AIKA OCEANFRONT DREAM VACATION!

Sinä ja kaikki ystäväsi ja / tai perheesi ansaitsevat lomasi "SUKUPUOLELLA". Herää umpikuivojen ääni ja suolaveden haju. Astu kannelta ja hanki hiekka varpaiden väliin. Kävele kaupunkiin ostoksille tai noshille mahtaviin ravintoloihin. Ruoanlaitto mereneläviä illallinen täysin ladattu gourmet avokeittiö induktio liesi, kaksinkertainen uunit ja lämmitin laatikko. Ota iltapäivällä sohva sohvalla, kun katsot läpi sinisen meriveden lasiovien seinän. Retreat alakerran toinen perhehuone jonkin hiljaisen ajan. Sopii myös monen perheen lomalle; tilaa kaikille.

Ylempi taso, jolla on seinä lasi ranskalaiset ovet katsottava ulos merelle on tärkein oleskelutila, joka on avoin käsite: oleskelutila, keittiö (pestä ruokia kun katselet delfiinejä!) ja ruokailu. Makuuhuone on vasemmalla tärkein olohuone ja kaksi yläkerran makuuhuonetta ovat oikealla olohuone, jossa kylpyhuone näiden kahden huoneen välillä. Yksi näistä huoneista on kaksikerroksinen kuningatar kerrossänky (nukkuu 3) ja toisessa huoneessa on kaksi erillistä kahden hengen vuodetta nukkua neljä. Alakerrassa on toinen täysin erillinen täysikokoinen oleskelutila, jossa on märkä baari, seinästä seinälle varastettu kirjasto, kylpyamme ja perheen kerrossänky huone (queen bed ja kaksinkertainen yli queen-kerrossänky, huone nukkuu 5). On mukavaa, jos matkustat toisen perheen tai monen sukupolven kanssa, koska jokainen voi löytää yksityisen tilan tarpeen mukaan ja sitten kokoontuu tärkeimpään oleskelutilaan tai laajaan merenrantapaikkaan, kun hän haluaa seurustella.

This property was the perfect vacation spot! Beautiful home with plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. The owners were extremely friendly and helpful. This will be our forever vacation rental.

This was my 70th birthday present to me. All my children and grandchildren came. our first time renting a beach house. I am glad we choose this one. You say “oh wow” when you walk in. Bigger than we thought. Perfect for the 14 of us. We had a problem and the owners fixed it right away. Plenty of parking for our 4 cars. Great location for walking to places. The internet kept going out. But that could have been due to it storming every day. The back deck was all the adults favorite place. 5:30 am watching the sunrise and drinking coffee or 10:00 at night enjoying each other’s company. We are already planning a return trip

Cannot be closer to the water

This home is steps from the ocean. The living area was perfect for our ten guests; it never felt crowded. There is also a great outdoor shower space.

Great house!

Enjoyed our week in Surf City. Chris and Rob were great with communication. The kitchen was well stocked and clean. Excellent deck space and a wide beach at low tide. I will definitely rent this house again!

The home was perfect for our family! The beach was pristine, the home was immaculate. Chris was super responsive and even worked with the cleaning crew so we could enjoy the home as long as possible. We loved it!

Great location and home

It was a beautiful spot and home. Even though there were a few unforeseen issues the owners were very responsive and were very on top of it. You can’t ask for a better spot. If I had one critique, it would be I wish the bedrooms had more normal beds instead of so many bunks but we did know that going in based on pictures. Either way you won’t be disappointed here.

Just what we were looking for.

When you first enter Luna Y Sol you are greeted by the most amazing ocean view. Check in was super easy. The house is beautiful and well appointed with everything you need to enjoy your beach vacation. (Including a wonderful library and selection of games!) It accommodated our family of 7 with plenty of room to spare. The house is the perfect location, just far enough away from the crowd yet still walking distance to shops, restaurants and ice cream! Chris and Rob are wonderful hosts, they were quick to respond to anything, great with communication and worked to make sure everything was perfect so we would have the best vacation.

Perfect beach house!

This is my families 4th year doing an annual beach trip together and we’ve been searching for a beach house that we can rebook every year- we finally found it! We loved this beach house so much. The owners take great care of it & you can tell they’ve made several upgrades. The front porch was by far our favorite hangout spot, all the updates to it are great! The home is well stocked with cooking equipment if you choose to cook. The home is in an awesome location and not far from several restaurants! We look forward to coming back next year!

Stunning

My husband, myself and my 2 kiddos stayed in this beautiful home. Everything was just as pictured and described on the VRBO website. The house was very clean and had all the amenities you would ever need. The view is breathtaking from the house and the deck!!!! The property manager (who lives just down the road) and the owners were very easy to work with and got back to us promptly with any questions we had. I would recommend this house to anyone wanting an amazingly relaxing vacation. It was so very hard to leave. We will likely be renting this house again for future visits. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!!!

Beautiful beach home!

My husband and kids, mother-in-law, niece and I all stayed here for a week at the beach. We have been to Topsail before and enjoy a lot of things about this particular beach town (the walkability, the simplicity, the nice beach and good waves). This house is RIGHT on the beach, which was wonderful. The view is really spectacular. We spent every morning and evening on the back deck overlooking the ocean, and 2/4 bedrooms have windows that open to the ocean so you could keep them open and hear the waves at night. The house itself has plenty of space and everything you could need for a family with kids of any age like private space for teens, and games and tv for younger kids. Chris and Robert were great hosts. We unfortunately had to bother them over a few things (none of which were huge issues at all), and they were very gracious and helpful in all their communication. I do think it is helpful to add that there is a step missing at the bottom of the steps to the beach- we navigated it fine but if we’d had other older family members there, it would have been very difficult for them to access the beach. Probably something that is a planned fix already but wanted to give a heads up to anyone with very small kids or anyone with mobility issues.

We had a great stay here, the location was just far enough away from town to avoid the larger crowds but also walkable for dinner. The beach was quiet and the outdoor shower/deck were amazing. The hosts were responsive and helpful. We plan to book this again for next year!

Awesome!

This is our second summer staying at this beautiful beach house and it was just as we remembered….amazing!! :) The house is exactly as described and even more beautiful in person. Communication with the owner is fantastic, check in process was so easy, and the house had everything you need for a relaxing trip. We can’t wait to come back next summer! :)

Excellent Stay, Better Than Pictures!

This was a fantastic place to stay. We had 5 adults and a toddler. The main living area was perfect for the toddler to run around without fear of him getting into a bunch of stuff. Tons of kids books, multiple board games, big selection of books and a bunch of beach toys. They even had a pack n play. The deck was new, gate secured to keep the toddler in, and the outdoor shower made coming in from the beach so easy. The kitchen was great and well stocked with everything (pots, pans, etc) we needed to prepare multiple types of meals. Plenty of cleaning supplies for dishes/counters. There was a new grill as well. It was so nice to be right on the beach and just walk down whenever. The pictures really don’t do it justice. The whole property was wonderful and great for a family with kids. It is quiet on either side of the house. The beach area was not busy at all (week before Memorial Day). Would highly recommend this stay!

Best. Vacation Ever

Couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to stay. The house is beautiful and watching the sunrise every morning from the deck was breathtaking. The owners were fantastic. They made the entire process from booking to checkin so easy. They thought of everything. Although we didn’t cook while we were there, the kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need. We can’t wait to stay here again for our next beach vacation. Thank you for sharing your home with us Billy and Wendy Kincer

Wonderful house and beach experience

The house looked just like the pictures. We had 8 adults (4 couples) and we all had plenty of space. The kitchen is amazing - plenty of dishes, glasses, gadgets, bowls. Beautiful modern fridge. The deck is fantastic. We spent most of our time out there watching the beach, if we weren’t on it. We lucked out with perfect weather. Our hosts were very attentive and helpful. They decorated that house with a good eye and a lot of care. 5 star experience! Thank you!

We are a family of five that enjoys each other's company and sharing our time with family and friends. Our favorite things to do are to travel together, play board games, spend time in the garden and out in nature, watching baseball & football, and most of all spending lazy days on the beach. We are advocates of Mother Nature--doing our best to keep her clean and respecting all her "children". We are excited to make new memories here in Surf City and offer our home to you to do the same. We hope that you will always find the magic in each of life's moments, and may your days be filled with love, laughter, and lots of Beauty.

Surf City is a wonderful place with friendly people who appreciate a warm, family atmosphere. Our neighbors on either side of us live there year round and are kind and helpful, and in the local area there is a compassionate group of people who dedicate their time to rescuing sea turtles, as well as, assisting baby sea turtles back to the ocean. We feel quite blessed to be part of a community that is respectful, good-natured, and fun.
