It's located on the first floor of the house and it consists of two bedrooms: first bedroom with one double bed and one single bed and the second bedroom with one double bed. Furthermore, the kitchen is equipped with a stove/oven, a filter coffee machine, refrigerator/freezer, a microwave, kitchen utensils. The guests also have a terrace with a seating area overlooking the garden and a small balcony (1,5x2m). The apartment is air-conditioned. There's a private parking in front of the house and a BBQ grill in the yard which is on the guests' disposal. The first beach is located in a touristic resort Lanterna (free pass is guaranteed for the guests) that is 2,5 km far from the apartment. The town center is only 300 m away from the apartment offering to the guests a relaxing holiday in a quiet area but at the same time close to the beach and the town center. The location also offers you the possibility to make many trips to famous tourist destinations Rovinj, Porec, Umag or other popular locations in the central Istria.
