Summary:
The apartment was renovated by a Parisian architect, to give it a more contemporary design and comfort. It is ideally located in the center of Paris,  in a vibrant area near Le Marais & Louvre museum, allowing you to enjoy the wonders that Paris has to offer.

The Space:
The apartment includes:
- 1 Living room
- 1 Dining area with 8 stools
- 1 Fully-equipped Kitchen
- 2 Shared bathrooms (one toilet in one of them)

The sleeping arrangement is organized as follows:
- Bedroom 1 with a double bed
- Bedroom 2 with mezzanine - 2 double beds (1m/3ft high and no window)
- Living room : convertible sofa into a bed for two people

The apartment is ideal for 6 people, and can accommodate up to 8 people.

Guest Access:

- Elevator
- It is a historical building, the elevator is small. No more than 2 people without suitcase at a time, or one person and a suitcase. Important: never put only suitcases in the elevator, otherwise you will not be able to open it from the outside and it will be blocked. There must always be someone inside the elevator with the suitcases.

Easy Access : before your arrival we send you all the access information including a video on how to get inside the building and the apartment.

To get the keys of the apartment:

- You will have to collect the keys in a secure box with a code inside the building
- The code will be given to you before your arrival
- The door to your apartment is on the first floor with elevator.

The Neighborhood:
This area is in the very center of Paris, and is one of the most lively and enjoyable to live, with many trendy restaurants and bars. Nearby is rue Montorgueil, a Parisian’s favorite to wander. Don’t miss out the Sezane shop a few minutes away, one of French women’s best kept secret for an effortless and elegant style. The apartment is located at walking distance to many landmarks of the city, and is particularly close to the Louvre museum and the Marais district.

Getting Around:
3 minutes : Metro Station, line 3
10 minutes : Metro Station Châtelet Les Halles, lines 1, 4, 7, 11, 14 and RER A, B and D.
5 minutes : Car Park Indigo, 40 Rue Dussoubs, 75002 Paris

Airports : to come / go to CDG or ORY airport :
Direct with RER B to the station Châtelet Les Halles.

Other Things to Note:
Check-in / Arrival : from 4pm => From 2pm you can leave your luggage in the apartment. The apartment is being cleaned by our housekeeping team from 11am to 4pm. The apartment will be fully ready at 4pm. If you arrive early in Paris, we can indicate you a paid locker service next to the apartment. Check-out / Departure : until 11am.

- Taking care of the apartment
The apartment has been carefully designed to offer you a haven of peace in the heart of Paris. You are expected to take care of it and return it in the same condition.
Upon your arrival, please report any problem immediately to our teams so that so that we can offer you the best solutions. We recommend you to take photos to identify any potential damage.
After departure, the apartment will be inspected by our teams, and if no damage is identified, the security deposit will be released.

- Respecting the House Rules
Non-smoking zone: Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment or within the building premises.
No outside people: Only people whose identity documents have been provided are granted access the apartment.
No parties: Out of respect for our neighbors, we strictly prohibit parties or gatherings that may disturb the peace and tranquility of the community. Additionally, you are asked to respect quiet hours, between 9pm and 8am.
No events or professional photo shoots: The apartment is intended for residential purposes only. Hosting events or gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy of the apartment is strictly prohibited. Likewise, professional photo and video shootings are not authorized within our premises.

In the event of non-compliance with one or more of these rules during your stay, we will be forced to terminate your stay in the apartment, and the security deposit will be kept.

Additionally, please note that:
In the event of loss of apartment keys, €170 will be charged.
Cleaning is carried out only before each arrival and after each departure.

In order to guarantee compliance with these rules:
- You will be asked for photos of the identity documents of the people staying on site
- A separate deposit of 1000 Euros on Swikly will be made and sent to you and needs to be validated at least 48 hours prior your arrival
