Meidän täysin ilmastoitu huvila on 6 makuuhuonetta / 4 kylpyhuone mestarit, 5. 5 kylpyhuonetta, mahtuu 16 henkilöä. Siinä on oma uima-allas ja kylpylä, jossa on erittäin suuri katettu kuisti ja uima-altaan kalusteet. Kotimme sijaitsee Terra Verde Resort, Premier palkittu vartija aidatulla alueella, vain 10 minuutin itään Disney ja 20 minuutin päässä Orlando International Airport. Terra Verde on myös lähellä SeaWorldia, Universal Studiosia ja lukuisia nähtävyyksiä ja ravintoloita 192: ssä.

Centrally located

Good location to travel to both coasts. Great to have a bathroom in each bedroom when travelling with couples. The outdoor furniture is getting tired and should be replaced. The garage/play room gets very warm. Our trip with 4 couples was overall a good experience.

Perfect for Family

We had a great stay. There were 14 of us ( 8 adults and 6 children ) The house accommodated us comfortably and we especially loved the 4 Master suites.

Family vacation

The house was nice but needs updating. Some of the outdoor furniture needs replacing. A broken chair and some very dirty chaise lounges. The outside space needed to be cleaned there was potato chips and a cigar butt that were on the ground- perhaps it hadn’t been swept. 2 of the nights we were there our neighbors were very loud after 10 pm, when I called to complain I was told there was only one person at the front gate and they couldn’t leave, best to just call the police.

Wonderful Stay

We love this property. As we were just four people, the house felt even bigger and more equipped than it is. We were impressed with the layout of the rooms and the accessories. Everything in the right measure, with a personal touch of good taste. Congratulations. We had a short, but great stay. We'll definitely be back soon.

Nice spacious concept, It was okay, some dishes were clean some were not, bedroom floor had non cleaned spill spots near nightstand, heated jacuzzi has heat useage hours we were unaware of missed a paid day of heat. Beds not comfortable. Ping pong table broken, had a pet smell

Great stay

The house was very clean when we got there. The lock was easy to use. The home was very spacious for our family of eleven, we had plenty of beds and bathrooms. Plenty of towels not only for bathrooms but for pool as well. Also there was additional bedding if needed. Well furnished kitchen with dishes as well as appliances. Internet was great as well as well as TV provider. Short stroll to the clubhouse where additional pool, hot tub, playground and cabana located. Felt safe in the gated community, grounds were very well kept. Owner was quick to respond to texts for additional questions. Great stay and close distance to the theme parks as well as shopping and restaurants. Overall great stay for our family.

Decent stay

The house was plenty large enough to fit all of us. The girls owner was great at getting back to us when we had some issues needing to be resolved. However the beds were the worst beds ever and the house was pretty dirty upon our arrival.

Best Stay

This house was amazing, if you are traveling with your family and you want each person to have there own privacy this is the house. There were (6) bedrooms and (4) of them had there own bathroom inside the room. The other (2) were for kids with twin beds and they had a restroom to share as well as one downstairs. We would stay here again and the host May was amazing. She was very responsive and the location was close to everything.

Comfortable property

We are 3 generations of the same family and we found the house both spacious and comfortable,. The children loved the pool and we had several barbecues. The resort was both clean and felt safe. The facilities were much appreciated especially the Tiki bar, pool and gym. We also found the owner extremely helpful. We had a couple of issues and these were dealt with immediately. Everyone with ages from 4 to 76 had a great time and would have no hesitation in returning.

Lack of complete details for the home. . .

Below is a portion of the exit email I sent to the home owner. Had I known the bugs in the entire home would have been that bad I would NOT have rented it. The home was tidy upon arrival, however it was not clean. We spent about $100 in cleaning supplies BEFORE we could even bring in luggage. Apparently the cleaning crew ran out of time completing their chores as indicated by an email from the owner. Not being able to ALL leave the house together at once was a huge problem, the door lock was broken from securing from the outside. When someone is on vacation and has paid the amount of money I did, I would rather NOT spend time contacting a management company to attend to the property needs of the owner. Portion of email sent to home owner: A few things you should know: your shower in the room top of the stairs on the right doesnt drain, water stands in the tub. The room upstairs (master suite), the boxspring to the bed is broken. Your dryer needs attendance it doesnt dry well unless multiple starts. The refrigerator doesnt seal well. And your key lock is broken from being able to secure your home. As you already know the ants were a significant problem and hard to control as they were all over the home. Beautiful Home

The property is beautiful. Unfortunately the week we visited was a super cold so we couldn't enjoy the pool and hot tub. The king bed on the upper level was super noisy and made me apprehensive about sleeping at the head of the bed with my wife so I slept across the foot. Other than that it was great. Maybe the owner should invest in platform beds. They are easier to maintain. The owner was very responsible throughout the entire process from booking inquiries to actual stay.

Great location. Lacking in essentials

The location was great. Close to just about everything we needed. However, it lacked in necessary items. There were no trash bags. Only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. The description said hair dryers were provided and there were none in the whole house. Also we paid for the hot tub to be heated and the entire time the hot tub was no warmer than the pool itself.

The kitchen stove top requires attention to prevent injuries due to age and uneven and cooking on them are challenging. Rooms are spacious but recommend updating bathroom toilets and mattresses. Hot tub needs attention as well . Pool was hotter than hot tub

Well worth every cent a lovely property

The property was loving however we had toilet issues with 2 toilets and the property manager did not return our calls however opener replied to email and was onto it the next day. The lighting in some rooms didn’t work one of the beds seemed broken and made terrible noises every time you moved. The kitchen had a few draws damaged and a few were damaged in master bedroom overall a lovely home

we were very happy here, We like the idea of it being a gated community, the resort was very nicely kept, the people were friendly, the pool was a good size and very clean, it was nice having a bar and food place pool side.. our home was very nice, well supplied, clean, the living rooms were good size, the bedrooms were bright and also good size, we had plenty of towels including pool towels, the kids enjoyed the pool table and their own pool. The Jacuzzi was a Plus!! it was great especially after being at the parks all day.... The house was only 1.3 miles from a Walmart, and other stores.. it was also very close to the Florida attractions We enjoyed our time there and I would recommend it ... Thanks for making our vacation wonderful!!!

Great Family Home and Club House and pool area & playground was enjoyed by everyone.

The property was nice and spacious for my family, children, grandkids, et al. We were glad to have a highchair and "bouncer" for the youngest grandchild. However, there were no sheets for the crib and mattress was not hard enough for safety purposes. I felt the towels could have been newer. Several that were on display were frayed and a lot had apparent stains on them. Couldn't find washcloths in bathrooms so had to buy a few. Few days later we did find washcloths on shelf in laundry room. I found the kitchen missing silverware and items for baking. We did buy 2 cakepans planning to make a birthday cake but we decided on an alternative. I would have liked to make muffins but no pans or handmixer. I also purchased a plastic pitcher for iced tea as well as 6 teaspoons. Only found 3 teaspoons in drawer which was certainly not enough for 10 or more people. All items purchased were left behind because we didn't want to pack them. The overhead lights bulbs need to be replaced in several areas, specifically the water closet in the downstairs bathroom, walkin closets and kitchen and dining room chandelier. One lamp in family room doesn't work as well as one in double bed, twin room - moved lamp from dining room to use there. We don't allow children to eat on furniture so was quite surprised to accidentally find dirt, food, debris in the crevices of sofas in family room. I think cleaning people definitely need to do a much better job. I also feel that the paint stuff in laundry room should be removed. Of course, the lack of a heated pool was unfortunate but everyone enjoyed the patio area. There too ceiling lights need to be brighter. My family did have a great time but I will now know to ask a lot more questions if I book with VRBO again.
