On the ground floor there is, in addition to the kitchen-living room, also a room and a bathroom. On the first floor there is a living room, two rooms and a brand new, large bathroom with 2 pers. Spa. The house naturally has both a newly installed wood stove and a new heat pump, which is both economical and energy efficient.
