This cosy house is a portion of an ancient and restored farm house which belongs to the same family since ages.
It’s right at Siena's door offering amazing views, charming setting and a very spacious living area.
Set on the side of a gentle hill facing Chianti, is completely made of stone and surrounded by a pleasent and well equipped garden where the beautiful whirlpool tub is located with a wonderful view of the Sienese hills.
The house develops over two floors: the ground floor has a spacious living room with table and couches and a well equipped kitchen with direct access to the equipped and private outside area.
One bathroom.
On the second floor there are 2 double bedrooms ( air conditioning) and 2 bathrooms one with shower and one with bath tube.
The external hot tub is pure pleasure and is open from 01st of may to 30th of September, the house is also equipped with wifi and all modern comforts.
Siena center, supermarkets, bars, pharmacies, petrol stations, banks are 5 minutes drive.
The highway to Florence, San Gimignano, and the most important cities of art is only 10 min drive.
Whirlpool open from May 1st to September 30th.
Possible opening on other dates on request and against payment of 150 euros to be paid in cash on arrival.
The parking reserved for guests is located 50 meters from the entrance of the house.
On request at the time of booking, it is possible to rent bathrobes (10 euros per person) to be paid directly upon arrival in cash
