stay here again!

Super clean and extremely well kept!

Great unit that we very clean, well stocked with everything you for cooking and enjoying the beach. Loved the bikes, chairs and the beach chairs! Beds were very comfortable and everything was as listed on the VRBO listing. Hub was great option for entertainment and feed as well. Beach is not within walking distance and would highly recommend a golf cart to make it easy. Overall great experience and will come back again!

Perfection!

We enjoyed our stay so much, I was even more pleasantly impressed by the property than when I booked it online. Christi was phenomenal and very communicative. The inside was decorated just beautifully, even bigger than anticipated, great layout, great location – steps away from the hub. I want to live there! There isn’t really easy beach, which we were anticipating. It’s best to ride bikes to the beach, or just plan on driving to seaside or Rosemary if you want a little more for kids to do by the beach. We will definitely stay at this property again, just loved it!

Fun, whimsical, clean, and close to everything!

Christi was incredibly kind and professional. She decorated the house beautifully (I wish she could do my house next) . I felt I could get the whole feel of 30A just from inside the house! She communicated all the passwords and codes for the house and bikes. I felt very safe in the house and we all had a very fun time! Would recommend!

Amazing experience

Had the best experience. The host was amazing and super tentative to all our needs. The house was cleaned perfectly and decorated super cute. Short distance to the Hub and near good parking for public access to beach. 10/10 recommend.

The cutest cottage

This was the most amazing trip and by far the cutest place we’ve ever stayed at. So sad our trip is over. The condo is adorable and my nieces loved the pink. Much much larger than i thought. :))))))). Thank you for everything Christi!

We had a wonderful stay at the Happy Hour house in Watersound at the 30A Beaches. Beautiful place, spacious and comfortable. Great amenities and seamless communication with our hosts. Kids loved the community pool. Hope we can come back soon.

Loved it!

Our stay at this property was great. Well equipped and didn't need to bring much with us. The description on the website was accurate. Christi, the host was great in communicating everything we needed. Access to the beach was easy to find and the pool is walking distance to the property. We enjoyed it so much that we will definitely return.

Everything you need

This home had everything we needed. I was so happy to have all the bikes, beach wagon, beach towels, and beach chairs to use to take to the beach. It made packing super easy. The bed was very comfy and bathrooms were spacious and had lots of towels. The decor of the home was too cute! It was so fun to stay there and I felt like I noticed a different special decor detail each day. You can tell a lot of love goes into preparing this home. The pool was very close and we ate at The Hub across the street 3 nights. It was just too easy to walk over and have so many options to choose from at The Hub. The beach access is not amazing but it is close. I truly feel it’s so different family to family for how you prioritize beach access on your vacation. We had two little ones under two and heard great reviews about the neighborhood so we were happy with the location to try for our first beach trip. The state park is a haul mainly because of the long walk once you get to state park. Later we saw a bike only access point left out of the neighborhood not even a half mile. I would recommend that access point especially if you bike or get dropped off. You can’t beat the amenities and family friendly environment here. And Christi was so easy to get in touch with and always quick to respond. Thank you for sharing your home with us!!

Great Place!

We loved our stay at Happy Hour! It was perfect for our family and was equipt with all the essentials. The best part was having bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas and even a utility wagon to carry everything to the beach. No need to rent anything! The host made check-in easy and simple and was always super responsive if we had any questions. The location is great, right between Rosemary Beach and Seagrove Beach directly across from The Hub. The only con is that beach access is not near by and requires a bit of walk (or bike ride) which is not convenient when dragging all the beach essentials. We suggest driving or renting a golf cart. There is a shuttle available on the property that picks up every hour that is convenient if you are not planning to take much to the beach. We loved exploring all the different beaches so driving was not a problem. Overall, place is wonderful and loved it here! We hope to be back soon!

Aptly Named!

This was our first time using Vrbo and I’m happy to say we had a great experience! Christi has created the perfect getaway with a cheerful costal cottage vibe. It is a very comfortable home outfitted with everything you need! Bicycles, beach chairs, umbrellas, towels and toys for the beach, plus a grill! All you need to pack are the swimsuits and sunscreen! We cannot wait to return!

Cozy townhome nestled within new community

HIGHLIGHT: The property owner Christy, was always accessible and quick to respond to questions before and during our trip. LOCATION: The community is new and falls between Seacrest/Alys Beach to the east and Seaside/Seagrove Beach to the west. Because of this, options for food and drink within walking distance are limited to The Hub on the other side of 30A. (*I noticed another reviewer said you have to cross a "busy street," however 30A is a two lane road and there is a crosswalk with lights. We felt very safe.) We also did some leisurely shopping at The Hub - there are some nice boutiques for clothing and home goods. I enjoy my coffee in the morning and wish I had asked beforehand about appliances as the kitchen is equipped only with a Keurig machine. To get our fix, we rode the bikes to the nearest coffee café and it was 5.0 miles roundtrip. As for the beach shuttle (which takes you west), we opted to ride the bikes to the nearest public access point to the east. If memory serves correctly, this was about a mile or so down the road. There is space to lock up the bikes - just ask Christy for the lock codes. You will also find a dirt makeshift area to park a vehicle about .25 miles closer to the townhome. UNIT: You can tell Christy has put a lot of love into making people feel right at home. We found the downstairs a tad tight for three people and rearranged a bit to open up the space. Outside of the Keurig concern, we did not locate a blender, so you may want to consider bringing your own as we had planned to make Piña coladas. Really, no detail has gone untouched - from the hand-painted furniture to the raffia tied around the guest towels. All of the towels are white and there was a sign to "use the grey washcloths for make-up removal," but we did not locate any. The carpets could use a professional cleaning and there were some unfinished projects (half-painted dresser, beach ball mural in kid's room, doors removed from armoire in one bedroom). But, there are LOTS of pillows and games galore, for all ages!

We bought our home in the Summer of 2016 and we absolutely LOVE it. Prominence is located at the East end of 30a and it is perfectly placed between Rosemary & Alys Beach and Watersound, Seagrove, & Seaside. Prominence boasts a beautiful pool & a gym facility. The best thing about Prominence is being located directly across from The Big Chill, formerly The Hub. We think The Big CHill best thing on 30a and it is the perfect place for dining & entertainment for everyone. Come and see for youirself.
