Ramsgate is a lovely seaside town with plenty of restaurants, cafes and shops but is also a good base for exploring Thanet with its Golden beaches and towns like Broardstairs the home of Charles Dickens and Margate famous for its arts centre and historic theme/amusement park.
Parking can be found very close to the apartments, there is a short stay car park opposite on Meeting street which is useful for dropping bags. For longer parking sessions you can park on cannon road which has free on street parking or the pay and display also on cannon road which is inexpensive.
Parking is also free on street single yellow lines all weekend and weekday evenings between 1830 and 0830am. The nearest single yellow lines are outside the church on Church Hill.
