Located in Sa Marina Alcúdia, near the Port of Pollensa on the seafront.
Its distribution consists of a living / dining room, a full kitchen, 3 bedrooms with double beds and an en suite bedroom, 2 full bathrooms. To the rear there is a terrace overlooking a protected natural area and in the front there is a terrace overlooking the sea to enjoy unique moments.
The apartment located on the first floor has shared parking with the apartment on the ground floor. Once in the parking lot we access the house by climbing some stairs that lead us to a 22 m² covered terrace where we can enjoy breakfast, snacks or unique times overlooking the sea and enjoying the Mediterranean breeze.
They will be able to access the entire space of the apartment.
The apartment has air conditioning and heating in all environments.
We will be available for whatever you need.
The neighborhood is special for being on the beach, it is also ideal for kitesurfing and water sports diversity. In the back where there is a protected natural park, you can practice bird watching and photography.
A few kilometers away we have the Puerto Pollensa a unique place to walk around the port, its sandy beaches and enjoy the gastronomy in the restaurants in front of the sea.
Also a few minutes away we have the charming town of Alcúdia place to visit. Alcúdia is a town with history, it is surrounded by huge Roman walls, walking through its interior is like going back in time. It is wonderful! You can also enjoy its cuisine in exceptional restaurants.
We recommend car rental to have a comfortable mobility around the Island.
