The 'Metallo' vacation home is a beautifully furnished 6-room semi-detached house spanning across 140 m2 on 2 levels. The property can accommodate a maximum number of guests, and if there are fewer guests staying, one floor will not be available for use.
The ground floor of the house features two bedrooms - one with a French bed (160 cm) and an exit to the garden, and the other with a bunk bed and a French bed (140 cm) and an exit to the garden. The large kitchen and living room area is equipped with modern amenities such as an oven, dishwasher, gas stove, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and electric coffee machine. The dining table and satellite TV in the kitchen make it a perfect spot for family gatherings. There is also a shower/bidet/WC on this floor.
The upper floor has an open small walk-through room with a sofa bed, one bedroom with a French bed (160 cm), another with two beds, and a shower/bidet/WC. The entire house is heated with gas heating.
The vacation rental also boasts a 300 m2 garden with a lawn, porch, and a terrace. The terrace furniture, barbecue and deck chairs make it a perfect spot for outdoor activities. The beautiful view of the countryside adds to the charm of the place.
