Condo A4: ssÀ on uusittu keittiö toukokuussa 2015, uudet olohuone- ja ruokailutilakalusteet, uusi hiljainen Mitsubishi AC pÀÀasiallisella alueella, uusittu kylpyhuone toukokuussa 2015, laatta koko.

Kihei Sands Condominium sijaitsee suoraan yhdellÀ Mauin parhaista rannoista, Sugar BeachillÀ. Merenranta-uima-altaalta ja grillipatio-alueeltamme voit kÀytÀnnössÀ koskettaa rantaa - puhdas, hiekkainen, asuttamaton ja venyttÀmÀllÀ mailia kumpaankin suuntaan. Kuinka kaukana se on rannalta? Kirjaimellisesti noin 6 jalkaa! Patio- ja nurmialueemme ovat idyllisiÀ. Nauti joka aamu tuoreella kahvilla ja joka ilta katsomassa mahtavaa auringonlaskua grillaamalla pÀivÀllistÀ ja siemaillen juomaa.

The units are ample for singles , couples and smallish families. My husband and I had a one bedroom unit and our daughter had another one bedroom unit and our daughter, son in law and two children had a second floor unit with two bedrooms. The property is small which makes it friendly and comfortable. The kitchenettes were just perfect and well equipped with full sized fridge, range and microwave. We used the barbeques a lot and the outdoor area had tables large enough to seat eight easily. I would not hesitate to recommend this property and we would definitely return. This property is just a few steps from the beach and walking on the beach is endless .

Access to the beach for walking and viewing sunset was also great. Kehei Sands is the best place we have stayed in all our Maui trips and we’ve stayed in some great places. Additionally, a nearby bike path was great for up to about a 12 mile or more out and back run if you are willing to run on blacktop.

Wonderful and relaxing

The condo is beautiful, well supplied with things you would need. Pool area is s wonderful visiting spot and invited s family community feel. Bussing to area attractions was easy and Uber was available too. Highly recommend.

Great Vacation Spot

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been going to Kihei Sands for over 30 years and it was just as wonderful as it has always been. We love that it's small and quiet and on such a beautiful stretch of beach. The condo was newly renovated and the staff is friendly and helpful. We're already dreaming about returning next year.

A great vacation.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our condo was very clean and well maintained. The furnishings and appliances were modern and in good condition. We appreciated the air conditioning in the main part of the condo and the ceiling fan in the bedroom. We were very comfortable during our stay there. The kitchen cupboards were well stocked with dishes and cookware. The lanai outside the sliding doors was tidy and well kept with a small table and chairs. We appreciated having coolers and beach chairs available for us to use during our stay. There is a safe in the condo - also much appreciated. We enjoyed getting our complimentary morning coffee from the patio and sitting on the beach to drink it. Sugar Beach is perfect for a swim and long walks. There are communal water accessories available for use - pool noodles, kick boards, etc. We didn't use the pool but were told by those using it that it was great. The property managers and staff were friendly and very helpful if/when we needed them. The location of Kihei Sands was perfect for us. It was easy to get to all of the locations and activities that we had planned and we frequently accessed the businesses and many beaches along S.Kihei Rd - food trucks! shaved ice! Maui pies! Kraken coffee! (just to name a very few). Our friends will be staying at Kihei Sands for their upcoming vacation and we will definitely recommend it to others.

The property is well maintained, the atmosphere a friendly welcome! In my opinion, every need one may have while vacationing far from home has been considered and made provision for. The Kihei Sands community feels like "family".
