Casa del Sol: sunny first floor beachfront apartment with panoramic sea views

Casa del Sol is located on the upper floor at the south end of the building and benefits from a balcony which receives day long sunshine and from which one has a breathtaking ocean view over the lagoon and down the entire west coast of Fuerteventura as far as Jandia.

The balcony is equipped with table, chairs and sun brolly and from here, two glazed doors open onto the living room and the master bedroom (the later with fly screens).

The living room offers a sofa and a couple of easy chairs, a TV with DVD player and a dining table and chairs for 4 and there is a recently-fitted American-style open kitchen with full electric oven and induction hob, a microwave oven, 2 fridges and an electric kettle and toaster.

The master bedroom has roomy fitted wardrobes and two zip lock beds which can either be 2 singles (90 x 190) or a king size bed of 180 x 190 (please let us know your preference when booking.)

The smaller second bedroom is very prettily decorated, with two singles and there is a wet room style shower room with open shower, WC and basin.
