This stunning Villa is situated 400 meters or a 5 - 10 min walk to the beach and the local amenities in Lapta, North Cyprus, This small holiday town consists of local high quality restaurants and local bars. The grounds of the villa are well kept and are enclosed so your children can play in safety. There is plenty of room around the 10x5 meter swimming pool that has roman steps leading into a 160m fixed depth pool. Along with the garden this is maintained and cleaned by local suppliers all year round.
There is a guard to the pool should you wish to use when small children are in the villa.
The space
The basement Cinema is cool in the summer and is ideal if you need to relax out of the sun and great location as a children area.
Guest access is from 3pm on arrival and 10am on departure however this can be flexible depending on bookings.
Other things to note
Ercan Airport in North Cyprus is 50 min from the villa and Larnaca airport in South Cyprus is around 70min from the villa. Both airports can be used and a Large taxi pick up can be arranged for you and your guests at a cost of around £55 British Pounds each way. There is also a 24 hour mini market 10 min walk from the villa with larger super markets.
