Se sijaitsee Coral Lagoon Resort Villas & Marinassa, missä sinulla on myös oma veneesi venelaituri. Vietä Florida Keys-loma tässä 3 makuuhuoneen, 2. 5 kylpy, Key West -tyylisessä Town -kodissa. Sijaitsee lähes 6 hehtaarin rehevän maisemoidussa kiinteistössä, tässä kodissa on kaikki mitä tarvitset rentouttavalle lomalle. Valmista saalis täysin varustetussa keittiössä. Beautiful Home

The house was amazing and the convenience of the marina was fantastic. There's so much to do close by and it's only about an hour to Key West.

Family and friends vacation

This is the 3rd time we have stayed at Coral Lagoon and we love it!! If you have a boat or rent a boat this is a great place to stay. All the best places to eat and hang out are a short boat ride away. Great property in a great location. We have already booked our trip for the fall and it cant get here fast enough.

Girlfriend break

This area is so serene. Enjoyed watching the fish in the canal while drinking morning coffee. Attended mass at San Pablo Church and enjoyed it too. It is very close to the property.

Wonderful Stay

The villa was very clean and well equipped with everything you will need. We brought our own necessities as well just to be sure we had everything. We were visiting for my Bday week from Stuart, FL and trailered our boat down. The only disappointment was that we couldn’t dock the boat directly behind the unit as we have done in the past with similar units in the same complex. So we had to pay an additional $30 daily for the trailer parking and the boat. Debbie that works at the marina was extremely friendly and helpful so it wasn’t that bad. Overall would definitely recommend, we had a great time and will definitely return.

Lovely place

We stayed at this property for the second time and enjoyed our stay very much. Everything is very clean. The kitchen is fully stacked and beds are comfortable. The starter kits of soaps and detergents are a nice touch. Check in and check out was very easy. Sandy was very responsive and helpful with questions. We loved sitting on the patio eating breakfast together. There are many things to do in the area. We rented a boat. The only improvement could be electronics downstairs. We would recommend this property.

Unexpected boat slip

We booked to stay in coral lagoon due to the boat slip. The marinas boat slips are not conducive for smaller boats. The townhome was nice and for the most part clean. However, the stairwell railing and all of the light fixtures were extremely sticky. And appeared to have sticky film all over them. The stairs also had carpet which was very dirty and smells musty and a mildew smell. We stayed for one night and had 5 nights booked. We prefer no carpet. Please make sure to properly clean stair railings and all fixtures. Also, the bedding is cheap material.

Disgusting

This property is disgusting. It reeked of mold and was filthy. We called the property manager immediately upon arrival who had a "hard time believing what I was saying" and continued to not believe me until I sent her 60+ photos and videos of the dirt and dust. She sent someone there who verified the condition. The property manager is not maintaining the property and the person answering the phone is beyond rude and unprofessional. We promptly left and had to fight for a refund. Do yourself a favor and deal with another property manager.

Great Location, Not the best unit.

This was a spring break trip for myself, my husband, and my kids. We rent VRBOs and the like at least 4 times per year. ***PROS: Management company's communication & info. Balcony and back patio decks, boat slip access (my sister's family utilized this as they were in another villa), villa back view, AC was cold, beach towels provided were nice, end unit with less noise, the pool area was well kept, parking, & location. ***CONS: For the nightly charge which was more than 60% of 1K each night - the following are completely unacceptable: Deck chairs are hard & uncomfortable, Fridge doors and shelves and drawers are broken with some completely missing, the BEDS were comparable to a low end truck stop motel (bulging in the center and creaking whenever you moved on the bed), BEDDING WAS NOT THE DUVETS SHOWN IN PICS - but instead extremely rough and pilled OLD bedspreads, there were ZERO extra blankets in the villa (and none on the bed other than the worn bed spread). No HDTV. No shampoo or bath soap provided. Only 2 pillows provided on the master bed that were not comfy. Light bulbs out or completely missing in at least 5 different lamps and light fixtures. No martini shaker, no martini glasses. Furniture looks thrown together from discount stores. Overall the inside of this villa looks used and abused, needs about 20K put into in to revamp and bring it up to par with other rentals in the complex. Would definitely return to this location but would rent a different unit.

The property was in an ideal location. However, we were extremely disappointed when we arrived to find a very large barrier fence in the backyard blocking the view of the canal entirely. Not only that, but the canals sea walls were completely destroyed. All day Friday and Saturday we had a large barge in the backyard banging around, repairing the seawall. We knew there was some construction, but it was made out to be fairly minor, not a full demolition. Two days of our vacation were absent of our ability to sit and relax on the beautiful balconies overlooking the canal. We did enjoy the beautiful marina and the marina staff were fantastic. The boat slip was close proximity to our accommodations and was fantastic. The accommodations were clean and ready for our arrival. However, we would recommend that the primary bedroom mattress be replaced as it dips on both sides and dips at the head.Communication with the rental company was marginal at best. We let them know of our concern when we arrived, they initially replied and then never responded to further communications.

As good or better than advertised

The house was extremely comfortable for the 4 of us. The living room and 2 lanais were very nice, comfortable and well appointed. Master bedroom and ensuite was terrific. Other bedrooms and hall bathroom / shower very nice. Kitchen had everything, nice to have laundry. Would definitely stay there again.

Love the Keys

The home was great, access to the canal was limited. Seems there was a small sink hole investigation. Luckily we decided not to rent a boat for the week and did not need access to the docking that should have been available. We were compensated for the inconvenience and In the end I would come back in the future.

Loved Happy Place

This was our first trip to the Florida Keys. We loved Happy Place in Coral Lagoon. The house was beautiful and had amazing views of the lagoon and inlet. We were able to view amazing sun rises. The decor of the home was beautiful and we were very comfortable. We loved the huge doors and decks of the living room and primary bedroom. The community pool was very relaxing. We were close to many restaurants and stores. Would highly recommend this property!

Nice relaxing week.

Everything was nice accept the TVs. No HD so picture was very unclear. Maybe some tissues would be nice cause we used TP for nose. A few extra dish pods would be nice. Small bedroom with twin beds could use some hooks on the wall for hanging clothes because you couldn’t get in the closet. Just a few suggestions. We loved the pool. Very clean a quiet. Will stay there again
