Littleover Deluxe Apartments are Super spacious apartments located in a quiet neighbourhood - ideal for contractors, Leisure and business travellers. Our apartments are completely furnished with fully-functioning kitchens, ready for you to enjoy the comforts of home in your temporary accommodation. With a luxury interior, our accommodation guarantees a comfortable environment. Modern kitchen facilities ensure that you have the equipment to self-cater for longer period of time - making our apartments a ‘home from home’ solution. Also two balconies in the lounge and master bedroom. There is free secure parking on site for all apartments. A smart flat-screen TV including Netflix, superfast WIFI, toiletries, hairdryer and towels. We have put in place Covid safety procedures, including regular deep cleans, hand sanitiser stations.

Just a10 minute drive away to all the major business parks including Rolls Royce, Bombardier, JCB and Toyota. Royal Derby Hospital is just a short drive away. East Midland Airport and Donnington park is Only a 30 minute drive away. Covid safety procedures are in place, including regular deep cleans, and hand sanitiser stations.
